Old, dirty, small and the heater in the bathroom is always on maximum level, even when it's hot outside. The breakfast is really bad! They don't even have real coffee!

We were 4 days in a room by three and we enjoyed it very much. Nice and helpful staff.

The location is good, Lido is a lovely island, quiet (we left in April). The hotel is well located close to the ferry station.
The staff for our part was very nice at the front desk, a little less on the phone.
There room is pretty, traditional but the walls are cardboard and the soundproofing non existent. There cleanliness leaves to desired on some point and the double bed is actually two single bed quite hard. Bathroom not very functional also.

Cosy… traditional… very quiet. Room was OK and reception helpful… thanks. No fuss… easy going little hotel. Would stay there again.

Reception staff with zero attention to the customer, indeed, is quite rude. Our room was pretty, but the bed had two mattresses, one of which completely ditched. The bathroom hair dryer is still of the tube ones of the years 70. Potentially could offer more given the optimum location in which it is located. The American coffee dispensed by the machine is the coup of grace! We are in Italy!

Good location to get to the vaporetto and the various comforts room a little small but complete with everything and very cozy, full bathroom with bathtub. Or the gate code you can 1:00 at every hour!

Simple and Venetian-style structure. Very good price/quality ratio. Located a few steps from the ferry dock and well served as timetables. Good quality breakfast. The rooms are very warm and comfortable The bathrooms are a bit cramped but with everything you need. Excellent hotel as a base for visiting Venice or for a few days at the Lido.

A simple and pleasant hotel close to the canal of the Lido of Venice some restaurants and bakery all near the staff is friendly and the place is quiet a small supermarket to the left of the hotel to be able to supply. The only downside we had was that we had two bed glued as a double bed. Otherwise for the rest nothing to say.

The price was great and Venice is easily reached by ferry. Unfortunately the hotel has come in the years and the breakfast is not really good. The room is very small and cramped. If you want to save and look over it, it's okay.

A hotel without any towel and blanket , is it possible? Yes! This hotel will make it possible for clients.

We stayed here for a total of four nights, two nights before heading out and two nights before heading home. It is well located being only a few blocks from the Vaporetto stop as well as the Alilaguna airport shuttle. We arrived late on our first visit. We fortunately were able to communicate with the front desk who provided us with the instructions as how to get in as well as the room key being left for us. The hotel desk closes early evening and the perimeter fence gate is closed and locked. Although we had the code to open the gate we still needed assistance to get it to function. This was accomplished with the help of guest who were out in the courtyard enjoying drinks. Our first room had a problem with the shower head making it difficult not to flood the floor next to the bath tub. Our second room was larger, had a perfectly functioning shower and a small private terrace. Our package included breakfast which was very good. If not for the shower problem we would rate the hotel with five stars.

Nice quiet Hotel in good location staff friendly and helpful convenient to public transport.

Good and comfortable hotel. The only bad thing is to have to take a boat to go to Venice.

A nicely maintained spot, right close to the Main Street through the Lido, same distance from the south facing 12mile beach and back to Venice side of the island. Breakfast added on for only a couple pounds a day.

When did the offers can't be beat! Good.

Need a calculator to change to calculate that will tell me everything starting From 20 o'clock no doorman present, Lift funct. Half of the time not.
