Very nice hotel, clean and with very nice staff. Ps: the mattresses are very comfortable!

Hotel molto carino e ben curato, sia negli spazi comuni che nelle camere. Personale competente e sempre gentile e disponibile. Le camere sono luminose, ben pulite ed abbastanza spaziose. La posizione dell'albergo è strategica: vicino a Verona, a due passi dal Lago di Garda e dai parchi divertimenti. Consigliatissimo!

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo dormito in quest'hotel una notte, comodo per I vari parchi turistici della zona!

The room was okay, clean enough, parking is not okay as it share it with everyone else. I had a sick baby overnight and needed ice and no one was at the front desk. But the lady at the breakfast buffet was super nice. She gave me ice for my baby and asked if there were anything else I needed even told me where a pharmacy was in case I needed it. So kudos to the super nice lady who spoke English and Italian. You save this place!

We stayed at this hotel and then went to the Aquardance nearby. Porcheggio available right in front of the hotel. Wifi available in the room, free with good connection. Room in accordance with what is booked. Possibility of two types of breakfast, complete or Italian coffee juice and brioches). Reception available until 01:00, to return after agreeing before leaving.

Outside (quite a bit) Verona, but in a strategic position to visit it and to get from there to Lake Garda etc. The management is super helpful in trying to give that added value that allows you to make the most of the possibilities of the place. The owner then is very nice and in the hand. For us it was a great choice!

We went with a Emozione3 package as a gift. The standard room was not available at the reservation but we were told that with supplement of 35 euros you could stay in the superior room. Here, despite the necessary upgrade, the cleanliness has left to be desired. Dust was not lacking and the bathroom, let's say that some traces of the previous occupants remained. On the other hand available to welcome dogs (always paying other supplement) asking us in reception if we needed a pillow for the hairy.

We start with the staff, which is one of the positive notes of my experience. Available and kind, ready to welcome and meet any need and to cope with the various contingencies that may arise.
The room is not the best unfortunately.
— The Wi-Fi does not take well, 70% of the time it disconnects because the signal is too weak in the room. The download and upload speed is ridiculous (we're on the 2MB/s).
— 22 '-24 ' TV placed in the corner of the room; It doesn't take all the basic channels and the third night it stops working inexplicably.
— The bed is also comfortable but the pillow (yes, only one pillow per person) is flat, almost like not having it.
— Comfortable bath, nothing to say.
— Air conditioning? He's not here. Although it was written "for A/C contact the front desk", after hearing the explanation, air went out at room temperature. The air fan turns faster on the 1 than on the 3.
— the room was communicating with another one separated by a not particularly thick door. In the morning at 7:00 we heard the noise from that room as if they were 2 steps from us (it is not the fault of the hotel of course but that door does not cause any problem).
— The minibar when we arrived was not working; They turned it on following our request.

Excellent hotel staff really very helpful and dealt with us early in the morning for 7 days clean, comfortable, would recommend the hotel.

I stayed for business at this hotel and I was very pleased with the welcome, the very clean rooms and the strategic position that allows you to easily reach the most important places of the area. Surely I'll be back soon with the family for a vacation. The hotel is really recommended!

Comfortable hotel with an adequate breakfast and a good price / quality ratio. Near Verona in the heart of the famous Valpolicella. Convenient with free parking.

Structure years 70 that would be a bit ' modernized made some adjustments. Staff however professional and polite within a few minutes they fixed a problem with the electrical system the room was not huge but clean enough. It is very good to have breakfast provided with both cakes and savoury.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night on February 4th. We were passing through. We had a good, the person who welcomed us, we do not know if it was the owner or an employee, he went the extra mile to find us an open cellar, it was Sunday. She found it, we went and we enjoyed it there too. All in all say we were fine, maybe a little noisy at night, since it is on a very busy street, but anyway we slept equally. The rooms are clean and the staff courteous. I recommend it.

Very nice Hotel with great value for money. I visit it frequently and I can say that the operator continually strives to modernize and improve the structure. The rooms and the facilities are always clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful with the possibility of eating at discounted prices at the adjoining restaurant. Recommended!

It is in front of my house, it is elegant with a nice tour of people, not far from the Arena of Verona. And from the various events that offer both the fair of Verona and dinners are all months, that at the marble fair that is made in Sant "Ambrogio di Valpolicella. The rooms are very clean and comfortable Worth a stay.

We stayed here with a motorcyclist group, the rooms were good, the breakfast too, there was a locked underground car park exclusively for motorcycles.

Hotel is relatively cheap and friendly and attentive to the customer needs. Very nice room The whole there appeared a tad minimal as furniture and cleaning (dust on the floor and between the furniture). The general conditions of the room (also from the point of view of safety in reference to electrical cables spliced to abatjour) could be improved with small simple measures. Breakfast was very good and it was very good.

Rooms ok, bad breakfast and they wouldnt let us have access to the pool tables and pingpong tables.

Enjoyed a one-night stop over here on our way home from holiday. Everywhere was clean, hotel staff were friendly and the bar carried a very nice selection of craft beer and good wines.

Friendly personell, helpfully in finding a good restaurant at walking distance (Dal Nane), good beds, good breakfast, full functioning airco. Rooms are not very big but clean. The bathrooms can use some maintenance.

We have been in this hotel found on the internet I have to say that we were not wrong good price / quality ratio was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable! If you find yourself in these parts, do not hesitate, you will not be hurt!

Very good hotel, location good, rooms a little spartan but clean (nb ask for a room without carpeting if you suffer from allergies), the breakfast is worthy of note! Donuts and croissants are freshly baked, buffet very good, cakes and pastries of the house, and even coffee and cappuccino made to the tour.

"The barrel" restaurant at which you eat may be worth the time! This is an excellent kitchen that allows to discover the Italian (taste the butter and Sage, delicious tortellini! )
