Too old hotel with out wi fi. Very bad location and the most idiot behavior from the reseption. That people is not possible to work at hotels. Breakfast is too poor and disgusting… Dirty no fresh products.

Decent rooms for a night or a weekend. The waitresses of the restaurant serving a poor, little professional to give food to a table because a group of young people were peloteando, then the pedias those same foods to the waitresses and you mentian saying that there is.

For being a place outside the city.

This pretty well, good deal and good rooms.

Very comfortable. Spacious and clean rooms. Good breakfast and dinner.

First of all, we were 4 in a small room of 2 with two very unstable beds. We were very close and we slept poorly without counting the very fine walls letting pass all the noises located in the hallways or in the adjoining rooms. In addition, the door of the room was not working and despite many complaints from the staff, we were forced to leave our door unstuck throughout the day.
Then during the week a stray dog entered the hotel and no staff of the hotel was able to react, it was one of us who had to do it by telling them to give him food.
Finally, the hotel staff is not welcoming without counting the waitresses who without a single smile, did not apologize when they gave us a nudge or walked on our feet.

Great Hotel and services, however could be reported better.

Poor navigation position. Not the right coordinates.

Room on the first floor nightmarish while the second one has rooms of eggs that manage the fern.

A/C control doesn’t work. A/C makes huge noises. Toilet doesn’t flush. Front desk does’t care to change room for us. WORST experience in Italy EVER! Don’t come here everyone! SHAME ON YOU ROMA DOMUS!

I booked it by phone a few days in advance but when I arrived as agreed at 2am in the hotel there was no sign of my reservation and the hotel was full… fopo some phone call they found me place in another little hotel Distant HOTEL RELAX which I highly recommend compared to the Domus.

The worst hotel in Europe that I habe ever stayed in my entire life! 1) customer service doesn't exist here! 2) Breakfast is not prepared on time, guest have to outside for table to be ready! Dont dream of even sinple breakfast, they only serve hard & expired bread, jam, butter and only corn flakes, thats all! NOT RECOMMENDED FOR TRAVELLERS AND TOURISTS!

Room tidy and clean. Nice quiet place is close to the highway. Also good breakfast.

Good hotel for an overnight stay.

Neat and clean with very friendly and helpful staff… But the television that doesn't work because it lacks the plug in the antenna cable is just sad!
The location of the parking is very dangerous because it is between 2 curves.
The internal parking is very large but the buses, in addition to the difficulties of manoeuvring for the position, have to face in the entrance a very high slope with the risk of touching under even with the bus raised.
I wanted to give a star but the indicated initially made me lean for the second in favor of the staff.

Far from rome, very avarage, breakfast without quality.

Convenient to the A1 motorway, exit Ponzano Romano — Sorate. Comfortable stay Although structure a bit marked by time. Friendly and helpful staff. Following an inconvenience the administration proved available to offer a fair compensation. Restaurant of medium quality with choice of wines suitable and with good value for money.

It's so Terrible! The Service, food and sanitation are all terrible. You will know once you use this hotel.

Although the place could use some fixing up the rooms are clean and suitable for a short stay. A big advantage is te distance frome Rome. It's near enough to travel easily and far enough to have peace and quiet. The staff is very friendly and speaks English better than in previous hotels we have visited. A small downer is the lack of sufficient power outlets in the room which is a problem if you need to charge multiple devices such as laptops, phones or camera's.

The building seen better days, the restaurant is unacceptable. The room (s) are stinky. I had to change. Avoid this place.

It seems to me a good candle, it has good food and friendly, is quiet and good place where to operate a few days.

Staff helpful, clean, relaxing environment surrounded by beautiful nature environment. Breakfast buffet not very well stocked.

Convenient place to break the long trips, close to the motorway exit, dignified and adequate room for 2 at the price paid. Breakfast was plentiful. Only negative notes, the restaurant wasn't open but there was no information on the site, at breakfast there is a pizza maker.

Rooms not worn clutch Park etc. Low-cut wall at some point x the rest and andabile quality/prezzo ok.
