Quiet Hotel without many pretensions, I stayed overnight and I did not have any sort of problems, the staff is always polite and helpful, but it is also true that my colleague did not have the same fate due to the really cramped room and with the shower that PURTR Oppo was struggling to get the hot water out.
My room was a little cramped but if you don't have many claims it's functional and practical.
The breakfast is the classic Mediterranean, sweet or salty falls into the norm without excelling.
Not having the car I could not see if there was parking or not, but from what little I saw I do not think it is so easily, of course if you exclude those paid, but I must say though that the hotel is located close to a Metro stop and is therefore convenient For transportation by public transport.

66 Euros for one night are quite exaggerated for a dilapidated room and entirely to renovate as that assigned to me. I usually fit without problems, but this time it was really hard. Only positive note the cleanliness, but on materials consumed and corroded even the best hand can not anything.

I was there 3 days with the school and I can say that the staff is friendly, the rooms clean although very small (not a negative factor, at least for me, given the need to stay there just to sleep or wash). I was able to take advantage of the shower only for a day since the following day there was no hot water. The breakfast is an aspect to change totally, the croissants are frozen and the coffee is water, undrinkable.

A little poor on the breakfast organization. Cold pastas, coffee and cold milk. There are no other foods available such as yogurt and cornflakes. The rusks: They were more the open parcels than those closed.

Courteous staff, tiny rooms, look like old rooms without bathroom to which then they added the bathroom to the room which took away half the space. The elevator doesn't get to the entrance floor. The location is good for the Metro, a little less for the trains. A nice pub within walking distance.

The service of the hotel is MUI Mal. We don't have our rooms.

The staff at the reception poorly prepared the room conditioners after a while start to lose water for the rest all in the standard.
The breakfast they offer is rich in well selected products with fresh brioches.

If there had been less than one star, L would have given it quietly and would have been deserved! All the staff lacks kindness, they are sgorbutici, they never smile. The door of the room at the slightest movement Sarrbbe fall to the ground! The double bed was actually twin singles United! Alright, let's leave this alone. The thing you can't help but notice is the cleanliness! The bathroom in the room, as soon as we get there, was of pitiful condition. Dirt and hair everywhere. I couldn't even put my foot on the ground! I'll let you imagine! The next morning we go down to breakfast… and of course, the cleanliness sinned Anke Li! At the end we went to the paid bar outside hotel! The television in the room was not working. You could see Pokissimi channels and evil! The minibar was off Xke of course C was just a plug and needed x the minibar. Anyway, let's open the cool bar and obviously dirty Anke that. There were crusts. Who knows how long they did not clean! All the staff were sgorbutico, never smiled and responded badly. In short, their work did not like! The only "Pro" was the central place. But if you choose Piazza Bologna as a destination I suggest you look elsewhere, Anke Xke is full of hotels and B&B attacked.! Don't let yourself be swayed by the price of this Xke hotel. L really worth it!

Central and comfortable Hotel. Rooms not particularly large but clean. It is not luxury but central hotel, convenient because attached to Metro B, clean.

The location was good Then stay without water on the higher floors because the hotel is full doesn't have to happen.

Although for only two nights, I found myself well, cozy and clean rooms.

Breakfast not among the wealthiest, but it's okay anyway, afterall in the hotel I go to the room not for breakfast!
Very close to the train station 50/60 meters Maximum! Very convenient to go downtown!
There is also a small market under the hotel, convenient for some supplies during the day.
Small problem, for those who need it, the elevator starts from the first floor!
Overall I recommend it!

The location of the hotel is only 1 minutes from the subway station, downstairs there is a big supermarket, very convenient, very close to the train station, the subway as long as 1 stations. Breakfast is plentiful. But the rooms are old, the showers are bad, the sheets are dirty and smelly. But the heating is very hot.

We slept with my wife is infested with bed flea, staff in the incapicté to react.

I cannot understand the many negative reviews at all. If you are looking for a quiet luxury hotel in this fantastic location, you just have to spend a lot more money. The rooms are simple but functional, the TV doesn't interest me when I'm in Rome, the breakfast is downright lush for Italian conditions and the staff are friendly and original. All in all, excellent value for money.

This hotel is not so clean and the rooms are old. But they have a good breakfast and good localization — near the metro. They have a team reasonably trained but don't offer many kindness.

We had a good. The location is ideal for visiting Rome with the Metro and other public transport that leads directly to the city centre.
Breakfast was great too.
And finally I emphasize the kindness of all the staff.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the bologna metro station in a quite part of Roma. Rooms are small but clean and the service is good.

Nice staff Very convenient for Metro Bologna and Tiburtina station. In the room lacked the remote control of the air conditioner and there were ants throughout the room.

