My husband and I spent a couple of days at this hotel. First time visiting Venice. Loved the large bathroom! The European continental breakfast was included. A lovely young lady, Priscilla, even walked with me after her shift was done, at the hotel desk, to one of the local boutiques. It can get crazy navigating all the alley streets! Thank you Priscilla.

Bellissima location e staff accogliente!

Stayed with a friend here for one night. It's a very cozy place. Great staff, when checking in we were shown our room, helped with things, gave all the necessary information on Venice (where we are, where to go). In the morning there was a great breakfast, the girl cooked us an omelet and asked if we liked everything. The hotel is a stone's throw from all the popular spots in the city. The room is nice, with an interesting design. A great option for lovers. From the hotel's weaknesses, a faint wai fai. I recommend it to everyone!

Crazy situation with overpaid room and the hotel in overbooking. They try to move us in a totally different hotel, quite ugly… Check twice your reservation!

A bit disappointed unfortunately. We arrived and there was no one at the concierge desk. We waited almost 20 minutes while ringing their service bell a few times and calling their phone so that they could attend to the desk. The staff only came downstairs when another guest saw us waiting for so long, who then found and told the staff members (there were 2 staff) we were downstairs. Our room was decent. The bed was very uncomfortable and the minibar fridge was mouldy and the shower was old and had chips in it. There was a complaint at our door that the receptionist could see our 'shower box' which made no sense because our bathroom window faced the residential streets on the first floor. On top of that, the walls were very thin and we could hear the neighbours and other guests talking and watching tv. The Wi-Fi is quite slow and you have to login in constantly. Breakfast service was good but not much variety although the restaurant staff were very kind, helpful and attentive. Apart from that, the location was great and very quiet, with a 5 minute walk to the Rialto and with a restaurant and gelati shop just outside the front door.

Good location, not far from the Rialto bridge and vaparetto stop nearby, stop at the Rialto mercado it's the closest one, view on a small canal and right in the middle of a typical italian square (Campo Cassian). There was a man playing the accordeon every day which made it even more typical and romanesque. Thumps up to the receptionist (s) who were very accommodating and funny. Overall we had a really great time there. The pink room was just perfect, I strongly recommend this place. Le seul petit bémol est la propreté de la chambre, linge de maison mais ceci n'est qu'un détail au vu des nombreux advantages qu'offrent l'hôtel.

Large room large bathtub has bubble bath for this relax. Seen in the square we can arrive very late. All information is available to the customer.

I found this hotel on Pinterest while planning my vacation and fell in love. The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel is clean! Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Venice. The location was perfect!

The staff was absolutely fantastic. They were accommodating to every need my girlfriend and I had and were very knowledgeable about Venice. I only rate 4 stars because the air conditioner was relatively noisy as was the toilet. The toilet sounded like it couldn't fill the water tank, and the air conditioner sounded as though the condenser or something was broken. Overall though, these are things that can be fixed. I would highly recommend this hotel on location and staff alone!

I just found out my booking has been cancelled. All alternative offers are a lot more expensive now, and I've already got the flight tickets booked. I've already paid for the stay and did not get a refund.

Excellent breakfast, good location, nice design idea (5 themed rooms). Booked a superior room (mirror room) but were a bit disappointed as the interior was already very used and did not look as nice as on the pictures of the room. Would not say it is a real 'design' hotel, quality of furniture is not sufficient. Bed is very hard. Although heating is available, the rooms are a too cold in winter.

Great rooms, good location and staff helpful and courteous. Really a great choice!
