Exceptional location in the green of the cimini mountains surrounded by chestnut trees with an autumn landscape. Fantastic furniture, set up by various ancient ceramics, heated rooms with beautiful fireplaces is like being inside a fairy tale. Great service and fair quality and price. I highly recommend spending a weekend there, with tranquility.

The location is beautiful. Our experience, 4 friends looking for relaxation, was not positive. The welcome was not particularly friendly. The service very bad, except for the attentions of a kind and understanding waiter. Poor and poor aperitif, with old food, at a hallucinatory price compared to what is offered … as a traveler, I know well the worldly contexts in Italy and in the world, and I guarantee that "finger food" does not mean "eating with your hands" sauces and greasy or juicy things, nor that napkins should not be brought at least! … Too bad, we could have come back several times but we were disappointed. 👎
PS the photo shows 4 portions of aperitif… 18 euros each, including a drink. Prices and quality that even in Rome or Milan …

Location fantastica immersa in un bellissimo bosco. Vicinissima a Viterbo e un posto incantevole dove tante persone scelgono di sposarsi. Ho trascorso un weekend bellissimo e rilassante. Le camere sono davvero belle, arredate con gusto. Cucina particolare ma molto saporita con prodotti a km zero. Brava Emanuela che riesce a il gestire tutto!

A place with a surreal atmosphere, thanks to the nature and furnishings. Genuine food, especially high quality meat. It is a recommended place for weddings or for couples.

My husband and I go to this area in Italy every year and I believe this place is our favourite insider tip. We love coming here for lunch in the beautiful and magical garden with stunning views and the best Italian food. The Giardini Ararat Team also took care of the catering for our wedding at lake Bolsena last year and did such an amazing job. Our guests loved the food, the service was best in class and decorations including tableware etc. Were on point. The communication to organise everything was very smooth and we really felt in very good hands.

Farmhouse located on the hills near Viterbo. Very friendly place, large spaces, very green. Suitable for families with children. Typical cuisine, with dishes also wanted. The place is very quaint and has a very familiar atmosphere. Nicely decorated. Good service, friendly staff and hand. The owner is also very nice. Absolutely recommended. They also have rooms for B&B.

A good restaurant that has great potential x become excellent! I state that the place is very welcoming and the location is really fantastic: it is immersed in an unspoiled nature rich of beautiful chestnut trees! We were in a group and we could taste a bit of everything: from appetizers to desserts. The waiting times alas were biblical (almost an hour between the first and second). Excellent the dishes of brisè with cauliflower and cheese and la polenta with a heart of cheese. Among the first excellent noodle with porcini and pillow (although the latter covered the taste of porcini… sin), divine the pappardelle with whitefish and finally the supreme "pumpkin dumpling with goose. Nothing special about the eggplant millefeuille. Among the second good the codfish while I would advise against the beef muscle with pomegranate (not raw) whose hard seeds were inedible… pity! Very good Tiramisu.

Great place… a paradise in the earth. For years now we go to " The Gardens of Ararat, " and every time we don't want to leave because Emmanuela and Laura are extraordinary people that make you feel really at home. The rooms are with attention to detail, beautiful location, outstanding meals, people and wonderful animals. We can not say other than… thank you! Sabrina, Matthew, Emma and Winston.

Absolutely Fantastic! I was there for a Baptism a couple of weeks ago. The food was excellent, from the aperitivo to the starter to the main course. The staff were great people who kept smiling! Thank to you all.

I celebrated my 40 years and the party was organized in an impeccable manner. Details with great attention to detail, ideas amazing and left nothing to chance. Exceptional food… delicious cake, impossible to forget… the warm and welcoming environment… in a words all great…

The very nice location, I found it ideal for a romantic dinner, even the guy who served us very professional and kind… maybe a bit as expensive as prices, in such a place there is, with the particular dishes it presents. But precisely because I was aware of the price of the service and the quality, I chose a wine that I knew, without the wine list and without the advice of the waiter, knowing that I had chosen a cheap wine, but that then on the account I paid 18 euros, well knowing the price of I was a little sick of that bottle. Anyway beautiful place… But not suitable for everyone's wallet… I do not recommend it for those who are used to eating so much and well spending the right… And I recommend it for those who prefer appearance to substance.
