I was always very happy with everything. From the SPA, to the hotel, to the restaurant, to the staff, but this year I can't say the same thing. The kitchen does not live up to a 4 star. 8 days of stay always the same menu and not good, last year everything great from starter to dessert. With regard to the SPA have increased a lot Prices, plus being a customer I always had the discount on treatments, so these changes led me not to do them. What to say, if it stays that way I certainly won't go back. Too bad because I had found a really top place.

An elegant spa hotel offering warm springs pools and treatments, plus wonderful personal attention from the entire courteous and friendly staff. The food and wine are top quality. Kudos to the chef! In Viterbo, an hour and a half by train north of Rome. We've been twice and will return.

I came back again as I do every year or noticed right away that they did not put more hair cap in the pools … and already there or started to suspect! At dinner usual poolside place etc etc… When the first course arrived or noticed immediately that the sheff had changed… them or realized right away that I had applied changes … The balconies full of ants. Bathrooms not very clean The sinks patched with horrendous resin … The poorly manicured gardens The squarniti plastic bag squad baskets cmq and changed something … Too bad!

It's a terrific thermal. Yes, their visit is more expensive than a visit, for example, to Termi Dei Pape nearby. But the Kalmyks of Salus and the hotel of the same name are worth a visit without a doubt.

We spent 3 days imattino served a sweet or salty breakfast with all sorts of homemade God's ben. Special cuisine, very well prepared staff and very ready to meet any customer's need.
Not to forget the cleanliness of every point of the hotel both of the rooms and the interior and outdoor rooms and around the 5 pools. Cared for in every tiny detail. In a nutshell!

Dated structure with regard to the rooms, first order restaurant with exceptional dishes, breakfast at the top. Very modern and functional wellness area. Possibility of numerous treatments. External tanks also to be restored. Overall recommended.

Maximum quality, minimum prices, spectacular. We had a great time, a spectacular lunch, lunch was tasty, of excellent quality and was served quite quickly, the spas are clean, vast and with different temperatures from bathtub to tub. There is the sauna, the "grotto", the whirlpool, the relaxation room (the Buddha space), the gym, everything and more. A full day (from morning to evening excluding overnight stay), for two people, is coming to cost €93!
All the facilities and facilities are of a very good quality, I do not know the hotel rooms, but the structure, the staff and the opportunities that this mega "SPA" offers are very high standard.
I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel with spa and spas in the surroundings of Viterbo. The rooms are very cozy, although the structure is probably not the most beautiful of its kind. Excellent breakfast and also good restaurant. But the real gem of the hotel is the spa, with its unmissable Etruscan thermal route: Turkish bath, calidarium, outdoor and indoor hot and cold pools, sauna, Kneipp, emotional showers, rest room, herbal tea room, possibility of massages of every Kind and other personalized treatments. Possibility also to make Day Spa, even of couple.

The structure is not brand new but still nice and cozy, provided with any comfort: from room service, to free Wi-Fi, to the restaurant inside the hotel.
Professional welcome by a very kind staff of reception, room (a standard double) comfortable and very clean, standard path (without massages) spa and wellness relaxing and satisfactory.
In General a short but pleasant weekend in the name of relaxation, for more at a great price thanks to the package/offer found online.

I was disappointed by the structure, which is evidently to renovate. The thermal pools do not even have the Whirlpool jets working and in many inland areas the plaster is dilapidated. The relaxation areas even if well studied are abandoned to themselves (candles present but extinguished, no background music…). The only indoor pool in the day I was a guest was closed for maintenance and at the reservation I was not informed. I had booked for 2 nights but given the unpleasant surprise I went away earlier. I am sorry for the staff who proved very courteous.

I stayed at this hotel for a day dedicated to relaxing. The property is not modern but I found a spotless room, excellent service and the staff very kind.
The SPA is the highlight of the property. Turkish bath inside a grotto, indoor and outdoor thermal pools and sauna, enriched by different corners dedicated to massages and others to relax and enjoy an excellent herbal tea.
I didn't get to dine or eat the spot but I can say that the breakfast in the morning is plentiful.

Hotel is so cute. The staff that really welcomed us very friendly. Very nice outdoor and indoor pools with different relaxation rooms. Where you can enjoy herbal teas.

I called the same morning to know if they were availables two entrances, but to have this simple information, I had to call 5 times because the receptionist said to pass the call directly to colleagues in the spa, but fell the line or not They were responding for minutes.
Price high enough for the quality of the services: some whirlpools do not activate, some parts of the swimming pools are rusty, the nom slippers are passed as in other structures and you pay 5 euros.
The lockers are inside a very small dressing room where there is no room for the number of people expected.
Clean and new internal structure.

So, in my opinion, for value for money, it is the best Spa Hotel in central Italy. In this sense, the structure beats its 5-star counterparts for convenience and completeness of the offer.
The Spa is clean, quiet and complete with every comfort. The pools are comfortable and with various temperatures available. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is high quality, varied and plentiful.
The rooms, sileentious (at least the one that happened to us), maybe are a bit small, but it's a detail overall negligible
The property is also well connected with the main road arteries in the area.
We will definitely be back!

