Aria e Luce Suites a Venezia

Beautiful place to stay in Venice. The room was spacious and comfortable. Great location too! A short walk from everything we needed.

A beautiful apartment which has previously been a home, lots of little touches that make it feel homely and welcoming. Beautiful well equipped kitchen/diner (oven/hob/fridge freezer/dishwasher) with an area to relax. A lovely dining area leading out onto the roof terrace which catches the sun mid morning, the views are rooftops but it's a lovely area to chill in the sun. With a large shower head and optional hand held shower the cubicle is fairly roomy and the bathroom is very clean and a bonus for me, a hairdryer with a diffuser, if you know, you know! Lovely toiletries provided, not sachets or fiddly little bottles either. Lovely large bedroom with drawers and an area to hang clothes that doubles as a dressing area too. There is a washing machine/laundry area too. There are steps up to the apartment, we managed fine with 2 quite heavy suitcases but some may struggle, the location is fairly close to the Rialto bridge, but far enough away to be quiet at night so we felt it was excellent value. There are very reasonable restaurants nearby and a vibrant square, 2 minutes from the apartment. We've not eaten/drunk in the square yet but it's popular so guess it must be reasonable. All in all an excellent apartment in Venice, would definitely come again and highly recommend it.

We stayed in the apartment of Aria and Luce and two friends in the Crepuscolo room on the first floor and it was a fantastic experience! Arianna and Luca are very helpful and friendly, they have prepared a personalized map with all their advice on places and restaurants. The house is beautiful, central, but in a safe and quiet street, everything is well looked after and above all clean. The apartment is fully equipped, bright, with a fantastic roof terrace. The room was also very nice, comfortable and welcoming. Absolutely must try!

We stayed in the "Mattino" apartment of the "Aria e luce" property in the beautiful and evocative city of Venice.
Central location, just a few minutes walk from both Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. The property is located in a typical and very quiet street, ideal for a romantic and relaxing holiday.
The manager is very precise, helpful and punctual.
The apartment is spacious, welcoming and equipped with every comfort.
All the rooms are furnished with great taste: kitchen complete with dishwasher, living room with reading area, dining area with terrace, bedroom with very comfortable walk-in closet, bathroom and laundry room.
The apartment, with its windows that give a view of the typical Venetian streets, offers guests a sense of sunshine and freshness, which makes the property worthy of the name it was given!
