Comfortable and clean bathroom, staff very friendly and very helpful. We also took advantage of the wellness area, a lot of fun. Despite being a three-star offers many services. Also highly recommended for its proximity to the old town.

Great hotel and the 10 minute walk to town is a pleasant one. Also has parking facilities which is reassuring so far from home (UK). Rooms are clean, spacious and modern.

From the outside I would never have said it, but the ambience is sleek and modern. The staff were very helpful Impeccable!

Nice hotel. Great and helpful staff. Close to the city center (10 min walking). Rooms are clean, but the walls are very thin and you can almost hear everything. Breakfast is very good and diverse. Also, the pasta is perfect, should definitely try it.

I stayed in the hotel on May 7, single room, small, but cozy, very clean, spacious bathroom, water with strong pressure (I was however on the first floor) ideal for a relaxing shower. Breakfast right, neither abundant nor gaunt. All perfect from 4, 5 stars until the time to settle the bill for the tourist tax (1, 5 euros), being cashless I decide to pay with ATM and I see apply a surcharge of 5% (8 cents, nothing), I ask explanations and the girl at the desk tells me that the Municipality then they would have made them pay to them… 8 cents… and you do download them on the customer, when a room you charge between the 80 and 100 euros? Extremely indelicate, not for the figure, but for the gesture… Already the tourist tax is something "hateful" to the customer and you the largest pure of 5%… mah…

Congratulations to you for the property, for the staff, for the restaurant. Cleaning, courtesy, professionalism allowed us a very pleasant stay even if not leisure. Thank you and the prox.

Stay x Valentine's Day from 13th to 15th February! Very nice and clean rooms. Great breakfast but… a single Flaw! Purchased X Valentine's Day package with in-room bottle and candlelight dinner! Bottle not received in the room and at my request there they served at the dinner where but there was no candle that I recovered in another table… Disappointment.

Hotel located in a good location, close to the Adige and a few minutes from the old town. Equipped with indoor parking fee, ideal for leaving the car and walking around in the old part of the city. Our room was spacious with TV and fridge and with a large and modern bathroom. The restaurant is great.
I recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the city.

The hotel is located about 700 meters from the beginning of the TZL area. It has a conveniently paid garage, being in a central area. The rooms are finely decorated and clean, our a bit small but with all the comforts. The reception and the common rooms, clean and well furnished. Good breakfast Definitely a hotel to recommend.

Clean, nice, great staff, good price, Super breakfast, large and comfortable room, if you stay here you will be happy, the real 3 stars not invented as happens in many hotels, I would add even a half star extra!

Breakfast contains lot of sweet food, cakes, croasan… probably tipical for Italian kitchen, but only few salt things… Nice people, great Wi-Fi, intersting design around reception.

Good, but expensive. Very close to city-center and has a private parking.

A clean and well maintained house with friendly staff. Luckily our room was to the yard. A room to the street and you get mad here. That this House has come a bit in the years (light-hearing doors, walls, ceilings) is not really a deficiency. Conclusion: I like to come back.

This hotel was very clean and one of the best 3 stars I have stayed in. The staff are courteous and welcoming. I highly recommend Hotel Italia.

Shower too small. Most rooms only twin beds. Tired looking. Room reasonable size.

Hotel Italia is on a crowded street but quite central, just 10/15 minutes walking from Verona center. The facade seems a bit worn out but the interiors are modern and comfortable. Rooms are quiet and clean. The guy at the reception was very friendly and could accommodate all our requests. As a downside we found it a bit overpriced for a three star hotel.

Terrible service, rooms were horribly kep5, shower leaked, overpriced drinks and horrendous breakfast.

Friendly and comfortable although some rooms face onto a busy street from the inside can not hear anything. It has a convenient indoor parking and the possibility to rent bikes to get to the nearby old town (10 minutes walk) l. Also features a sauna and Jacuzzi as small workout room and recreation. Recommended.

For various reasons we had bad for example cleaning of curtains and more.

I haven't been host directly, but a couple of friends told me that he was quite happy!

Clean, friendly staff, not far from the city center, comfortable relax area with Whirlpool and Sauna, rich breakfast.

A unique experience! The Hotel is lovely, you see that it has been recently refurbished. Is just 10 minutes ' walk from Piazza delle Erbe, but if you want, you can make free use of the Hotel's bikes and leave your car in the garage.
Our room was very spacious, bright and spotless, new bathroom with a large shower.
We dined in the restaurant Interior that was set on the terrace, which is very pleasant in summer with umbrellas, tables and chairs for sunbathing.
The staff were very friendly and always ready to give us all the information you need to arrange our weekends. I recommend it to everyone.
