4-star hotel, very beautiful on an aesthetic level but from an organizational point of view definitely not from 4 stars, however coupled with the spa in front (also this always under renovation) offers a low cost package in which you have many things included.

Very hapy with this hotel. Nice and clean rooms, staff is friendly and helpfull. Big plus of this hotel are swimming pools (one of them real 25m! ) and fitness zone, both kept maintained and very clean. Swimming cap mandatory for both pools. In restaurant carpaccio and pork was really great, but can not recommend tiramisu — it was very bad mix of nutella and some cream — this was the only flaw I managed to discover in 5 days.

We stayed at this property. We chose it for the Spa only shame that we were not warned that the Spa was closed for renovation. Then we had problems with the payment. Be careful when paying cash. In addition to paying in cash, we were also charged to the credit card.

Nice… It's my favorite hotel when I go to Rome for work. Clean, always tidy, friendly staff, great sweet and salty breakfast. The rooms are spacious and have all the comforts, including the fridge included. What else to say? That's connected to the adjacent sports center (All Time) and hotel guests log in for free, which for those like me swimming, you have a 25m indoor pool. Nice, I'll definitely be back!

Not as expected and like they said. Only exception was the free mini-bar and food at the restaurant.

Inside there is also a TV with Sky and a mini bar fridge with free drinks.
The structure also has other areas dedicated to physical activity. It Has several swimming pools, a wellness centre and a playground area, such as foosball.
Personally, I tried the breakfast, since I was there two nights and, I have to say that the jam brines were really good. The menu is quite stocked.
Hotel, so very nice aesthetically, but there is one thing to say: When I walked into the lobby, the first thing I thought was: I walked into a clinic?

Excellent hotel, many services offered by the property, Ottikancooazione as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. Only fault the way to move. I proposed to adopt a shuttle for use moving from the hotel to the first stop handy of the Metro.

Very clean. No noise either. Oy thing weird is the room temperature is controlled by reception… Breakfast was slow 25 mins for poached egg. If you like sweet pastry then this is for you!

The property is ideal for those who also want to practice sports. The gym is super equipped and with brand new machines. Inside there is also a SPA area, with Jacuzzis and hot/cold water paths over a very capacent sauna, where you will enjoy wellbeing and relaxation.

Baffled by what happened.
I forgot 2 jacket in the hotel (Woorlich and Moncler) I was around for a month for a tour, I go back to Milan I notice them call and for 2 weeks crap on crap cameras that were not going, then viewed and have not found anything, manager does not exist and that No one knows the name, foreign girls paid a misery of which no one knows the name because coming from an external agency.
The Havoc! Now after a month complaint to the Carabinieri also baffled by what can happen in a 4-star hotel with obscene prices for what is the service.

Clean rooms, standard breakfast, good connection with local bus to town. Restaurant and restaurant stuff only average.

Cozy environment with many physical activities, with instructors very prepared and available ready to avoid wrong and counterproductive positions. The weight room has several tools: from the treadmill to the tool that simulates the ascent of the climbers over numerous machines for muscle development and toning that I do not remember or know the name. Despite my age a bit advanced I find many activities to play and having time (I am retired) I could stay there all week. There is also a swimming pool, tennis courts as well as a spa or wellness centre. In short, a positive judgement.

Everything excellent. Mordern hotel style, clean, everyone is super kind. The position is quite far from City center and you don' t find many attractions in the sorroundings. Perfect place for business trips.

We stayed in this hotel during my honeymoon trip to Rome. I really liked this place. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was also nice. The only negetive point is the location. Far away from the city center. But the positive side is the price. You cannot get such good hotel at this price.

I haven't slept in the hotel but I switched to find colleagues. The hotel is very good: nice design, clean, Nice.

Hotel with great flexibility, services, opportunity. There are tennis courts, (many beautiful fields in red earth) indoor and swimming pool (Olympic pool with possibility of free swimming or water aerobics) that very large and well equipped, gym, weight room, outdoor and indoor garden (though not huge), fully stocked bar, restaurant good enough. As far as the rooms are small but clean and well maintained with mini bar included in the room price, decor and peculiar as completely into rock and glass (very nice in my opinion), complete the room safe and closet piccolini but functional. The meeting rooms are beautiful and have a proper audio video structure. The staff are helpful and polite! The hotel is located in the eur district at about 30 minutes from Fiumicino airport and just 20 minutes from downtown. The only flaw is the lack of rooms equipped for the disabled and the positioning of the hotel which is in a device and not nice enough area of Rome.

Very good, very modern, and Lo and behold … the mini bar is included in the price!

Clean and modern rooms, Wi-Fi works well, nice sports and recreation facilities — perfect for a visit if you are in EUR area. Perfect for business. Too far away from the center if you are looking for sightseeing.

The choice is great if you want to stay close to the airport and sporting facilities like gym, pool, etc.
If you're visiting Rome maybe isn't the greatest x comfort, but everything you can't have;).

We were accommodated in hotel from 2. May 2013 till 5. May 2013. On the 4 th May we came back from the centre to the room and we were very suprised. Even though we did not apply for cleaning our room by charwoman (we had the letter with „don´t disturbe time“ hanged on our door), it was cleaned. The worst thing was that woman perfume (Trussardi Delicate rose) was missed. We were searching the whole room and when we did not find anything, so we reported it at reception. Receptionist told us, that we had to ask in the morning about it, because she was alone. So we came in the morning, but another receptionist knew nothing about our problem, but she requested us to wait one hour for information. After then we asked her again, but she resolved nothing. Because we were leaving, she promised that she would ask the manager and send us an e-mail. Today it is the seventh day without any e-mail and response. We also send them email, but no response from their side. This approach is a big disappointing, and dont expect any help from their side in case off trouble.
