I was at this hotel one night on business. Very cozy family run place. Very friendly staff, they made me feel at home. Clean and spacious room. Rich breakfast buffet, meets every need.
Close to the hotel is a very nice castle. I would stay here again!

We stayed at this property on date 25/04/2018.
Right from the entrance we found ourselves in a cozy environment enriched by the many flowering plants.
The courtesy and kindness of the owner left us particularly satisfied immediately, accompanied in our room we noticed that it was well stocked, clean and tidy.
The following morning we enjoyed the rich breakfast of choice: from the cake of Artemisia (which I highly recommend! ), to Apple pie, to the crumb cake, to the paradise cake, various brioche, biscuits, cereals, fruit, juices, and for those who also want to cap of soy.
The environment very pleasant, simple and cared for in detail.
I recommend to everyone the opportunity to try this property.

Great hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean. All the rooms have a private bathroom that is also spacious and with everything you need. Comfortable beds. The breakfast is plentiful and especially the homemade cakes are truly exquisite. The owners were very friendly. I recommend it for a visit to both Verona and the Custoza area. Obviously better to have the car.

Cozy, extremely clean and tidy, quiet, friendly staff and breakfast by ten and praise! This is the second time I have returned to this hotel, which is housed in an old courtyard surrounded by azaleas, in a pleasant place in the Veneto region. Breakfast is a pleasure as they offer a lot of cakes all homemade really good: cake without milk for intolerant, ricotta tart macaroons and chocolate chips, apple pie, cake with Artemisia and sweets!

The owner is nice and nice presence so it reflects the global service on the reception in the center a beautiful town.

The hotel is a 10minuti walk from the train station, very convenient to go to Verona or Mantua plus they have a very comfortable inside parking the staff were kind the room was clean.

It was a very nice hotel. Only flaws the noises that you feel in the room before falling asleep.

Clean room… super Big Breakfast for all tastes… The kindness and friendliness are at home. Recommended. Although we have used with smartbox they treated us very well.

We stayed from 19 to 21 January. It was a very nice hotel. The owners super hospitable. I recommend it. Return.

One drawback: We were not recommended to book at the recommended restaurant so we were forced to have an emergency pizza in a take away. The rest from much higher category. We will return in case of a new appointment in Verona.

A small hotel in the centre of Villafranca V. Ne, Ultra clean, spacious and cozy rooms.
The hostess a fantastic lady and to finish a hearty and varied breakfast.

I was very satisfied with nice clean room. Small Hotel recommended x 1 or 2 nights x visit Mantova Verona and Garda.

Staff very friendly and especially helpful to the point such as calling the roadside assistance due to a small problem at my car superadded a few miles from arrival in the property. Clean and fragrant rooms. Very good breakfast, with a wide choice of things to drink and eat. Recommended!

Last weekend I was at this property with my family. Spacious and clean rooms, equipped with every comfort, owners and staff friendly and courteous, rich and exquisite breakfast (homemade cakes a delight). Definitely deserves more stars. We will happily replay.

The room was impeccable, you can park on the farm, central location. Only breakfast was too Italian for me — essentially cake and sweet, barely savoury the stuff.

We came here with a Smartbox gift. We chose it for the great location, close to Verona and also to Lake Garda. The hotel was very clean and very good. Great breakfast with delicious cakes and homemade biscuits. We so liked that we were one more night!
