Good welcome when you first arrive and great service including an English breakfast in the morning. I forgot to add the location could not have better as it was at the eastern end of the marina I was working in.

Worst hotel I've ever been to. Worst service I've ever seen. It's not pleasant to be here. Who are these people writing positive reviews?! Who gave him four stars?!

Arrived at the hotel from the airport fumincino. The road from the airport to the hotel is about 40 minutes. At the airport you need to take a bus firm cotral, it goes to The Lido de Ostoia, to the train station. There you need to get on the bus number 5 or 1.
We were taking a room with no sea view as the prices were one week 823 euros per week. And if the windows in the yard, then 523 euros. And it's without breakfast. We were put in a basement room, with no balcony, with small windows. A towel dryer was broken in the bath, towels were falling on the floor. I went to the front desk and said we should have a room with a balcony. And we were promised to move in the morning. I went in the morning again to the front desk and we were moved to a room that is on the side of the building. And overlooking the sea and the port. The view is gorgeous! The room is clean, cleaned every day, even the underwear was changed daily. The staff tries very hard to please, to all my requests they immediately reacted. The room has a kettle, coffee and tea. The roof terrace is classy, with beautiful sea views. There are sunbeds and 2 Jacuzzi, by the way towels are also from the hotel, on each sunbed, their do not need to take.
The only negative is that for such a price for breakfast includes breakfast 523 euros (city tax 80 euros for two for a week.

Thin walls. I'm sure the woman next door gave this place 5 stars. My TV didn't work either so we couldn't drown out the noise at all. Otherwise it was nice. Good location and affordable. The restaurant just down the way a bit near the docks deserves a look and the general atmosphere is more pleasant than Rome.

It's a normal hotel. Hospitable staff. There's parking, breakfast. Opposite the beach, though doggy) ) a large port for yachts with restaurants. The elevator is turned off. The parking elevator doesn't work at all. There are beach towels. The room has a tea set and a minibar. There are rooms with an adjacent door. Noise insulation is very bad. Everything can be heard in the next room. The underwear is good.

Not bad hotel. The ocean view is amazing. But they should improve their bathroom quality. Overall the hotel is a nice place to stay. Close to the airport. If you are worry by the noise coming from waves of the sea, getting room with see sea view can be amazing and enjoyable.

We stayed here our last night before flying home. The staff were incredible. So kind and helpful. The room was was very clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking the see and marina. Lots of restaurants near by and walkable. Roughly a 40 Euro taxi ride to the airport mostly due to traffic, but only 10 miles away.

A very pleasant stay, however short. The double room with sea view offers a suggestive and relaxing panorama, advantage also given by the convenient location of the hotel — easily reachable but just dislocated from the hustle and bustle of the centre. The interior is decorated with exquisite taste, modern, elegant and minimalist; Maximum cleanliness and comfort. We had a small problem with the malfunctioning AC, but the staff proved efficient and helpful in trying to resolve the discomfort. In the morning, in the lobby, is served a rich buffet provided, among other things, of gluten free options.

Best hotel on Port of Rome! Great views from room! Local area not so great unless you stick to coastline and marina. Great place to end your vacation to Italy! Only drawback was when tub drained, it came up from floor drain and flooded bathroom, for that it loses a star. Otherwise friendly, helpful service with an excellent breakfast service and wine bar.

Rudeness of the receptionist at the highest levels, shabby place. Not recommended Rude receptionist. Shabby. The staff is very expensive En Mal Estado. No if Recomienda.

Not the best beach but hotel is nice with good rooms.

Horrible. It has additional costs for the state of the 4-star hotels, so it's not what it presents in the photos.
There was a cigarette in the ashtrays. The heater was not working properly. The shower was dripping hours. Impossible to bathe. The tent is not sealed by the sun.

The hotel is located at a very convenient place in the forefront of the sea. I spent a quiet night in the comfortable room.

Beautiful modern waterfront room! Within walking distance to many excellent harbor front restaurants. The staff was very friendly and accommodating… 20 minute taxi cab ride from FCO airport (30 euros each way) *My only recommendation would be screens on the sliding doors to prevent insects.

Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, it was nice being right at the sea and was close enough, but not too close, to Rome so we could drive in everyday without much hassle. The staff were wonderful, the rooms were clean, comfortable and nice (love the balcony), the bar/food area was adequate for what we needed but the highlight was the view, awesome sunrises in the morning and warm beautiful sunsets in the evening! I give it 4 stars only because it could use a face lift. Overall amazing stay, would love to go back, highly recommend.

In itself Super hotel and friendly staff. If you need something, you can get it. But the location is very bad. If you really want to go on vacation, this is the wrong place. Bad, Vermüllter beach and the area is not particularly nice. For sightseeing of the city but top. You just drive one hour to the Colosseum by train. So briefly summed up: Nice little hotel with super room facilities but bad place to take a vacation.

I came home today after a working day in the open air. It was very cold, we had the water flowing into the tub. On my request to solve the problem came about 40 min. Later someone who said it was hot. These are normal Italian conditions. Shouted at someone at Babele something before himself laughed and hung up. He said, tomorrow in the morning someone comes and looks at it. On my question about a time… so at 0900 you can not say. Good that I depart tomorrow!. Also, I was charged with things of the mini-bar which I did not consume. The cleaning lady probably drinks.

Good place to stay by the sea. Nice staff, great breakfast. Bus station near to go to Roma, very cheap instead of a cab.

I was charged 70 euros of rate not if we were robbed the closet of back that Erauna neighborhood of fifth class looked and Oian lis lawsuits from the neighborhoods opposite a noise all night not advisable.

NOT SATISFIED AT ALL! Elevator out of order for our entire stay. Hot water was not working first few hours and once it was fixed not very hot. Bar service only. Unfortunately when we told the front desk about the disappoints we experienced, the employee did not seem to care. Very disappointed!

Can't say anything negative of this place. The staff was great. The breakfast was marvelous. The view, breathtaking. To be picky, I wish that the soap was bigger (hardly lasted one bath).

The hotel was ok, but there is no reason to stay here unless you need to be close to the marina. Transport to the airport is really by taxi only and about 25€! The bus/train can get you to the airport I'm in a mere 90+ minutes! Next time we will stay in Rome and take the express train from Termani to the airport.

Amazing!, my husband and I arrived and went to our beautiful large room we opened our door to our balcony and there was the sea 20 meters away. The breakfast and coffee was delicious with lots to chose from. Looking at all the resturants at the marina only a 3 minute walk away. But the staff all of them cleaners I mean all of them the best I've ever had. My husband was taken to hospital in a serious condition and if it wasn't for Claudio at Aran blu who wrote a letter in Italian to give to emergency room I don't no what would of happened because the hospinspoke very little English. Then sabbine from Aran blu along with all other staff could not have done any more for me. Phoning taxis for me all week explaining where I had to go. Printing important paper work for me off there computers. And always with a smile. Every day asking how my husband was. When he was released from hospital allowed us to rebook on a daily basis for when he was well enough to leave. I went to them at least 10 times a day and they never said no to anything I asked and repletedly said we are here to help. I can not recommend this hotel enough and nothing I can say or do will ever be enough to say THANK YOU. Sheree Australia.

It really is a great hotel with rooms in front of the sea and the marina and you enjoy a memorable sunset, I recommend it.

I tried to write a review about Booking but it was not published,,, Strange I asked for assistance but it was not possible to have a convincing answer,,,, I tried to contact the manager of the property from June 1, but it is always absent. Disappointed and certainly I would advise against the structure itself.

An expensive scam for the benefits and staff unpleasant and incompetent, hotel at the seaside but in the neighborhoods with poor people and misery.

Would definitely stay here again. They were generous enough to give us a free room upgrade to balcony for our honeymoon! It's a lovely view and right on the beach. I was missing their absolutely incredible full complimentary breakfast while settling for the buffet on my cruise. The staff is super friendly and understanding. The hotel itself has a very nice and unique modern beach-house feel. We really enjoyed staying here and the price can't be beat!

Hotel is located right next to the touristic port of Rome. In the off-season it's like a ghost town. Rooms are okay. Wifi is free and reasonably fast. Breakfast is decent but without any highlights.

Impeccable everything. Maybe a piccolssimo neo the wool cover would be more thick. Very nice comfortable and extremely quiet.
