The best hostel in Verona! Everything excellent!

Most beautiful and amazing hostel i've ever been to! Clean and nice rooms. Friendly stuff let me feeling like I'm at home! :) Highly recommend this lovely place!

I don't usually write reviews, but this one definitely deserves it. You'll find this lovely hostel just out of reach of the daily buzz of the city, nestled away in one of its quieter neighborhoods. The hostel itself has a welcoming atmosphere, with colorful decorations and lively music. Once you've walked to the back of the hostel, you'll find a well equipped kitchen, spacious seating, and one of the nicest gardens I've ever seen from a hostel. The garden includes outdoor lunch tables, sun bathing chairs, and cozy couches with a canopy draped over. If you're a solo traveler, you'll have no problem meeting new friends, as everyone loves to congregate in the garden, sharing wine, stories, and games before heading out to enjoy the nightlife. Upon returning in the evening, you can go downstairs into the basement (former wine cellar I believe) where you'll find spacious seating, a TV, and foosball. My 6 bed room was well equipped with two showers and a toilet, a comfortable bed, outlets, and even a balcony overlooking the road below. Personally, my favorite part was the brand new air conditioning that I could control by remote. It was a life-saver during the heat of July. All of this pales in comparison to what really makes a hostel feel like a home; the staff. Over the course of the three nights I stayed at the Hostello, I've grown to know many of the staff members, including the owners, Matteo and Anna.

Best hostel I've ever stayed in! The staff were all so lovely, helpful and all spoke very good english. The hostel was in the perfect location with so many buses directly outside the door but it was a wonderful walk of 10-15 minutes to the old town anyway. We loved the games room in the basement and the back garden to sit and enjoy breakfast each morning. Everything had great style and taste. Everything was clearly marked so it was easy to understand the way the hostel operated. The rooms were huge! We were in a room of 6 people where we had plenty of space but our room had two private ensuites attached as well. Everything was modern, tiled and kept very clean too! The air conditioning in our room was also a huge benefit. We loved the two cats there too, all our best for the swift recovery of Hannibal we hope he feels better in the weeks to come! The only thing we found difficult was that there were not many gluten free options for breakfast but we understand in Italy it is hard/expensive to find gluten free cereal.

My friend and I had a great stay at Hostello Verona. The ambience is very cozy and comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and lovingly furnished. The staff is very friendly and helpful :-) Adjacent to the house is a small garden, which is also equipped with seating facilities. Breakfast is included and otherwise there is a self-catering kitchen where you can cook yourself. In the rooms are air conditioning and lockable spiders! The centre is within a 10-minute walk. We have paid 25euro per person for one night in an 8-bed room + 1€ per person taxes to be paid immediately in cash at check-in.

The parking situation is only negative. Since we only spent one night in Hostello, we parked in the parallel street in front of the University of Verona for a fee. (1€/h — 08-20h)

Otherwise we were very satisfied and like to come back :-)

Staff excellent and sympathetic, the location very well taken care of, provided and just outside the center that is reachable in 10 minutes on foot. Clean and nice rooms. The breakfast is self-service and very good, the kitchen well stocked. Small Cozy garden.

Very clean and big rooms with beautiful modern design. Staff is really friendly. The hostel has a cozy sitting area with cool atmosphere. Liked it very much. (Wi-Fi was disconnecting every few minutes on the first floor but I will ignore it as rest of the aspects are good enough to cover this)

Magnifica realtà nel cuore di Verona! L' ambiente è figo, curato e pulito mentre i ragazzi che ci lavorano son disponibili, simpatici e molto professionali. È difficile trovare strutture simili in Italia. A presto The Hostello!

Super lovely and modern Hostel thats actually as beautiful as in the pictures. Extreamly friendy staff and Clean.

Phenomenal experience! Very impressed by all aspects. Price, location and facilities all deliver. The wonderful couple that own and run the hostel made my experience in Verona unique.
