Large room, well taken care of and clean and with all the comforts, but finish them the 4 stars of the hotel.
Cold in any environment (excluding room), even in the restaurant where I ate "the bad dishes" with the vest on, which cost me a congestion at night.
2 starters, Buffalo and burrata that seemed to come out of the department offers of the Metro, accompanied by a salad unseasoned (oil to ask the staff and salt clogged by damp, there was a grain of salt). As seconds did not go better, cut of very poor quality, knife that, despite the meat was tender (but tasteless) did not cut and sea bass arrived semi and especially full of thorns. It closes in beauty with a cheesecake with berries still frozen inside, a bottle of water and a glass of wine for the modest figure of €90 (that to eat in a way at least decent I would not have gone wrong). At the next table, probably of customers your acquaintances, lamb chops in crust and artichokes on the plate, obviously were not on the menu.
At lunch we remiss, we see buffet at €20 apiece…
2 only hot primes and the rest seemed precooked merchandise (inedible) from discount.
Ridiculous.
In the evening we went to dinner in a place not far from your facility, ate typical dishes of the highest quality (and abundant) at a price much lower than yours, and they were not a 4-star hotel but a trattoria whatever, I would see a moment your Chefs who probably also have a higher salary than an honest neighborhood restaurant.
But I have to give another positive note to the hotel.
Since we stayed in the property for an event (with subsidized prices besides), we took advantage of the luggage, moreover free, which is not a little plus, but poor temperatures and food have definitely impacted on the judgement of my review.
