Great hotel for work in central area in Rome.

Outdated furniture, dirty and smelly bathroom and housekeeping opens doors without knocking. Price on website does not include local tax of 6€ per person per day. Great location as close to Termini station and 30min walk to must sites. Breakfast although limited tasty… but clearly for people of limited budget…

This hotel was very cheap, but so was the service. The staff was very friendly but my room was quite small so I don't understand how exactly was it 4 stars hotel. Also, we were informed only upon arrival and check in that we will pay additional 6e per person per day for the city tax (no prob, but why was it not denoted earlier). I would it give it 4 stars maybe but this way I felt tricked a bit… however if you're travelling on a low budget this is a very decent choice.

Good reception, very nice we sleep there very well there reigns the tranquility and serenity.

Unfriendly staff, Cold water in shower, Very dirty rooms, : stains on walls and carpets NO Wi-Fi IN ROOMS, ONLY IN THE LOBBY, Very basic simple breakfast.

Nice hotel not that far from the center of Rome. The rooms need updating but reasonable size and the balcony was great. Also nice breakfast room.

It's a clean, has decent prices when compared with the average of Rome and the staff is courteous. Breakfast, room size average.

Good price and city location, but quality of internal furniture not good as a 4 start Hotel should provide.

Hotel sopravvalutato, non capisco come possa avere 4 stelle. Servizi igienici imbarazzanti e sporchi, la doccia ha l'acqua a sbalzi calda e fredda… La stanza ha un forte odore di stalla che si ripresenta ogni volta che chiudiamo le finestre. La televisione non si accende. Non ne hanno azzeccata una e non so con che parametri abbiano deciso di dare 4 stelle.

The worst hotel of the many that I have been, a hotel safe is not a four star. This is apparently a hotel owned by an older woman who spends the evenings at the front desk talking with the employees who do what comes to them in wins. The rate per day in rome is€ 6 (August 2015) by day and not€ 3 as I said in your reservation. When you arrive at the hotel the first thing that will impress you are the scaffolds that have been placed because the facade is falling apart, then LOW (ground floor basement) to the reception of the hotel. There everywhere there is humidity, you give the key of the room, that is not a card, but a key as the house with a key of 2 kg approx. Hanging. You enter the room and you see that it is not in the photos, but the room just to fit the bed, with a red carpet full of shit and your curtains, bathroom and ceilings to game, all with plaster and damp. You find a TV of 14" of those crt before with 4 channels (not digital tv), and a controller that is disgusting to touch and do not know that it is each button. To the side of the door there is a small piece of furniture with a minibar filled with bottles of these before coca cola than there were 10 years ago, with a list of prices of course. The shower is tiny, I almost could not, moreover, that the cleaning lady never remembers to leave shampoo and you ask for it at reception.

Decent hotel, located in the old building. But I would not say that he pulls on four stars. No, everything is clean, cozy, friendly staff and a sociable reception. Just the Breakfast is so-so, set yoghurt, ham, cheese and other simple things, lift is there, but to enter it is necessary practically to squeeze in the door, the Internet — only on the first floor of the hotel, in order to clarify something had to sit down before going to town. Although, it was interesting to ask at the front Desk! :-) Oh, and to the Republic square should dotopat… So get ready to move out to the city in advance and use the buses and subway! ;-)

The staff were very helpful Prices I guess average. The rooms are very good Good services, in line with a 4 star. Flaws: The hotel is a bit ' older, especially the carpet in the rooms is a little too worn/dirty. For the rest do not expect sparks from the rooms that apart from the services are of a medium 3 star hotel.

My husband and I chose this hotel because we were on a budget and didn't want to stay too far from the city center. A few things I didn't like about the hotel. First, I think the man who was always at the front desk was a bit unfriendly. Secondly, wireless internet was only available from the main floor lounge area, not the hotel rooms. Lastly, they won't book a shuttle for you or let you use their phones without charge unless it is for their shuttle service which was a bit pricier than the shuttle service which I used to get to the hotel. My room also had an old smell which was present throughout our 4 night stay. Lastly, their elevators are extremely slow. Generally, I would not recommend this hotel.
