The new owner is wonderful. It is a true Italian experience. If you are looking for the TV version then no. But the real Italy is happening at this B&B. Gardens to relax in, little cut out to read in. I had a small but neat attic room, cute but very traditional. Breakfast as crazy as a family home with 20 quests would be. If you have time and want to savor the culture this is the place for you.

Come on, MARTINA! The owner is a force of nature and I wish her all the best for her new business. The B&B is cozy, clean, breakfast very abundant and very close to the center. The train noise? Very bearable at the bottom of Verona you go to turn and in the evening you are tired and you would sleep well with the band music!

The owner is very nice. Place is very near to the train station. Rooms are super clean. Breakfast is delicious. I recommend this place.

This B&B is under a new owner, she is a great person. She was waiting for us. The place is super clean, very near to the train station, we took a Taxi and it was €8.00. Breakfast was good, and the owner was there to help with anything. They provide maps and the information of the things that we wanted to do there. Highly recommended.

The location is convenient, The owners are friendly, cleanliness is adequate. I would recommend it if it wasn't for the extreme proximity to the train station rails. Unbearable Noise!

The attention is Magnificent. They are all super friendly and help you in whatever you need. Breakfast is very rich, full and very well Presented. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the bathroom is very clean. Loved it definitely would return.

When I stayed here they were in the process of changing management. The previous manager was who let me in (who wouldn’t answer the phone, or answer the door, and didn’t have my room ready for me), but the new manager went above and beyond to make my experience good. She showed me on a map where to visit, and where to eat, and even offered to drive me to the train station because I had so much stuff! The room was very comfortable, and the food great.

Fantastic experience at B&B Magnolia. Very clean and tidy and 10 minutes from the city centre.
It's next to the train tracks but at night you don't hear noise.
The room and the bathroom is large, very bright and reformed.
In the morning breakfast is served from 8 to 10 and it is all very good and freshly made.
Martina is a very nice and friendly woman and helped us on our visit to Verona.

I stayed in this B&B for a long time, right from the start I received a great welcome from the owner, Mrs. Martina, who has always given me maximum availability and courtesy, the rooms are very clean and welcoming, great location, convenient for both Travel by car to reach the historic centre of Verona on foot. Very competitive prices for a service of the highest quality!

It is an old house divided into rooms, flirtatious and comfortable, the bathroom is out at home. We have been great and Martha the owner is lovely, and it is also close to the center!

Unfortunately a mediocre experience, superficial treatment by the two male managers, doors with codes none to the reception, easy to manage a B&B so!
Times not respected, long waits and when you asked for info on the phone responded annoyed as if for 2 nights "breakfast DIY" with foods packaged all at the modest sum of 105 euros was free, Mrs. Martina welcomed me the first morning where for the Hurry I had to run away for work commitments because in the evening I was told that breakfast was DIY then I preferred the Bar. Mrs was nice but on the second morning I did not find anyone for breakfast and I went away. Disappointment.

The place was near the train station. Easy to find. Good breakfast. The lady working there was nice and hospitable. However, Roberto was very unprofessional. During our stay, he didn't respond to any of our attempts to contact him. The place was spacious. However, cleanliness is certainly not their thing. There was a used body gel sachet in the bathroom. The bathroom mirror was filthy and the bidet had dust on it. The kitchen wasn't cleaned and we found a used bowl and an almost empty bottle of water. Those things certainly put us off. We tried to contact him but we couldn't get hold of him as he was away. On the day of our arrival he wasn't there although we had communicated our estimated time of arrival. We had to wait for about 10 minutes in the rain. When he turned up, he never apologized for his unprofessional behavior. Wifi connection didn't work. It was a sim based Wi-Fi network and I guess the data limit had been used completely. We didn't even bother to write to him about the Wi-Fi as we didn't receive any reply to the problems we found in the apartment. In summary, it's certainly not a place where customers are valued and appreciated.

Very nice and comfortable location.

They did not check me in by midnight despite the rules of the app Hotels expected to do so by paying a surplus of €20… although I had advised the owners in the evening they left me with no accommodation! Amazing! You do not treat customers like that and especially you are not even right! I demand immediate compensation for the amount paid by me!

We just went away, all too good. Thanks a lot to Martina who made us feel at home. Excellent cleanliness in the room, very good coffee. To recommend.

Like at home! We have been my sister and I and we have loved it, the clean room, nice clean bathroom, the helpful bed and the owners Antentos, there is also the well located house. If it is true that if you go to a hotel you want more service, but if you asked them they gave it to you and being very friendly. We have been late to check out and have not put any problems. The truth is really like being at home. For better or for worse but for us it has been a great stay. Thanks for everything! Repeat.

Very good location! Also the welcome was really warm, Roberto immediately gave us a map explaining all the places of interest in the centre of Verona and gave us some tips to eat really good! For breakfast, instead, we were hoping for something a little more special! Overall to recommend.

Cannot be more disappointed. No one there for check-in. Room is NOT cleaned — — previous used things here and there. Finally, one man who only speaks Spanish offered to clean the room but charged additional 10 euros. Close to the train station, but also super noisy.

During our one night sleepover, we had a problem with Wi-Fi connection. Everything else was good. Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was clean too. It is really close to city centre, it's 10 minutes of walk.

