The place is great, very quiet, and a very nice deal. Beware of the roads as there are two to go, a very bad and a much better one.

Fabulous B&B a few miles from Verona. We stayed three days. Excellent cleanliness and furnishings; Comfortable beds, large bathrooms, large and comfortable living room not to mention the beautiful views! Dear landlord, Thank you Simone… It was a great experience…

Great place, clean and lovely views and wonderful service. A great, helpful and friendly owner. The only down side for me is the way to it. So narrow curvy road which was a bit scary for me when we were driving after sunset. However I still highly recommend it.

Wonderful place surrounded by greenery, ideal to spend a couple of days in the middle of the nature in utmost tranquility. Staying at the bed and breakfast Villa Beatrice is like going to find a close friend who welcomes you to the period you want. The welcome, however the reviews had said, has displaced, much was warm and well prepared: a great snack and a pleasant conversation with great ideas for our visit to Verona. In addition to our group of no longer very young, there was another young couple that Simone has been able to skillfully integrate, thus giving a more cheerful atmosphere. All without being intrusive. The rest of the stay was continued just like the welcome boded: clean, well furnished and with personality (not the usual anonymous hotels) ; spotless, orderly and with everything you need; I will not dwell on the abundant and varied breakfast, because I've seen already praised in the other reviews, I just say: TRY IT! Highly recommended.

Anyone that stays at Villa Beatrice Bed and Breakfast will fall in love with Simone and his wonderful Villa. It was home away from home. My husband and I stayed there during our 25th anniversary vacation and were very happy with this lovely and special place. We left with Simone now as a dear dear friend! We arrived by car and used the GPS coordinates (N 45° 29’ 13.536″ – E 10° 59’ 57.948″) which made it easy to get there. When we arrived Simone had wine waiting for us and gave us the tour of the b&b. My husband and I were the only individuals staying at Villa Beatrice (usually it is booked completely) as it was off season, so we literally felt like it was our own vacation home with a kitchen, den with tv, computer area, and big room in the downstairs level which had a shower ensuite. It is warm, inviting, comfortable, and special. There was even a washer available so we washed a few things which was helpful. The breakfast was special as well; Simone offered eggs, delicious homemade cake that his mom bakes, croissants, breads, rolls, ham, cheeses, yogurt, and fresh ham, but we opted to keep it simple by having the homemade cake, croissants, and yogurt only. The most special part of the morning breakfast was that we had his very special “magical potion” juice. Each morning was a different blend of fruits/veggies and it was absolutely delightful! Each morning he took time to go through the plans for the day and recommended sites, restaurants, and shopping.

Everything about this place is PERFECT! Simone and Angelica, with their kindness and hospitality, the rooms, the garden, the dogs, the hammocks, the breakfast, the homemade cakes and yogurt. Villa Beatrice is our home away from home, it's the place where we always want to come back again and again. Highly recommended! Thank you for all the great memories!

Lovely place in 5 minutes ' drive from the city, on the hills of Verona.
What strikes you most is the hospitality and Simone and angelic hosts that make you feel welcome right from the start, rimpiendoti attention, advice and useful information without ever being intrusive.
We were only there one night for a concert at the Arena.

Gargantuan breakfasts (there's everything and more, all soft and savory homemade).
Free parking on the property!

The villa is beautiful, exudes peace and tranquility, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Simone is the best host in the world, very friendly and interested in making us feel like at home, the best breakfast of our entire trip, thank you for the delicious variety d juices and pastries, there is no better way to start the day.

The Bed and Breakfast Villa Beatrice is much more than a place to rent a room!
It's a place where you feel at home, a beautiful villa furnished with great taste and extremely welcoming where you are greeted like old friends and hosted with all the attention usually reserved for loved ones.
Simone and Angelica greet you at home as if you knew my life and put you at ease right away.
The breakfasts they prepare are simply delicious and gargantuan, with local produce and "homemade".
The luminous bedrooms and garden "designed" complete this beautiful painting.
I definitely recommend a stay at Villa Beatrice.

The location is excellent, about 5-10 mins by car outside the historical center of Verona, on the surrounding hills with sweeping views over the town! Close to the attractions but yet on a comfortable distance from the city in lush and quiet surroundings. Wonderful hospitality and service. Rooms are nicely decorated, clean and quiet. Fantastic breakfasts and a truly devoted host in Simone. No requests were to difficult and full attention was given to assist with every task, bigger and smaller. Excellent value for money, would definitely stay there again.

After a first stay in pairs in 2010 we returned to family in this fabulous bed and breakfast where Simon and Angelica we were welcomed with open arms with the same enthusiasm and professionalism. Everything is studied in detail: the facility is very nice with a nice park opposite the House with open views over the hills around Verona and a covered terrace to have breakfast or simply relax. The rooms are all very comfortable, downstairs with bath or upstairs with bathroom in the hallway. Simone then prepares a great breakfast (fruit and vegetable Smoothies are her specialty) and in general the kitchen is available: yogurt, juices, cakes, etc. You can take freely! They also say the logistics: Simone is always available to advise on all things to do in Verona, where to eat etc: not always when we travel we follow such "recommendations", but in this case are really valuable and you can trust!
Surely our benchmark in Verona. (I would like only to point out that the bed and breakfast is about 6 km from Verona of a road — sometimes a little narrow — through the hills, so who wants to be absolutely in the Center or not to the street at night don't appreciate).

Although it's a little difficult to find when one first drives there, Villa Beatrice is easily the best B&B we have stayed in during out 4 months in Europe. The price is more than fair, but the house itself and the service (not to mentono the views! ) are worth much more. Simone, who not only runs the place but is the best trip advisor any city ever had. He gave us maps, a day-pass to the sights of Verona, advice on where to park and where to eat. Our room was modern, quiete, cool (it s air — conditioned) and pristine. The WI-FI works perfectly. I only wished we could have stayed longer.

What to say about Villa Beatrice? Charming, an absolutely beautiful garden, spacious rooms, very clean and tidy. The owners Simone and Angelica are the nicest hosts you will ever meet, showing excellent hospitality. They are friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Amazing homemade breakfast every morning, made with local and natural products to suit all need. Quiet and intimate B&B, only a 10 minute drive from Verona down-town, perfect for anyone wishing to get out of the city environment to relax in tranquillity. Fully equipped kitchen at guests' disposal. Just a perfect place to stay. Would definetely recommend to everyone visiting Verona. Thank you, guys.

In my second experience at Villa Beatrice I could find the same good hospitality and the tipicals home made cakes, bake bread and the fantastic fresh extracted fruit juice… the innovation of 2014! Well done…
