Room with shovel… absolutely unacceptable noise… All night with this noise in his head… Old room. Full of dust. Absolutely dirty bathroom broken toilet table… decidedly ridiculous shower. Ancient and dark location… staff not attentive to the customer's needs… At the reception in the morning a gentleman quite full of himself looking down on you… A star for the otherwise dirty and old location.

Nice place and absolutely friendly staff. But slow and poor service.

A good hotel… arriving in the evening late and thanks to the great Bagchi of the reception I had the possibility of staying overnight without reservation, location. Good.

In their defense I have to say but they were under renovation, however it does not forbid that the rooms stink of smoke, due to those who smoke in the bathrooms, and the TV is exaggeratedly small for the size of the same.

The rooms are okay but nothing special. Some rooms don't have air-conditioning but just a big fan. We had several problems with our room where we stayed for one week. The shower wasn't draining properly so you had to wait for around 5 minutes for your shower to drain in the middle of your shower. Not very convenient… We asked at the desk if it could be fixed and the next day a plumber came to our room. He turned the shower on, then off, then left. Of course that didn't solve the problems at all. Talking about the shower, don't expect a big lovely shower after a hot day, the shower looks more like a leaking garden hose. One of the mornings we were surprised by knocking on the door. Since we were in bed we shouted 'no! '. Then 3 seconds later we heard a key unlocking the door. Again we shouted 'NO! ' at the door. Then 10 minutes later we heard knocking again. Again we replied with a big 'no'. When it happened for the third time I went out bed to open the door and check what the f* was going on. I was greeted by a lady who just really really really wanted to give us our new clean towels. The overall hotel is nice, the people at the reception are kind and the breakfast is free, but the list of things that simply weren't correct was too long to make it a pleasant overall stay. We paid €350, — for 6 nights.

We got there late around 10.45pm having not been able to find a Hotel near Fiumicino airport due to a Lazio football game at home. We were welcomed warmly and the on site restaurant made dinner for us with a smile despite how late it was. Staff were chatty and friendly. Recommend.
