Such a delightful apartment hotel. The central location is perfect as a base to visit the best attractions in Venice. The rooms are spacious clean and modern. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. The rate include a breakfast pack that has everything you might need for a breakfast or snack during your stay. There are many great restaurants just a short walk from the hotel. If you are traveling as a family this hotel is an ideal choice.

Location perfect; all else top notch. Lovely staff. Romantic setting, so not cheap. Spoil yourselves!

Wonderful accommodation. Well located. Modern rooms and very well equipped in what was a palace of the 1700. Amazing breakfast. Warm and efficient care of the owners.

Only downside, the lack of civic citizenship of the other tenants who enter the Hall serving the apartments believe themselves in the world!

Location 10. Close to Saint Mark's Square but at the same time, very quiet and just by one small "canal". Service 9. Reception is only open at certain hours, but you have a 24/7 mobile number you can call if needed. Breakfast 6. They leave you a sweet and salted pack in the room. On the positive side, for coffee lovers like me, they leave you Nespresso capsules and enough tea bags.

The location is very good and the hotel is very good.

Lovely apartments just been done up. Great. Clean. Receptionist was excellent. No lift. So have to be able to climb stairs and there are a few. Very central.

We stayed here in 2016 for 4 nights. This hotel was WELL WORTH the stay. If you want a large space in Venice that makes you feel like home… this is the one for you!

Magical! We felt so comfortable, everything was right. Great apartment and a very good location.

Have been here three times now, it's the perfect location for Rialto (5 min walk) and San Marco (15 min) Academia also 15-20 mins. Fab apartments, spotlessly clean and friendly, helpful staff speaking many languages. Breakfast tray and goodies in fridge so you can arrive without the need to go shopping immediately! Private water taxi from airport will bring you quite literally to the door. Pre booked online €110. Airport Alilaguna boat from Rialto €15 one way. Had a ground floor apartment this time which is perfect if needing ease of access as we did in this occasion. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel. If you are vacationing in Venice, this is the hotel for you. Located near the middle of the city, making accessing all the sites easy. Hotel rooms are in the form of apartments. These have a washer/dryer, Wi-Fi access, and breakfast in your room (the hotel provides plenty of food! ).

Highly recommended. We've now stayed there at least three times and will definitely be going back. Thank you, friends at Ca' Foscolo, we hope to see you next year!

Very nice hotel, much like a Residence Inn by Marriott. There were housekeeping services which refreshed a large tray of breakfast food in the room including milk and orange juice. I ate Corn Flakes every morning… even cheese-crackers and salami. The "second floor" is actually floor 3 because in Italy they start with floor zero. That was a little hard on us after long days of walking around seeing the museums. Which I need to mention, the location of this hotel is perfect. It's right in the heart of things and we would definitely stay here again.

Apartment with full facilities and daily room service. Central location, would definitely recommend.

Stayed here with my young family for a couple of nights. We arrived late and got very clear instructions from the owner on how to find and enter the property. Well appointed, nice place with a/c. Would stay here again. If coming by car, would strongly recommend pre booking a water taxi from the car park at Tronchetto.
