Avoid!
The most (there are 2 and you have to give them) : — Very well located, 5 minutes from Navona Square — clean and fresh room and good bedding less: — warning This is not a hotel (their description is confusing) It's a guest house. The building is a residential and office building with, on each floor, some rooms of the hotel; In fact, there is a small reception on the second floor but without permanence.
— we stayed from Friday to Monday and did not sleep until 2am on Fridays and Saturdays. There is a small private party room in the building which overlooks the less busy street yet and it is as if you were there. A karaoke in Italian on Friday night and a festive year 90 on Saturday evening, what to delight us when we hoped just to rest after 11pm and tens of km of visits during the day.
— No breakfast in the building, it is served in a restaurant kamarsu on the ground floor outside. Not very glam as a place and very greasy pastries only, no bread, no fruit, infamous orange juice but very good cappuccino and very helpful staff — the icing on the cake, when check-out (do not try to leave before 8.30 am otherwise you will Wait long), the luggage service is only available until 3pm, after there is no one so you can get them back so if you have a flight at 20h you have 2 options: either you walk them in Rome all day, or you find a Set.

I think it was the best option we could have made. The rooms are very nice, the view is amazing, it is on a frequented avenue, the minirefri is EVERYTHING! Heheje, and the fact that you can eat on the balcony is priceless. Speaking of price it really wasn't expensive. Going to Rome and being in this hotel was the best experience of going to Europe.

Nice little hotel in a strategic position: a stone's throw from the Vatican, Campo des Fiori and Piazza Navona. The bus stop is just a few meters from the gate. It is located on the second floor of a period building of Corso Vittorio Emanuele Ii. The interior has been remodeled and is new. Our room has a balcony that gives on the course, the ceiling is very high and frescoed, the bathroom is well stocked. The breakfast is Italian with capuccino, fresh croissants, butter, jam, rusks and fruit juice and is served in the room. Cleanliness is great as great is the value for money. Recommended.

Very well placed, nice staff but a little noisy.

This hotel is located in the center of the city so almost all of the main attraction sites are just walking distance. There are very good restaurants nearby with good Italian food available. About the hotel itself, rooms are neat but are small. Every room has TV, air conditioning and a mini-fridge. Toilet was really good, spacious and clean. The only downside here is that you will get disturbed by the noise of neighboring guests because of the way doors/walls are designed. Bed was okay, not too comfortable but not too bad either. There is no breakfast available here despite the fact that they have coffee machine and snacks in the common area. Overall, this is a good stay in Rome.

Simple, uncluttered room with a beautiful ceiling. Among the shortcomings: no heating as the building vintage. Did not have warm blankets in November, only a thin fleece blankets. Hear who does what in the toilet, since the partition wall and plaster and glass. One of the managers at the reception didn't know English. No place to dry things. Advantages: Central location, not far from the Vatican.

Perfect for sleeping, just sleeping.
Clean, accessible with buses.