That's the second year I'm going. The place is beautiful both for the hotel and for the spa. The staff is attentive and kind. The kitchen of the restaurant is amazing both for the breakfasts and lunches and dinners. Every year on the last day I stop at the hairdresser in the Spa and the owner Alex offers a service in professionalism and competence in care and pampering for the hair. What to say more… a complete holiday in the maximum relaxation and surrounded by very kind and super efficient staff. Congratulations to all.

After the bankruptcy of this hotel seemed to have changed things, but today I had to cancel the planned reservation with my family because I was reported by telephone by the staff that my 11 year old daughter can not access the spa…!?! So the other times that with my daughter we had access to the hot tubs was a serious violation? Or a lack of control? Or has the owner changed again for the umpteenth time? Well it will be my care to report this anomaly to those of competence, because either the rule is there always or there is never…!

Fantastic thermal baths for relaxing days!

Wow, just wow. What a find. This boutique hotel has a fantastic outdoor spa area with natural hot spring water. It's a bit stinky but not too bad. There are multiple swimming pools and an indoor pool as well. The rooms are spacious and the restaurant is fantastic. I would however recommend to start with a few drinks at the bar as they serve little snacks with it as well, then you slowly move over to the main course…

I felt like I was in the Roman Baths of hundreds of years ago.

Relaxation and rejuvenation in warm and cold thermal baths. Sauna and silent rooms are also available. Wide choise of beauty treatments and massage (though these seem overpriced). Suits any need in accessibility, whether as a full board, day and half day option.

I am a regular Spa customer, spacious, elegant and really relaxing. I recommend going during the week if you want to enjoy peace and quiet. Fabulous price x the permanence of an entire day!

The property is attached to a nice 4 star hotel very well cared for.
Upon arrival you register in the hotel so that you have an account open in case of other purchases and it will weld at the end of the day. The staff at the reception is friendly and friendly and provides all the explanations in addition to large towel and bathrobe.
The changing rooms are not big but they have lockers and showers equipped with shampoo and bubble bath.
The SPA has various pools, both cold and salty and hot and sulphurous, with different temperatures.
There is a grotto with Turkish bath, sauna and whirlpool. Gym and relaxation room.
Massages of various kinds, of 50 minutes, to be bought apart from the entrance of the thermal circuit.

I stayed at this Hotel for work, so I didn't take advantage of all the amenities due to lack of time but overall I was fine. Only flaw for me and for all my colleagues who have stayed there, the most uncomfortable pillows ever found, a nightmare at night to fall asleep and in the morning to wake up with cervical.
I'd change them right away.

Very nice hotel with very nice common areas. I stayed three days on business, breakfast lunch and dinner below expectations. Very disappointing the Spa, if I return to Viterbo I don't know if I would stay there again. Not recommended!

Great for a break at the Spa.

Great Hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. The SPA is divided on two thermal pools and a hot tub with a large sauna and a Roman Bath Spa in Etruscan cave. Both breakfast and dinner were great I found the staff very obliging and reserved, but at the same time ordered.
Only embarrassing situation a lady came into the sauna with your tablet …

At least once a year I go back to this hotel only for the SPA, the best when I know of: heated indoor pool with whirlpool and fountains that goes on outside; Kneipp circuit formed by two tubs (hot and cold) very long and with water that comes just above the knees; sauna and Turkish bath; showers; relaxation room and massage rooms. And that's not all! There are also two outdoor pools, both low: one of the seats under a waterfall high more than 2 metres and the other has seating-chairs. There is also a huge regular pool.
What can we say? Book as soon as possible a night and includes access to the SPA!

Each visit offers nothing new. The hotel is elegant and the staff meets expectations. From inside we descend directly to the spa and that, in winter, it's super. In the warmer seasons a large park includes wonderful thermal water tanks so as to enjoy the wholesome water and sunlight. Without forgetting of the pools for the summer. Nothing is missing. The hotel restaurant serves tasty Italian dishes. The staff is impeccable and closes this my review on the hotel. A few kilometers, finally. Viterbo, is a magnificent historic city waiting to be discovered.

I don't want to give my credit card details to book online. I don't find it correct as there is the privacy Act and with all the hackers that are there can clone the card. Unfortunately it is the first time I happen to give the credit card. I have always booked anywhere without these data,
I don't find it correct. Or give an advance payment by bank transfer. Some hotels do not ask for anything. I booked it anyway.

I am an American citizen living in Italy and I have gone back to this hotel several times with friends. Great place! Beautiful, clean, large rooms, and very friendly and competent staff. General Manager Dora is just wonderful. Great atmosphere and currently the hotel is undergoing major renovations, I'm very excited to go back and see what they've done! Highly recommend this hotel.

I returned yesterday from having spent four days at the Hotel. Excellent in all respects by the Organization, availability and kindness of staff, cleanliness and order — congratulations to all the staff. Experience to be repeated in fact return the first few days of next October.
