The hotel is very nicely appointed — it has a lovely quiet garden and some seats beside a tributary canal — the breakfast is very varied and excellent coffee. Sitting in the garden is the best — though there is a dining room. Be careful sitting by the canal as the pigeons are very persistent. The location of the hotel is great — it is very close to Vaporetto 1 which goes down the Grand Canal to the Lido and Roma Place where there are buses and loads of souvenir stalls and kiosks for various trips to Murano and the Islands. The bridge near the hotel gives you a view of multiple canals and 13 bridges and you see the busy traffic flow on the canals. The staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way to make you comfortable. They all speak English very well and I absolutely recommend this as a lovely place and very good value.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Olimpia. The staff were very helpful and very nice. The breakfast, while not included, was the best I had at any Italian hotel and very worth the 5 euro. It is easy to find, near the train station. It was nice that it was out of the main tourist area, but it is a 25 minute walk to St. Mark's. The bartender was excellent! The room itself was very nice, comfortable bed and wonderful air conditioning. Lovely big shower. Everything was clean the stay was fantastic.

Great hotel! We had a room with garden view, very clean and very comfortable. The staff is very welcoming and is cut in four to satisfy the guests. Continental breakfast with a varied choice. This hotel is located at the entrance of Venice and is therefore quiet while being close to the Center.
Not to mention the delicious cocktails to enjoy at the bar and prepared by a bartender at the top!
We will return it on!

Very special Hotel. Very close to Piazzale Roma and the station. I was there for business trip to Venice: quiet, friendly and personable, discreet staff. A memorable breakfast in the inner garden, a real garden, which you would never expect in Venice, quiet, cared for and with deckchairs for a quick nap. I would say great experience, highly recommended.

Very nice and clean Hotel. Very easy to get from the San Marco Parking 200 meters walk and from the station 2 minutes walk. Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast. To return. Recommended.

Beautiful, if slightly smallish room. Great AC. A short walk to the Grand Canal water bus office. Wonderful dining just about everywhere.

Very central or close to the P. Le Roma, from where you can get to the water busses. We were driven from the airport by bus transfer to the island and only 3 minutes from the bus stop to the hotel. Nevertheless, the location is also very nice through the canal and the bridges immediately before or In the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Very clean, good facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is not included in the price (€5 per person/night), but in Venice you will not be able to have breakfast anywhere and for the price you get a large selection of international but especially Italian dishes. Fruit, yoghurt, cereal, sausages/cheese cold cuts, boiled and scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon, baked tomatoes, wheat buns and toast as well as croissants and various cakes are offered in addition to various juices and at the beverage vending machines you can look like Traditional coffee specialties and other hot drinks.
Our room was located on the canal or bus station side, accordingly beautiful view of the canal, across the bus station even on the Canale Grande but also on the hustle of the bus station. As we barely stayed in the room, the engine noises didn't bother us very much. However, the buses run until the night and again very early in the morning.
Since we were there in March, at cool temperatures, we did not perceive any unpleasant odors of the channels.

The location of the hotel is very accessible, the entrance is at the foot of a canal, warm welcome and excellent breakfast.

Continental breakfast from 7:30 until 10:30 am have variety of food and coffee. Complimentary drinks on your day of arrival. A lot of nice restaurants close to this hotel and not expensive. I qualify it with four stars, knowing it's a three star hotel. All that is published in 100%, is located very close to the railway terminal station of Venice Santa Lucia. The breakfast that you serve is very complete, has Wi-Fi, free of charge and with a very good reach. The room is spacious, very comfortable and well equipped, the bathroom is comfortable, every day you make the rooms and you change the towels. I touch a window to the street (if you can say so) is also very close to the Vaporetto stop to go to the island of MURANO and others. It has a very nice interior garden in which you can use it to take something or rest.

