➜ Dirty room, poor cleaning, dust under the bed and inside the closet, very cold room, with heating on only after 18 and not very efficient, air conditioner not working. The only good thing is the breakfast and the location of the hotel. (if you can call it hotel) very old.
Very bad/unstable internet, mold on the ceiling in the room and in the bathroom also on the walls, soapdispender was also very dirty en full of mold, lots off dust everywhere, Curtains were stained en yellow of dirt, lot off stains on the walls, dirtrunners on the door, Cleaninglady has 10 min to clean the hole room, make the bed etc. Very warm in the room cause the heating was on and couldnt turn off lots of overdue maintenance. When I complained they told me to wait when there colleague was back the next day. He was laughing it away and wasn't willing to give a discount. The breakfast wasn't a lot but good and the waitress a very lovely woman. The location is good, near Termini station.

I wanted to make a mega negative review for this hotel/shack
dirty room
dirty and filthy bathroom
unprepared, arrogant and beggar staff
a room from 90 euros immediately jumped to 150 euros just because it was the last one left
after a negotiation we arrived at 125 euros
bad breakfast
plus to leave the suitcase half a day from them they took another 3 euros
I strongly advise against it to Italian and foreign tourists
you just have to fail
I hope they take away the stars you have had I do not know how …
