Simple but very comfortable room. Clean and comfortable in the centre of San Marco. Staff I would say well well.

Not the best but nice and spacious. Only about 10min walk to San Marco.

It smells! The light near the bed doesn't work There are no proper plug sockets. No TV (? ), no Radio, no bedside shelf. The rest is "ok", however cheap style.

It is a good place. Good value for money. I did not realize that the bathrooms were shared when I booked the room but it was no problem in the end. If you want a nice, homey place that does the trick for sightseeing for a good price then it is the right place. Maybe if you look for something fancy it is not your spot. But in that price range I think it is a great option. Treatment and service was good too.

We had a lovely stay at one of your apartments that had everything we needed. The location was excellent as were the directions. We especially liked being able to walk the waterfront and easily make our way down to St Mark's. Our host was very welcoming and gave us exceptional tips on places to go for best experiences. I do not typically write reviews; however, I made an exception in this case because I had a wonderful experience. My husband and I stayed in one of the apartments on our honeymoon and it was beautiful. The apartment itself was very nice and the owners were extremely kind. They came to our door within minutes when we needed something and answered any question we could come up with. Would stay there again and recommend it to all!

There are some scammers. Retain you the money as a guarantee of reservation but if cancelled, while supposedly the cancellation is free if you do it with time, they do not return you the money. Do not go to this hostel!

I would like to leave feedback about the stay at this hotel. The owners are very good-natured, waited for us until we found the address of the hotel, it was nearly 10 PM. Rented two rooms 2 places. And 3 places. Everything is clean, conveniently located furniture when moving in a small room, nothing more, comfortable. Separately located bathroom, all very comfortable and clean. No frills that are not needed when traveling from one city to another. Our company was satisfied with this hotel. Recommend! Thank you Sylvia, Boselli.

Dirty, no cleaning service and the breaksfast was bad.

Two amazing nights! clean rooms and fully-equipped, comfortable beds and all new. Silvia e Piero is great, got so much useful advice. And then the area is convenient!