Well insulated room from outside but not inside (snoring of neighbor very present! ). I asked for another room to not hear it. I went from a single to double without supplement and there without noise.

I am recovering my note and my comment. We were infested with bed bug in this hotel. But at the time of posting my comment we had not discovered anything yet. Apart from a sock that was not ours under the bed. I doubt that housekeeping.
Otherwise soundproofed rooms catastrophic. Closed window It is as if it was wide open and when the neighbor showers it feels like sleeping in his bathroom so there is noise. Staff OK but no more. And actually there is a lot of walking before you get to the complicated lift for people with reduced mobility or the elderly.
Breakfast not terrible at all.
The only asset is the price and location.

We arrived at this hotel just a day ago but we are no longer disappointed. We move from an inn to a 3 star hotel and we prefer without any hesitation to the hostel. False publicity, mold, dirty shower tray, walls in a state pitiful, no hot water or pressure, rolling shutters not walking, no safe, very poorly insulated room and I pass… Don't talk about breakfast, coffee smelled bad, Juices were not good, no flavor. I do not recommend this hotel at all, but I wonder how could it have had 3 stars!

Big problems in the rooms, either the air conditioning that does not work, either the TV, no excuse on the part of the reception. Very average breakfast. Cons very well located next to a metro station and a supermarket.
There are more than 30 steps before reaching the elevator (difficult with a stroller or in a wheelchair).
The staff at the reception does not consider you, when you tell him that the air conditioning does not work he laughs at you and tells you in the evening when returning that everything works, that you just need to know to use the remote control. When I see that it still does not work I ask him to show me how he knows so well use it and there strangely it does not work better so we change rooms. Not at all correct as behaviour towards customers. The 3 stars are only there compared to room size criteria, phone (very old) in the room etc but really would have to refresh this establishment.

Probably breakfast is the best in this hotel, location also pretty good with the tube and buses close by. Staff very unfriendly, the younger receptionist guy was particularly rude when we did not have hot water and he treated me like an idiot saying I have to turn the shower to the "red" side. Obviously he knew that there was a technical issue, which got fixed by the next day. Also do not appreciate that they do not greet the guests not even when I say good morning or bye. This is basic regardless the * of the hotel and does not cost anything. Rooms are dated, however can be good if you want something relatively cheap (not cheap at all) in Rome.

I would not have stayed at Hotel San Giusto on March 15, 2016 had I known of neighboring hotels. My husband and I were stuck in town after midnight on our way to Assisi. Ethan was asking the hostel nearby about availability while I asked Hotel San Giusto. It was after midnight and the front door was locked, so I flagged down the receptionist at the desk. He peeked his head out the door greeted me with a smile, then told me there weren't any rooms available. Ethan walked up shortly after and asked the same question. The receptionist pointed at both of us and responded "oh, you're together", which Ethan replied "yes, she's my wife". The receptionist's mood changed immediately, he invited us into the lobby and said he'll check for availability. Ethan was unaware of his ealier response. In the lobby, there was a lot of friendly banter between the two, and the receptionist even chatted about how much he loved his visit to NYC last year. Surprise, there were rooms available and it included breakfast. We paid upfront to receive the room key. The room was dated but comfortable. The continental breakfast was adequate and filling.

I just do not understand positive scores at this hotel.
To start the stars they must be incorrect, pq this hotel may not have 3 stars.
If there is one word that defines it is, without a doubt, stairs. It is full of stairs everywhere. To reach the hotel and wanting to go up to your room and you have to climb to the first floor, the elevator is there. And then, already on the first floor, we will climb 8 steps more, pq the elevator is a small tier. And finally, in the hallways, there are 2 or 3 steps… Imagine that with suitcases or if you go with one person more…
Then the breakfast is very basic, there is no toaster. To eat dishes were a bit dirty… Don't have restaurant service, overnight, to 20 h, we request 2 glasses clean room and did not have, up to the morning that open the kitchen.
Less 1, receptionist, the staff is very unfriendly.
Not was nothing satisfied.

Excellent value for money, just a few metres underground, friendly staff.

The hotel is located near the metro station, so that you can get anywhere without problems.
Near the entrance of the hotel there is a small shop where you can buy food and other stuff. This is also a plus!
The friendly staff. Surprisingly, sometimes speaking Russian.
Rooms are quiet. To clean, no complaints.
Breakfast is the usual continental (cereals, pastries, hard boiled eggs, cheese, sausage, yogurt, fruit, coffee-machine).
Internet at the reception and in the rooms on the cards.
In the airport at the reception you can order a taxi. Three quite acceptable (50 Euro). A taxi from the airport at a cost of 75.
The hotel leaves a good impression! On a parity the price-quality — a good option for a hotel for a couple nights.
