The jacuzzi on the rooftop is great if you reserve. You get a bottle of prosecco and private time.

The idea of organizing an evening dedicated to astronomy is decidedly original and winning! Once a month, in addition to attending a half-hour conference, you can observe the Moon and the planets of the period. There is also a free buffet, excluding drinks. A different evening, finally! That's so cool!

I can't comment on the quality of the hotel itself, having not used the rooms for a stay, however I can say that the place looks very good already from the lobby. The then laudable thing is the cultural initiatives that are organized, mainly taking advantage of the beautiful roof garden. In summer it's great. I was at an evening of live music, with a very good band playing jazz pieces, alternating readings from a novel that revolves around the death of Chat Baker. I also participated in a wonderful meeting with an astrophile association in Verona, which allowed us to observe the night sky through telescopes and to see an interesting documentary about the Cassini spacecraft. In short, Hotel Corte Ongaro, an interesting place that deserves a visit already only for this "openness" to culture, with the possibility of welcoming people from outside, that is, that they are not necessarily guests of the hotel. Considering that many initiatives are free and that, for those paid (average 10 euros), it still includes a consumption with use of the buffet, I can also add this additional positive element in favor of the hotel and those who manage it: they do not profit on the evenings! Honest then! Last but not least: nice, professional and nice staff!

Nice hotel with large rooms, comfortable and tastefully furnished. Breakfast is great and varied, with the advantage of being able to eat it until late in the morning. And that, for late-land workers, is a nice advantage. The staff are attentive and friendly.

I was at the rooftop for a musical event. Nice place and nice music.

Very well presented hotel with some nice modern conveniences (lighting switched on/off by your room key) but poor Wi-Fi (came up as "b" — outdated by at least 10 years — on my iPad Pro and all of our group restored to mobile data). Location is a beyond comfortable walking distance to city centre in summer heat, but there are very reasonably priced buses nearby (although we had struggles on the Sunday). Breakfast was great but the rooftop bar is (somewhat predictably) very over priced.

Good hotel located near the fair of Verona with modern and functional rooms, quiet during the night. Comfortable the bed, adequate the bathroom with shower. International Standard Breakfast. Price for a double room with breakfast about 180 euros per night.

The rooms nice but poorly cared for, the bathroom has a super shower, the breakfast really poor for a 4 star, the only difference the makes the staff who is really friendly and helpful. Positive note the hotel is located near the bus stop that takes you downtown. Verona beautiful city to visit.

Soft beds. Floppy pillows. They tell you that parking is available inside then they want 9 euros per night of stay. At breakfast the water is not included.

Three stars like the ones they should have. We were given spacious apartments adjacent to the hotel, but furnishings and appearance leave a little to be desired. Nice staff and good breakfast. The fair is nearby and you can easily walk in 10 minutes.

I was there long ago with my partner and I have to say that we had a very good time.
The area is very quiet, the room very fashion and comfortable, the shower huge and all really cared for. On the 4th floor there is a beautiful roofgarden with Jacuzzi and deckchair.
For what we paid (80, 00 euros) I would say great!
Only two reports: breakfast really poor compared to the standard of the hotel and the aforementioned Jacuzzi not very well cared for, the water was not spotless…
If the owners will fix these two things it really becomes a hotel at the threshold of perfection!

The beds are Superneudobnye! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very mediocre. Even the omelet was not. Coffee brewed in a teapot.
The rooms are clean, the view from the window is not appreciated as it is closed by deaf blinds on the 2nd (3rd) floor.
The bathroom was very clean. Parking 10 euro in the underground parking. There is a street, but very cramped…

Courteous English speaking staff. Phenomenal selection at the breakfast buffet.

The Hotel was excellent, the room comfortable and the English speaking reception staff very helpful. Suggesting various activities that a 17year old may enjoy! Big choice at breakfast! Would happily return!

Close to the fair and not far from the center of Verona Beautiful renovated hotel with stylish furnishings and jacuzzi on the roof garden! Staff always friendly and courteous.

The comparison between Booking photos and reality was enormeous. Room was not clean, all the elements were very old, and with defficiencies. Ir seems that they have reformed only the upper levels and not the whole hotel.

Rooms look nice at first look. But the beds are very bad, back breaking kind of bed. The rooms are advertised as air conditioned but they don't allow usage in the spring, just open a window… Had to sleep on top of blanket because of this. We skipped the breakfast after reading all bad reviews…

What I hated it that forced by the situation, having the security of indoor parking and then get the night and told that the parking was full. I don't find that professional. I paid for a service and then not have it and then leave the car in the street.
I could then find a hotel anywhere and pick the one on purpose. So don't believe if you
book a service. You might then not having it.
I asked to speak to a. Responsible and nothing
they made me 10 euro discount. I don't pay anything I wanted the car to be exhibited X parking
at the fair. Not per game.

Clean and friendly staff. The only downside of dogs by some rude in hotels who barked incessantly from 6 to 8 in the morning without anyone interfered.

This place is very clean and tidy. The staff is so kind and welcoming, always ready to help. The place is very quiet and the rooms look very nice. I really wasn't expecting all this for this price. Also I would like to say this place has FREE Wi-Fi. And it is good Wi-Fi. You can watch movies. Grazie Verona.

Nice clean modern decor hotel, but lacking soul and ambience. Verona centre a 5 minute taxi drive. Initial area a little tired and run down with limited options. Parking free and on site. Staff very accommodating.

About 5-10 minutes by car from the centre of Verona. A little removed from the action. A modern facility and good for a couple of nights but the hotel is lacking real hotel amenities and ambience. Rooms are modern but bathroom shower is quite narrow. Reception staff (one person) was always accommodating. One nearby restaurant provided good pizzas and other bistro type food and was good. No meal facility available at the hotel. Transfer to the arena was good but you will need to remember your bus pick up after the opera and get there reasonably promptly.

The whole staff are friendly, but any of them are effectively incompetent. At the breakfast, for example, the guests have to wait for a free table since half of the tables are still occupied with used dishes. Of course dishes are missing then at the buffet. Bus shuttle service from the Arena is difficult to find. We spent like one hour to finally not find the bus. Had to bargain to get at least half of the price for the bus back. Didn't expect that from a four star hotel. Boss is not willing to listen to such complaints.

Nice staff, very friendly. Rooms are clean, modern, with air-conditioner, all is in very good condition. Breakfast is generous. Very quiet location (but we have been there on weekend. } Located ~ 3 km from city center. Preferred to have a car. Parking is free, and easy to find. Highly recommend the restaurant/pizzeria just next door to hotel: unusual combination of good cuisine, low prices and friendly service.
