I am here for second time. Being twice doesn't need any words. I am leading groups in Rome and everyone is satisfied with his own stay in Mf hotel — good location, excellent service. The service is what lead you back in the hotel — you can hardly find such attention in a busy European capital. Ekaterina, manager of a Bulgarian travel agency.

Once arriving we were surprised that the hotel was only on one floor of an apartment building, but the rooms were decent and clean. The breakfast was lovely and the cleaners came every day. The only negative was this awful, awful noise that lasted for hours coming from outside our window. It sounded like a mixture of road works and terrible musical instruments.

Good for price. Helpful staff. Breakfast is decent. Only a 20 to 30 minute walk from the city centre of Rome. Lots of smaller shops around too for snacks and stuff with a couple of nice cafes and restaurants around the corner.

Very good value for money Optimal localization. Staff. Good breakfast.

Nice clean and good location. Breakfast delivered to the room was a nice touch… recently modernised in a Palazzo style building… full of character.

Hotel 3star pfff even our Formula 1 are better.

Practical with no frills, clean and confortable bed basic but fresh continental breakfast delivered every morning to our room.

Very friendly staff, hotel in a condo, a good part of the rooms are separated from the reception area, the main door is always closed and you have the opportunity to get in and out when you want to see that together with the keys of the room is given that of the double door down. Breakfast in the room.

Central location, reasonably priced great service H 24, hearty breakfast, when I go back to Rome definitely will be first choice!

Pretty cheap two Star hotel. Clean and tidy, rooms are really nice, building is beautifull, well placed (you can walk to pretty much everything in Rome) free, decent Wi-Fi. Good breakfasts served to your room at preferred hour! Wonderfull Service, everybody was more than nice, always smiling. 10/10 would stay again! :)

Staff very friendly and helpful, room comfortable and clean, breakfast adequate. 30 min walk to main attractions but good bus service near by.

The guys except from one Hindi but (he was totally rude) were really helpful and kind. The breakfast was totally poor and for sure you have to buy something to eat before you start your visits and walks… of course there is no sound insulation at all. Full of plasterboard everywhere. Of course what you pay, you are receiving. But there are some really cheap ways to fix some things. But anyway. To have a place to stay it's something than stay in the streets.

The breakfast was not worth three stars. We had the room right at the reception. This was the worst room I've ever had, you get everything with what happens at the reception.

Location excelent. All main tourist sites a good walking distance away (aprox. 1, 5 — 2, 5 km). It is more a B&B than a hotel. Breakfadt quite good, though monotone and served in a room. Rooms very basic, simple, relativelly tidy. The noise from quiet streets well filtered, but no sound proofing in the hallway or the rooms itself. Staff verry friendly.

The hotel is located in a residential building, close to Villa Borghese, quiet, Windows overlook the park, the staff is friendly, breakfast is brought to the room. There is a fridge, no kettle.

Nice… Very good service, missing a reception room otherwise great.

Clean room. Breakfast in bed. Just be careful of the city tax! 80 euros!

Cosy room. Windows are noise proof. Unfortunately walls and door are not. Can here people in corridors and next rooms a lot. Breakfast is served in room. Was okay. Nice area. 25 min walk to get to from central time. Lift surprisingly works.

This place was perfect for those just looking to get their head down after a busy day/night. Basic rooms but very clean and staff were so friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms, convenient location if you intend to move around by bus while in the city (not that close to metro, but many buses to and from city centre). Breakfast is served in your room. It's not the neatest hotel but good for 1 or 2 nights tops. Front desk service was nice and helpful.

Breakfast is good, and bought to the bedroom ehih is great! Shower is a good one. Staff are nice. 24hr reception is helpful. Room tidied while we're out.

Very friendly and helpful staff. No problems. Good quality rooms with very efficient air conditioning. Breakfast served in the room at your desired time. Easy to get to by foot or bus from Rome termini. Would definitely use this next time in Rome.

Lovely staff clean room but very very basic no tea making facilities which would have been nice TV didn't work or air con. Lovely resteraunt two mins walk PEPE NERO very reasonable. Quite central for getting places. May 16.

Good location with close transport links. Friendly staff and decent breakfast. Simple room but clean and good value for money.

Very enjoyable stay at the MF hotel. The value for money is fantastic. Lovely staff, good sized room and free Wi-Fi make it a great place for a getaway in Rome. Could do with hot drink facilities in the room. Also not very close to the city centre, although there is a Metro station approximately 15 minutes ago away and plenty of shops and restaurants close by.

I just want to say a big thank you to all at the MF Hotel for a fabulous stay. We felt very welcome from the moment we stepped into reception. I didn't get the gentleman's name who checked us in but he couldn't have being more helpful. I had read one or two bad reviews on this hotel and I was a little worried but I needn't have being as all was fab. I would 100% come back here again. The room was spotless with a safety deposit box and cleaned daily with fresh towels provided and shower gels/soap. I really look forward to going back again thank you so much to all the staff. The Hotel has more Hostel-like character. But still it has us here for a three-day Rome vacation like. We had the room no. 15 in the 4th. Floor. Although small rooms, but everything is in very clean condition. Refrigerator and hair-dryer available, which sometimes not necessarily in a 3-star facilities is a matter of course. All the sights are easy to reach, whether by foot or with the public. The Breakfast will be here in the room served and was also completely sufficient. Thank you.

Friendly staff. Small room but still nice. Only problem is that it is far from major attractions.

Great hotel not fancy, but good room, good breakfast, nice staff paid I have paid a lot more for poorer rooms and service in Rome.

Very clean, very basis. Our only regret is that there is no tea or coffee making facilities. Ideal location to visit Rome because the transport was very close and punctual. Enjoyed our stay but please improve tea and coffee. Sabrina was very helpful.

Not your average hotel. It seems to get in an ordinary apartment building. Very politely. Lovely room, very clean. Breakfast in bed! Value for money-very good.