Apart from the very nice building and the correct room, the experience remains unpleasant: we had to wait a good time before someone arrived, and who only showed up in the evening to claim the tourist tax. We've seen people leave without having been able to reach anyone (the number never answers).
Two cold showers on 3, even though the shared bathroom is really nice … really disappointing. Ah and without forgetting: forced to run after a roll of toilet paper to finally buy it ourselves saw that there was no one to help us.
It should also be noted that the establishment is a few meters away from the rails: it did not bother us personally but I think it can be very bothersome for some people. Apart from that, 20 min from the centre to foot, the area is nice.
That's it, leaving without seeing the owner but the young man who greeted us: he confesses to us being responsible only of the household and explains to us that the owner never really shows … fortunately the bed was comfortable.

We were recently in this filthy dirty filthy place only blacks inside I would say refugees without residence permit at 35
Euro per day… plus 5 Euro Tourist tax that they definitely have pocketed them. No one at the reception. No breakfast but better so given the crap… we will not fail to report to the authorities.

I went out now now from this bed and breakfast, a shameful thing, lifestyle rooms, cold water, and finally in Fundus no breakfast, or rather no manager no manager, other customers who like us were arranging to the best Belle with foreign guests That the day before we were assigned the room, since there was no one else, that this morning claimed to be guests, no document request none at the reception, a real shame because Verona definitely deserves better.

Total disorganization. I saw myself in the previous review, drove by phone up to the room… Wrong.
Too bad, it would have many potential. One more star of encouragement.

There was nobody to check in, nobody to checkout and there were more reservations than available rooms. As an employee told us later, is quite usual that the police comes to the house due to this kind of issues.
Besides, on August 18th, the heaters were turned on in the bathrooms all the time. No one to complain at, no one to solve that… definitely it was completely abandoned.
Don't choose this B&B!

A disgusting emeritus. My boyfriend and I stayed in this BeB (if so you can define it) for a weekend and would like to bring back our bad experience. We arrived on Saturday afternoon at 3pm. 00 and even though we had booked the parking lot we were forced to park in the public carpark along the road with hourly disk 2h. … no one to welcome us, just a code to open the gate and directions provided by phone to get to our room. Let's try to take a shower after a day walking around downtown and it does not work hot water, we call the owner for 20 times and never replied, sent a message to which he never replied and never called us, no one in the structure to ask, only other foreign guests: iced shower result.
Night with window overlooking the rails of the train, I let you imagine that nice sleep, we closed our eye just because exhausted. The next day we wake up for breakfast and… total crap… no one in the facility for service and dishes, dirty cutlery and glasses placed in a sink, nothing clean and ready… Moral: We did not have breakfast… we call the owner and… watch case He answers today… because he wanted the tax to stay. Denying you have received calls the day previous. Without words, there had never happened such a thing in our whole life… beds!

Room is comfortable enough, however, the experience has been unpleasant. No one was around when we arrived and we still have not met anyone running the place. Bed is okay and bathroom is okay also. Internet has been down the entire time and we have no hot water — cold showers for us. Tried texting calling and emailing, but no response. Location is conveniently right by the train station, but that means the train noises are loud.

B&B La Magnolia was a surprise for us. The room was clean, bathroom nice, new and clean. Also the environement accurate. The owner very kind. We were not expecting much given the convenient price we paid but it was a very pleasant surprise, I loved this B&B, location is great, close to the train station. We were travelling the next day early in the morning so we were looking for a place just for 1 night and this B&B was the best solution.

I would give it 6 stars, the place is really preserved in the interior of the house, the rooms clean and tastefully decorated and the bathroom of good size, only a few minutes from the centre of Verona walking and very close to the train station.

Super Pension.
I arrived very late in the evening and was nevertheless warmly received after a short wait and my dog was also allowed to go to the guesthouse!

Cute little room in the eves of the b&b. On check-in got a touristy map of Verona which was useful. Though it is next to the main train line the trains pretty much stop at 10pm so noise was not a problem. Breakfast in the morning was pretty typical continental fair (some cereals, yogurts and toast) though most of it was gone by 9am (breakfast was 8-10am) All in, if I was overnighting in Verona again I would definitely consider staying here.

Excellent location, room and bathroom clean.

Upon our arrival we mentioned that the following morning we would have to leave the bed and breakfast early in the morning, making us unable to access the 8 o'clock breakfast buffet.
As a result we have been assured that, even before 8, we would still be able to eat breakfast (which is included in the price) as in the fridge we'd find milk, juice and salted meats.
When we wake though we had the bitter surprise to find the locked refrigerator (there was no danger of a theft? ), the coffee machine is not running and the croissants still undercooked in the oven.
Needless to emphasize not only the displeasure in discovering breakfast denied, but also the bitterness of not being able to communicate with Mr. Roberto (which we had provided his phone number for any reason but she never answered our phone calls, or even tried to call).
Also, finally, we asked for the courtesy of receiving an extra pillow, but without result.
Our judgment, therefore, can only be negative, despite our arrival has been characterized by momentary positive opinions.

Family run bed and breakfast with every comfort. We stayed one night and we had a great time in the morning we had a nice breakfast and Mrs. Carmelina was very kind. Thank you very much. See you soon.

We returned yesterday from verona, where we stayed at the bed and breakfast IL FIORE DI ROBY. Great choice, clean, convenient and Roberto was very nice with us. I recommend it to anyone looking for a bed and breakfast in verona.
