It’s a very pleasant hotel, reasonably priced, clean, close to metro and the staff is excellent!

Friendly people, good beds and airco and cheap. But there is one big problem: BED BUGS! I got bitten many times. If I knew that before, I wouldn't chose this hotel. The bed bugs came with me in my bag, so I found about 15 bed bugs in my bedroom at home. So I advice everyone who stayed in this hotel to wash his or her clothes on 90 degrees, otherwise the bed bugs will survive. I washed my clothes and bag at 40 degrees inmediately when I came home and they survived.

Confortable, air conditioning, room cleaning every day. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom as well. You can park on the private park for extra, although it is not necessary as you can easily park on the street for free. A few minutes away from the subway, with restaurants, coffee shops and supermarket very close.

I wanted to recommend this hotel to all the people who will want to visit Rome because it is comfortable in the day time although at night without a car and metro it is not very comfortable. I was very well received and I have to say that I would come back gladly, spacious and very clean rooms, try to believe. A strong hug to the reception girl who helped me a lot and that made my little holiday a little more enjoyable :)

I stayed in the hotel for two weeks and I am very happy with the stay. Very nice and friendly service. Breakfasts very tasty. Rooms clean, neat and spacious. In addition, a great location 20 minutes by metro from the center of Rome. Near the shops, park, swimming pool, and next to the hotel the best Italian restaurant in the city. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a bit of luxury at an attractive price.

Great B&B hotel close to Metro and great restaurant, Accasadi, next door. Laundry service across the street and many nearby places to get food and drinks. The hotel staff is awesome and the service is top-notch. I’ll be back soon!

Clean rooms but a little outdated. Staff very helpful, good value for money.

Good rooms, but the bathroom could use some improvements. Breakfast is fine, some bread, toast and yoghurt. For the price you pay, a really solid hotel. The subway station is 2 minutes walking away, with the city center at a 15 minute subway drive. Downstairs next to the hotel is a very good restaurant, and across the street a nice cheap bar and supermarket.

I stayed two nights… Bad… Dirty kitchen inconvenience in the rooms the bathrooms we forget… Lobby does not exist. … Very different from the photos you propose on the site… In disappointing conclusion!

Very good breakfast and clean rooms. Good reception and availability. Very close to the metro station Shops, restaurants, and services all close to the hotel. I recommend it.

Nice nice clean from last Monday in renovation definitely will be of better quality expect.

Worst customer service ever! Not only did they cancel half of my bookings for a group months after I booked it without giving me the reason for it, but they did neither respond to my calls nor my e-mails. I would not recommend this place at all, unless you want to end up without a room before arrival!

A lot of noise from the street inside the room making it difficult to sleep… lousy lighting of the rooms, bath without posing soap or safe in the bathroom door, air conditioning old and of poor quality like their rooms and furniture.

Dirty, bathroom stinks, TV does not work. The only good thing is the proximity to the metro.

The rooms are very old and consumed. Room service is good though. The beds are made and wiped every day. Breakfast is under all cannon. It is advisable to have breakfast at the corner.

Great place to stay. We loved staying at city guest house and visiting Roma.

Not so good, Lack of staff. Rooms are decent, Wi-Fi connection is worse and there was no lock for the bathroom door. Breakfast provided was decent. Very bad lighting in the rooms.

Easy access to the metro. Nice staff. Very dated though and not particularly nice inside. It's alright for what it is however and cleanish.

The hotel is very welcoming. Room nice comfy great terrace, awesome shower. Breakfast a lovely start to the day. Very short walk from metro shops and great bars and restaurants.

Website with wrong way … wonder bed with one mattress … instead we come into the room and the bed consists of two individual held by sheet … after ten minutes we had two single beds and awful … never mind … all bathroom for 55 euro x a night … Wi-Fi n … While on the site should be free … Tv without remote … guys … I donot.

The hotel is located in the outskirts of the city, close to the Metro but not just ideal for stay. The structure is quite Spartan and the service excellent.

Bathroom is unusable without bidet. " Mobile jar, shower with mold … neat little bedroom.

Rooms are very nice. As the receptionist, but has noticed that we are Germans increased the rate suddenly to 100 euros! First night a long discussion and view the offer at HRL hotels there price was granted us but breakfast (when the offer included) simply deleted. Very disappointed because it is a nice spot. Such rude I can see but not across. First and last night. Best first book in the Internet.

Pretty poor hotel. But for those who are looking for adventure in the city, this should not be an obstacle.

You get what you pay. Good for just sleeping.

Stayed at this hotel in may 2012 for 4 days. Decent standard room. Good Breakfast on the outdoor veranda. For the budget traveler, an excellent hotel.

Bad and Breakfast very nice, simple and very convenient. At 2 steps from the metro station "Numidio Quadrato", so ideal for visiting the city using public transport! Good breakfast too! Right next to the hotel entrance there is a small restaurant/pizzeria called "Accasadì" where you eat well without spending much.
