Excellent hotel, I'll stay there again next time I'm in Venice. Beautiful rooms, clean and with comfortable beds, the breakfast was very good, the employees were very polite and helpful and the price was very reasonable.

Not told to check-in, or that we would be having breakfast at another hotel. Room was not great, basic, for the high price we paid I would have been expecting more. Also, city tax you have to pay was a lot more than was stated on-line. Food and staff at other hotel were ok. Not worth the money : — (
