Juri the host runs an amazing place — spotless clean well maintained. Every detail is perfect. Would highly recommend this to fussy travellers looking for a great location & top notch rooms.

Great location! Right in the heart of Venice but down a quiet side street. Good size room. Very clean. Friendly owners. Nice breakfast! Perfect for 2 friends visiting Venice sights! We arrived quite late but the owner gave us instructions to gain entry. Would definitely return. Good value for such a great location 😄

The host (Juri) was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The location was absolutely perfect to launch a stay in Venice. A mere 3-5 minute walk to St. Marco Square and a few hundred metres from the water bus terminals. The airport transfer 'Alilaguna' takes you from San Marco Airport, to these terminals every 30 minutes.
Breakfast was excellent. Smallish selection, but everything you could want to start your day.
Hot toasties, omelets, fresh boiled eggs, yoghurt, cereals, breads, warm croissant & preserves. Fruit juices & lovely coffee served to your table.
Rooms were exceptionally clean, cosy with small TV, kettle with tea/coffee and a mini bar.
Would absolutely make the effort to stay here again and I will recommend this accommodation to friends & family.

At the heart of Venice this place and it's amazing owner made our stay an unforgettable experience!
Firstly the rooms are very clean, cozy, warm (we arrived at the heart of Winter) and renovated with modern facilities. I was amazed by the daily room service and the level of cleaningness, rare to find these days. They pay attention to the details, clean white sheets, white towels of good quality, even the sink valve and the soap holder were spotless.
Secondly, the owner was excellent and took care of us. Even though we were waking up and leaving before breakfast he would always offer to give us things to eat on the go in a nice paper bag. That was very polite and sweet. Even the day of our departure, early in the morning, before dawn, he prepared a basket of goodies for us to take along the way.
Lastly the place is in a very convenient location, next to Saint Mark's square and Basilisk.
Extra points for the free map the owner offered and the very good information regarding our transportation from and to the airport.

Staying at Juri’s B and B was the perfect experience for our two couples. It was close to all the major attractions. Juri gave us excellent tips on what to see and how to get there. His B and B was spotless and updated. He and his partner provided an excellent breakfast as well. Even when we had to leave early he provided us with breakfast snacks to get going to the airport. I highly recommended Venice 3 C for a great experience!

Recommend by a family member. Absolutely first rate establishment 3C B&B! A great location, very quint, comfortable & has everything you would want. The owner Juri, extremely helpful recommending places to eat etc. Lovely breakfast, & presentation, in fact everything you would want to make your visit exceptional Highly recommend!

Hidden GEM! This B&B is so close to where the Alilaguna water taxi (Blu line) drops you off. EASY PEASY! Get off the boat, go to your left, over a bridge, take a right, then a left. And there it it! There are two B & B's that use the same entrance. Make sure you push the button for the 3C location. Once you get buzzed in, you do have to go up a flight of stairs. Just be prepared! Was totally ok as this location is SO CLOSE TO EVERYTHING! The price cannot be beat, and Juri is a dream to work with! They will provide you with explicit details on finding their 'door'. We walked all over Venice and loved that our 'home base' was so near so many attractions. Juri was amazing — When we thought we didn't have any warm water, he helped us see that there was a knob that just needed to be turned. A simple fix! The room was incredible! Much larger than we anticipated! Pleasant surprise! Outlets on each side of the bed. (make sure you have an adaptor if not from Italy! ) We felt like royalty at breakfast. Juri showed us all our options and made us feel like family. I will never stay anywhere else next time we are in Venice. Since this was our first time, I had many questions and he was very patient in answering all of them prior to arriving, and while there. He showed us a map of Venice and places to check out. Very informative. We felt very safe all over Venice. Yes, some alleys are 'dark' and narrow. But we never felt unsafe.

Venice 3C is a wonderful place to stay. The bed and breakfast is in a convenient location to all you want to see in Venice. It is charming, cozy and chic all at the same time. The breakfast was served at our convenience and was delicious. A great way to start every morning. The absolute best part of the place is Juri. He met us when we arrived in Venice, made sure we had everything we needed and even helped us with our lost luggage! I will recommend this to everyone!

Perfect location. Close to St Marks square but also near to good restaurants. We could walk to anywhere easily.

I had a great experience in Juri's 3C. The location couldn't be more central, and it's around the corner from the waterbus stop. The place is lovely, well decorated and fully equipped and the rooms have everything you need. I was impressed by the generous breakfast and the daily changing of towels. The host is super nice and welcoming and very accommodating with travel plans. All in all I couldn't have asked for more, thanks Juri.

When we travelled to Venice, we were lucky enough to find a room at 3C B&B. We loved everything about it. The location was great and close to all the touristic activities, the room was spotless and spacious. In addition, Juri who is the owner is a great host and he makes the best breakfast and cappuccino to kick start your morning. I could not recommend 3C B&B more! If you visit Venice you should stay there! :)

A truly amazing stay and great hosting by Juri. We received great directions before arriving, and our room was immaculate and spacious for our 3 night stay.
Breakfast was excellent and the both Juri and the team were extremely friendly. The property is in a great location and we will definitely go back.

In April I visited Venice for the first time. For accommodation, I chose 3C B&B because it was located very close to San Marco Square, km 0 of the city.
Pros:
— central location, close to the vaporetto station, from where you can easily reach any part of the city of Venice or the surrounding islands;
— in the immediate vicinity of the promenade area, on the waterfront.
— large room, nicely decorated and very clean.
-breakfast prepared daily by Juri, our host.
Cons: none.
I must admit Juri was a great host with clear and helpful communication.
Thank you, Juri, for the dedication with which you deal with tourists. This way you make them want to come back. We will definitely come back!

We are so lucky to have chosen such a great place to stay during our time in Venice! The location is fantastic — just a couple minutes walk from the San Zuccaria vaporetto stations, right around the corner from a lively plaza filled with restaurants, and very close to Saint Mark’s Square. Others have mentioned noise in their reviews but we were in room which faces a neighboring courtyard and it was very quiet. The room itself was great — plenty of space, the bed was very comfortable, and the A/C worked perfectly. The best part though is the host, Juri, and the wonderful made to order breakfast he provides daily. We had to leave before breakfast on our last day to catch an early train and he brought us pastries, yogurt, and juice the day before so we’d be sure to have something before we left. He’s also very helpful with directions, suggestions, and any information you might need. Will definitely stay at 3C B&B again if we return to Venice!

Ideal for resting and taking a break.
Perfect access to Piazza San Marco (less than two hundred meters), allowing us to visit the heart of Venice very quickly.

Just stayed two nights at this wonderful B&B. Host Juri was excellent throughout the stay with checkin, breakfasts, and checkout. Room was quite excellent with a comfortable bed. Bathroom was well equipped. Stayed in room 3 which overlooks a busy walkway. I will echo other reviews that the shops along that walkway open noisily around 6am each day and other tourists roam that corridor late into the night. No problem if you are a sound sleeper, early riser, or outfitted with earplugs. Breakfast was a good start to the day. Location was exceptional. Would return to this B&B!
