Good location. Breakfast and price acceptable for a hotel where you're just sleeping.

A very sloppy place, no maintenance and no depressing.

I would advise everyone to stay away from this hotel, I will certainly not return there for the following reasons: very noisy rooms, the soundproofed windows are a joke, you can hear all the trafic from outside day and night, also in the interior there is also no isolation, you can hear all your neighbours; breakfast is pretty bad; most of all, the staff is not willing to resolve your issues, for example we actually had — 7 degrees Celsius on the 26th of February 2018, and the radiators, ac did not work at all, so there was no heating, absolute cold inside the room, I told the staff about the problem 4 days in a row and they didn’t fix anything; the room is very dark, has only some discrete lights; the room is pretty small. The most important fact that I was annoyed by is the fact that they have double standards, in our 5th and last night they finally changed our room and floor, on the 2nd floor there were only italians booked and the rooms had better conditions than on the 4th floor were all the tourists were booked and the conditions were awfull. I would not go to that hotel ever again, not even for free.

Just super for the money! Clean and comfortable. The location is perfect!

Hotel type pension. 1 person of the staff works on 5 floors. That's bad. The room is small, the TV is not working, the plumbing is still. From the sink, the water goes poorly, the toilet is very poorly washed. There are not enough shelves in the wardrobe, there are no chairs in the room. The breakfast selection is very poor.
I see only one plus-the hotel is a 5 minute walk from Termini Station, from the stop of the ring tourist bus and metro station.

A very budget hotel. Its good but old. May have some toilet issues or other things which we experienced though staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The place doesn't look much at a first glance, but it's really clean and friendly. The staff is very service minded and will help you with most things. It's a good place to stay for a night or two.

I think it's a rather nice hotel especially for small families. The room is spacious and it really leave an impression of the classic old Roman households. The hotel serves decent breakfast and has free Wi-Fi. It's next to the train terminal, metro and bus stations which makes traveling very easy. It's also next to several nice restaurants and shops of various kind. The hotel managers are also very kind and passionate. The only downside to the hotel is that it's a bit noisy and messy outside sometimes because it's next to a train terminal. So there are a lot of people and cars moving around.

This is a bad place to stay with family. The price is cheap but is in the bad side of town. There is a lot of crime done in that main street when we were there during christmas a person was screaming at the top of there lungs for a police. I was there with my family and we were kicked out because my 2yr old toddler was to loud according to the reception. We were not even asked if they could help us with out luggage. The parking was in the back street not even in a parking lot just on the side of a street. The other floor of the hotel are in a basement like place with a elevator and they have to come open the door with a key in case there is a fire, I was scared and couldn't sleep safely. The pictures are correct that is the way some of the rooms look like. Oh yeah there is only one channel on in the rooms. It is very noisy.

Small hotel in 50 meters (1 minute walk) from the side exit of Termini station. More comfortable for the media (metro and bus, departing from the station square), provides access to Central on foot, with a walk of about half an hour.
Rooms clean and cute, with excellent double glazing which actually insulate the rooms.
To report the staff polite and considerate, attentive to solve any problem.
Minus the freight elevator Interior which we must reach the floor of the rooms.
Also useful the trattoria "Da Luciano", underneath the hotel, where 10 euro quickly and with little to eat anything but bad.
