Balata Bianca

Beautiful modern and tasteful structure. My room was comfortable, but small, with complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. Both the mattresses and pillows are good, the bed linen and towels are beautiful.
The property is located a short distance from Via Roma, the old port is about 500 meters away. It is necessary to rent a car or scooter to reach the various beaches on the island. For this reason, Margherita rental was recommended to us.
Breakfast includes both sweet and savory dishes, but it should be replenished, the products are still good. The cleanliness of both the rooms and common areas is excellent.
The staff, Giorgia and Vera, are very kind and helpful.
Beach towels and umbrellas are provided.
I recommend it for a holiday in Lampedusa.

Beautiful structure in the heart of Lampedusa, a B&B that offers services far superior to a normal 3-star hotel.
Comfortable rooms, breakfast on the terrace with sea view, kindness of the owners.
Added value beach towels and umbrella in use every day, bottles of water available for free, sweets and coffee in the afternoon. The center can be easily reached on foot, while for the coves it is essential to rent a means of transport. Lampedusa is an enchanting island and staying in the right place makes everything even more special. Thanks Franco and Teresa!

Since Lampedusa was very crowded when I traveled I had to call to each and every hotel on the island. I can confidently say this hotel has the best cost-benefit in town. The owner (Mr. Franco) has thought each detail of the hotel and is very kind. Think no further, Balata Bianca is the best choice.

At Balata Bianca we felt warmly welcomed. Mr. Franco has truly thought of all the needs of the guests. The rooms are modern and furnished with style. Nothing is really missing (there is also an emotional shower in the bathroom! ). The breakfast on the terrace overlooking the old port was excellent. Even though the B&B is close to the center, the room is quiet and comfortable. Highly recommended!

A rare pearl on the extraordinary island of Lampedusa. New, elegant structure, with attention to every detail and very close to the centre. Spotlessly clean rooms and common areas, comfortable bed, spectacular shower with chromotherapy and fine finishes. Add to this the human contribution of Franco and Teresa who made us feel at home and pampered as if we had known each other forever. The details then do nothing but increase our satisfaction. The structure offers beach towels, umbrella, professional hairdryer and minibar stocked daily with fresh water, terrace for breakfast. Friendly and competent staff (thanks Giorgia and Vera). For our holiday in Lampedusa my boyfriend and I chose to stay at the Balata Bianca after reading several reviews and we couldn't have made a better choice! If you want to really feel at home this is the right place. Teresa and Franco are helpful, hospitable and really very kind. We stayed for 12 days and having had a problem with our luggage not arriving they made every comfort available to us! Clean and beautiful rooms (thanks to Vera), sweet and savory breakfast on the terrace served by the very kind Giorgia. Umbrellas, towels and fresh water in the room available for free. The Balata Bianca is located a few steps from the center and the port, convenient for every move. We recommend it and will definitely return on our next holiday in Lampedusa. Wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel. The owners Teresa and Franco could not have been nicer and more accommodating. Teresa gave us many excellent recommendations for local beach spots and restaurants. The hotel and rooms are perfectly decorated and very comfortable. The shower is a great size and perfect temperature. Finally Vera Who prepares the rooms was incredibly kind and helpful. Definitely a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the magical island of Lampedusa.

Last summer I had a lovely week… Excellent hospitality! The owners two wonderful hosts, very kind, helpful and attentive to your every need! Great location just a few minutes from the airport and near the port from where you can leave for the many excursions that you offer. Soundproof rooms equipped with every comfort, shower with chromotherapy, ideal after spending a day enjoying the wonderful sun and sea that only Lampedusa can give you. And then the scent that cheers and relaxes ever since you enter the White Balata. What else to say? I'm definitely coming back!
