The new management is far from being professional. Family Biasotto built up a lot of fantastic feedbacks among their guests in the last 30 years. This new situation where an uncle swept away the work of 2 generations is pittyful and very sad. They are not worth it running this beautiful hotel.

Hotel with a human dimension and family, convenient because it is located in the centre of Jesolo, and directly with the terrace-bar overlooking the beach with an enchanting view and unique on the sea. It is noted exceptional staff which made the stay even more pleasant and comfortable, starting from the management of Philip and of the sig. Ra Paola and Chef's kitchen with high-quality, very rare and refined and, above all, by the sympathy and professionalism of the staff, in particular, a thanks and a greeting to you all, Felix, Rebecca, John, Michael, Kristina, etc. There is a particular care for special needs for a disabled person in a wheelchair with a platform entry from the terrace, possibility of parking your car and electric scooter, rooms with an equipped bathroom, a reserved umbrella and sun beds with easy access. It is a small family hotel, very nice and friendly staff. The hotel enjoys an excellent location right next to the beach and a short walk from the center of the evening life. There is a very pleasant atmosphere and we will go back there.

1 day in this 3-star Hotel. My opinion 2 are too many.

Horrible room 3mt x 4 but this could be ridiculous but the bathroom all with the shower there is no bidet

Great stay. Clean hotel thanks to the cleaning team that is very attentive to the needs of the family. For example, we used to make the room first so with the little ones we could go up when we wanted to. Discreet dining, nice and helpful waiters but careless. Always check all the extras or pay them right away their registration system does a little water everywhere… Recommended for families.

Mostly renovated hotel with some rooms with exceptional sea views. The whole hotel is extremely clean and the staff friendly. Parking options near the hotel. Lunch and drinks are possible for guests with a 10% discount. Central position and convenient to everything. To be back.

Rooms are air-conditioned and not too big. Some are advertised as "side sea view", but you really have to lean out of the window to see the sea. Rooms are clean and sufficiently furnished. Each room has a safe, but there is no key. Maybe available at reception. Staff are very friendly and housekeeping also cleans your room after 11am. My room was on the third floor and water pressure seems to be insufficient, so the shower always alternates between hot and cold. There is free parking directly at the hotel, but it is very narrow and only suitable for small cars. There is also a free parking lot available within 7 minutes of waking.

We are happy its like family we come back soon.

A three-star that's worth at least six.
Very tidy and clean environments. Service timely and attentive to the needs of the customer and very friendly staff. The kitchen is superb for quality, originality and preparation of the dishes always very cared for. To definitely try.

We've been going there for years. A family business where you can find everything you need if you want to relax. Playground in front of the door, sea in front of the house, we like it.

I was here in July 2016 staff and very polite, however the beds are very hard to sleep on.
The rooms are very small, to be a 3 star it is.
The breakfast I have to say is very rich and very good.
The parking of the hotel however is almost 1 km from where and the hotel.

Bad breakfast and you can hear everything that happens in neighbor's room and in the hallway — not a nice beach for beach loungers.

Sold room! I've also seen new ones in the hotel! The slatted rust of the double bed was defective the cross sprout were only loose on the frame, the bed frame has had sharp metal edges because the plastic corners were also missing for a 4 bed room only 2 large towels is too few! Breakfast was very meagre only white biscuits also not even a piece of vegetables … So we have been going on holiday for a very long time, but this was the worst hotel until now even the friendliness of the employees was not the best … I certainly won't be staying in this hotel again … mfg.

Was 2015 to 3. Time in this Hotel, small family run Hotel that to my wishes was received and also have been met. The rooms are partially renovated, which should perhaps be at the time of booking to clarify because the "old" rooms are clean but very old. Food in the Restaurant was good, usually you could between 3 dishes to choose, once in the week was a Buffet. Super location, directly on the beach. Good Price/Performance Ratio. I'll have to come back.

The staff was very unfreundich, not child-friendly Hotel. Had the 2 and 3 year old children at the place of staking (not literally) because the staff always gemotzt and nasty looks thrown. We feel not welcome. We had never been in such a rude Hotel. The rooms were small and for the price and Service is a disaster. Wanted after a day off to go but booked booked was their answer. The staff service staff were very unfriendly and your 2 and 3 years children could not be kids there. They always look angry and reprove our children. They are still kids. If we could we had change the hotel. The room are very small and comparison price and service are too expensive.

Summer 2013. With a great location. Basic hotel with no unnecessary frivolity. Rooms with new furniture. Satisfied with the quality and variety of the cuisine. Helpful and friendly staff.

Should you commit a little more about eating and table service that leaves something to be desired. Rooms and reception are adequate to the type of hotel.
