DON'T STAY HERE! The owner is uncomfortable and very rude! After booking this B&B they run into difficulty by train from Rimini, and email it to let them know, and then call to warn that I wouldn't arrive at the B&B until 10-10.30 about his words "We have a life! ", Funnily Most people do and you run a B&B to help guests, don't make them feel unwelcome and intrude into your space! In case you don't realize that you run a guest-based business, it's called B & B! It wasn't as if I had requested trouble with the train, DUH! He then took my money for a 2-night stay and did not refund, steal and a liar! FIND OTHER ALLOGGIS, DON'T TAKE A CENTESIMO TO THIS MENT! He needs to learn good manners, compassion and understand that his business only survives because of the guests, idiot!

Great b&b thats actually a b&b. The location is good, only 3-4 blocks away from the arena. The place is spotlessly clean, veeery spacious room, great variety on the breakfast (though mostly sweet stuff). Would definitely stay here again if I was back. Great value for money.

Very nice Landlady and very clean. Good location for visiting Verona Centro storico.

Great Hotel, hospitable welcome. Good breakfast. Comfortable, small hotel with large rooms and a large bathroom. Located in the heart of Verona.

Very helpful also for the fact that they did leave our luggage before the check-in time.
Excellent also the rooms, all in all cozy, and then finally I found some pillows worthy of the name!

Not for the first time in Verona, so I can say with certainty that the place is just perfectly located, not far from the center and the train station. Quiet street in a nice area. There are many restaurants and shops around.

Cancelled the reservation one of the holders when we arrived on the spot. Rude and arrogant. The Italian insulted me and treated with cafoneria and arrogance doing the bold. The Spaniard was sorry but did not understand the Italian.
I make them aware that it is not the behavior to do, can not cancel the reservation at the last, was leaving out a disabled person. He laughed and went on to insult.

B&B very cozy… Good location There's nothing missing… A stone's throw from the arena… Good breakfast Recommended.

We were given the detached apartment from the bed and breakfast. It was dirty old hot. Never again.

Rooms are wide and well furnished (there are also some cadies in there! ). Each room has its bathroom. Downstairs there is a kitchen with a large amount of food for the breakfast. It's a cozy and warm place. Highly recommended!

Awesome little B&B close to the centre of Verona. Very cheap rates and run by the very friendly Luigi. The room was clean and decorated very nicely. Room had air con, tv, Wi-Fi and own bathroom.

We booked this hostel style accommodation after reading all positive feedback on tripadvisor. We stayed here one night and not willing to return here or recommend this place. Reception does not exist, room with bathroom is moldy, if you book it without bathroom than you share the only roof-top toilet and shower with all other guests. The breakfast experience was a complete joke. Tea-bags are for decoration, as there is no way to boil water. Coffee machine was non-functional. You have to air all cupboards to find something. If you open the fridge, it looks like children's playground. Not enough cutlery (5 knives all together. ) If you come after the other guests, you have to start washing plates, cups and cutlery. 90 EUR (5 EUR tourist tax included for 2people) is a complete rip off for this place. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Great location: close to the center and a few minutes from the station. Great welcome. Clean and well appointed rooms.
