Lovely place between green mountains, pools inside and a huge and warm outdoor pool, great food, staff idem, cleanliness, courtesy to try I am the 5 time I go, to try.

I stayed in this hotel recently with my husband and my daughter and I have to say that everything was really super from the friendliness and kindness of all the staff. Hotel clean and rooms very spacious;same thing for the spa area. Spearhead the restaurant. Congratulations and we will meet again soon.

I think it is the first time that I have to write a review even before living the stay, but I think it is equally important to share the experience I have experienced: the stay is not for me but for my parents who are not really in great health and therefore Before deciding we went to visit the property.
I state that despite the great influx of people (it was Sunday) the attention in our regards has always been "high" in particular that of salòme, an exceptional person who, in addition to his great and polite professionalism, has been shown right from the very beginning Reassuring.

He helped us also after our visit to find the best solutions for the small difficulties encountered on the motor impediments of my mother. He promptly contacted the physiotherapy facility in the person of Benedetta who was equally professional and also very very kind.

The location is wonderful as far as the catering food is good but in small portions for those who want to do the diet is fine then x how much concerning the SPA leaves a little to be desired as cleanliness and we do not relax X nothing too noisy and x nintend a comfortable environment Progressi. I don't think we will return.

The hotel is quite modern, clean and nice. All the staff are very courteous, both the reception and the restaurant.
You eat well in the restaurant and the waiters are very helpful. A little too confusing, but that is the fault of the guests that the breakfasts are Hoardi jam.

I didn't use the Spa and the gym. Anyway the hotel it's good, the rooms are cleaned but a little bit old. The breakfast it's not bad but not excellent. It's alligned to the assigned stars.

What to say is just great. I stayed my husband and I this weekend. Perfect clean room spacious and stylish. Very friendly dining/dinner and really nice staff. The Spa no beautiful more. Wide spaces and everything very clean, from the dressing room to the various spaces to enjoy The pampering that gives us these wonderful place. To be back for sure. The thing that maybe I missed saw the beautiful days I found, a nice outdoor pool maybe even this one with some hot tubs. Who knows next time they don't give us a nice surprise. Also because outside is full of green and would be, in my opinion, the gi're on the cake. Thank you very much to everyone for the attention received.

(0= bad, 1= 0k, 2=good, 3= better then expected) Hotel (3*) next to Therme with restaurant and free Parking, staff friendly, outside chairs and tables, Receptionist takes the phone twice during check-out. Spa, Theme and indoor pool not used. Restaurant with small but sufficient menue, price fair, only portion of the "choice of the day" small. 2017: room 304: room with double bed, TV, Minibar, small safe (not for LapTop useable) and carpet, separate bathroom with shower and toilet and big balcony with nice view south and to Ferentino village, but no chair on balcony.

Nice… hotel a little dated but very well organized, the rooms are nice and spacious great cleanliness. The new spa Center is really beautiful and the staff very knowledgeable, the massages are very intense and professional. There are not many pools… a large and a small, its Turkish baths, a 4-seater Jacuzzi and 2 emotional showers, but is under construction a new outdoor facility with other pools. The food is really good with availability of local products… Overall experience absolutely to repeat.

We stayed one night to take advantage of a gift package at the spa. The hotel is aesthetically not the best, the staff are helpful and polite, the room was nice, a kind of mini apartment with loft, very particular. It is connected to the SPA with a tunnel to do on foot. The restaurant offers cured but not very abundant dishes. All in all it's fine.

Very pleasent. All the personal was very nice and friendly. Rooms are big and very clean. Bed was very confortable and I sleep very good. You can enjoy each day swimming, jacuzzi, sauna and spa.

Went there with my wife guest of this property for a weekend of relaxation. The room is cozy and spacious. Then include access to the spa area that forms the centerpiece of the whole experience. Will def because I was very pleased.
