Very good service, excellent rooms and very good breakfast. I stayed two nights on my visit to Rome. 100% recommended. Greetings to the entire team of the Hotel!

This hotel is nice with ok staff. Good breakfast and great staff in restaurant. Not good room service, the beddings were not change everyday, the towels smelled bad. Very old setting. They charged me for drinking water and the mini bar in room that I never used. A city tax was applied as extra that was surprise to me. The taxi system connected to hotel staff was over charging customers. The rooms smelled bad. I had to change room twice but still the same. Will not recommend this hotel.

4-star hotel on the appethist for car goers. Prices are low but without a means of transport it can be a nightmare to get around. Without praise and without infamy.

I stayed overnight in this hotel, very nice though not very modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. Dinner wasn't the best though. It went better for breakfast, but nothing to look great. Great as a foothold for conferences and business appointments in the area.

I have been staying at the Appia Park Hotel 3 to 4 times a year for the past 8 years always on Business. The hotel is close to the Appia Way and to many derelect buildings from that period. The hotel has pleasant rooms with comfortable beds and individual air conditioners that work well. The bathroom are basic, either with a bath and attached shower or a small shower cubical. The hotel has a nice breakfast room on ground floor with a basement area when coach parties are being catered for. This is a nice Italian Hotel surrounded by nearby history. They always welcome you warmly, have a nice foyer with sofas and a good bar area making good coffee. I am back there again in a weeks time!

Quiet, quiet hotel. A bit far from the center but comfortable to reach and still inside the GRA. Small rooms and a bit old-fashioned but all in all clean. The bathroom is small and the shower is very uncomfortable. Good dinner at affordable prices. Convenient underground parking. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I was there only for one night so I can't say much, the room (in the right house) was small and very old (not old, just old) but clean and tidy. The reception staff seemed very friendly and helpful.

Staff is okay, room was dusty and requiring some maintenance. Wifi at the last floor rather weak. Breakfast okay, although juices are not fresh.

It was a very nice Hotel. Surrounded by greenery. Very helpful and kind employees.

Quiet Hotel strategically located near the main points of interest of the city… courteous staff guarded parking and elegance of the structure.

Fantastic hotel located on the Via Appia that in a moment allows you to reach Rome (traffic conditions permitting). Beautiful structure and great facilities.

What about a park so beautiful. Hospitality and cleanliness always at the top.

Beautiful. Place immersed in the green, courteous and welcoming staff also very helpful.
Rooms good only flaw I found the blanket stained and for a hotel like this is not good a shame, for the rest breakfast plentiful and great buffe. Recommended for both families and couples.

Very nice location. Room very good. Breakfast not varied. Cups too small. At least if you're tea drinkers. And lemon tea is not my favorite in the morning… otherwise it was a very nice stay… keep it up. Just a little different… Ciao Sonny…

Quiet structure, excellent for the availability of parking, a few steps from Capannelle and the Appia Antica.

I went to a convention. Very nice entrance with the garden very neat, sober and elegant but does not put awe. I think it is suitable for different types of tourists and also for business meetings.

I have been there several times always for its convention center. In South Rome one of the most receptive structures.

I often go to work at this property.
Of the location I admire the tranquility, zero noises.
Also, the staff is very friendly!

The four stars in my opinion are not justified. Old and obsolete internal structure for the requested price. Elsewhere of stars he would have half.

Free parking, nice room, continental breakfast included. Cheap.

Nice and relaxed hotel with friendly staff. Located about 20 — 35 minutes from the center by cab. One ride is about 22 Euros. Bus + metro is another option only for 1, 50

Although the place is a little dated, there is cleanliness, good service, friendly and helpful staff, and excellent cuisine.

Clean room, bed not very comfortable but in line with the rest of the hotel. In General could do with some refurbishment of the furnishings. Good breakfast.

Bad restaurant service with value does not exist. Dishes invented and not respected.

If you are thinking of staying at this hotel — — DON'T DO IT, OR YOU'LL BE SORRY… My very expensive camera was MYSTERIOUSLY DISAPPEARED in their dining room — — and I was the last to leave dining room after a late night dinner with my long time church friends… ONLY THE THREE SERVERS were left in the dining room where I left my CANON 50D camera on a chair, 2 feet from my table. Returning after 15 minutes for the camera, the tables were cleared and rearranged, the lights were out and no one saw or heard anything. Managers acted like it was just too bad… even though one (or more) of their KITCHEN STAFF obviously were involved with the MYSTERIOUS DISAPPEARANCE of the camera. When I followed up later to see if the camera had MYSTERIOUSLY REAPPEARED, the hotel management didn't even have the courtesy to reply to my e-mail, which only adds to my suspicion of involvement. >> … and don't say I didn't try to warn you…

Very good hotel — my wife and myself have spent a wonderful week a few years ago.