Loved this place! Close to the train station (I did not want to walk around searching for my hotel in Venice). Right near a Vaporetto stop (use this it a lifesaver in Venice). Breakfast was cheap and amazing (best breakfast I had in Italy)! Staff was friendly and spoke pretty good English. Rooms were very clean and well decorated.

Great stay. Hotel is located just a few minutes' walk from the train / bus stations, which is great in a city like Venice, where covering long distances with luggage can be a hassle. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, the room had everything we needed. The bathroom was particularly nice. Wifi was good. Would stay here again.

The location was great with easy access from the road and train station. The service was really good with very friendly staff. Breakfast was adequate but not elaborate. The rooms where clean and quaint. The only real complaint I had was the beds where a bit hard. Not unbearable but definitely harder than I like.

So obviously one can't drive in Venice. So they have a parking garage near the entrance. This hotel was very close to the parking garage which was awesome because we had a lot of bags (I like to be very prepared for anything). They had a beautiful little garden and the rooms were a fair price. They also had a good nearby restaurant downstairs which we used for when their restaurant was closed.

I had been there for work ten years ago for work and I had a great time. I went back for a short holiday with my wife and I had the confirmation finding, where possible, improved. Excellent location for those arriving from the mainland and, if far from San Marco, very close to the Vaporetto jetty in Piazzale Roma for all destinations.

Comfortable hotel for trips because it is very close to Piazzale Roma and the railway station Santa Lucia. Nice and large rooms, compared to the usual, nice new bathroom. Informal, tidy environment. The receptionist Prices… depends on the moment of booking. We recommend booking directly on their site because they make cheaper prices and discounts. We hope to be able to return.

The hotel is a gem. Staff Rooms really single and piulitissime, buffet at breakfast fantastic and more… a wonderful corner of paradise inside… a wonderful garden… where to relax. To conclude very strategic position. A 5-minute walk from the. S. Lucia station and from Piazzale Roma where to get in. Bus from the airport or move with the numerous and frequent buses to LA. Firm ground… towards the. Car park of the courthouse there attached to the Court of Appeal that for those who like. Me. You have to go there for work and/or personal necessities, it is very comfortable.

Also convenient and especially to turn to the historical center of Venice despite possible strikes of public boats… as it was during the. My stay… walking in 30 min. You are in. St. Mark's Square… Remarkable restaurants and trattorias nearby.

This was my second stay at this hotel. I'll come again. Strategic location, is easy to walk with luggage from the train station to the hotel. Check in staff was very friendly and helpful, like a human map of the San Marco district. Is strongly recommended to take the water bus tour the canals. Make sure you take the water bus will stop each station, rather than the Clippers. Breakfast above average levels, champagne! Rooms are clean and equipped with modern bathroom. I'll come back later.

Robert at the front desk was awesome. We missed our train back to Milan and he got us a room at a fair price and a nice view over the canal. Referred us to a great little restaurant and gave us directions to a few places we needed to get too. He was really great to this American and Canadian. Thanks Robert.

A great option for travelling by car. Garage San Marco has booked for 2 days-56 €, from him to the Hotel 250 metres, so that the suitcases did not bring inconvenience. It seems like a small thing, but when the next day while walking constantly seen drawing and pull their suitcases, in all parts of the city through the narrow streets and across bridges. … Hundreds of tourists wandering around … Convinced of the correctness of their choice of hotel:-) ) )

My family and I recently stayed at the Best Western Hotel Olimpia Venezia, in Venice‎ based on the reviews we read. As we were approaching, feelings of regrets entered our minds for the selection. However, upon reaching the hotel, the feelings of regret completely disappeared. The hotel is small but extremely clean, our room was delightful with crisp linen and a feeling of warmth. The staff was WONDERFUL; they went out of their way to be helpful answering questions and assisting with directions when asked — WE APPLAUD THEM! The continental breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a varied of GREAT and SCRUMIOUS selection. We will definitely stay here if and when we come this way again and STRONGLY recommend it.
