Warning heuer in holiday there fad 2 times a lifeguard at the. The pool was to us Austrians are very unfriendly. What had always. Expose. Great place to spend you're holiday! its our 7th year here, that will be enough info. And we are thinking of year 8. Houses are Nice, Clean and big. Swimmig Pool perfectly clean. Staff very Nice.

It was a very nice experience, I was having a relaxing days, we was there for a week with my family. Weather was realy good. The pool and the beach was in a very good condition. The beach has a very nice restaurant and the Village too. The thing I must complained are those ladies in the receptionen. Maybe they need some vacation to avoid the stress… The gardener was very helpful. The man (staffs) in the pool was great hes doing his job in a proper way. Our room was inside so it was quite out there. Yes definitely we are coming back again.

One in advance, price performance are OK! What is not OK is that the beds are completely worn out, on such a mattress only sleep who has stunned himself before and can no longer attribute the cross/headache the next day!
The equipment of the apartments is fine if sparse, at least a kettle and a reasonable vegetable slice would be fine.
The evening noise in the apartments near the restaurant is quite present, but depends very much on the guests — during our two weeks there were quiet quiet evenings but also those with noise up to about 22:30 — then everything closes.
The direct neighbors in the adjoining apartments were usually the larger source of noise.
The entire complex is beautifully landscapped and the pool is perfect for families with children of all sizes! Just jumping into the pool is not tolerated;-)
The playground offers for the little ones everything that is necessary for the occasional pastime — swing, seesaw, slide, climbing frame — everything on sand, because also not much happens when something goes next to it …
On the beach you are well supplied with umbrella and loungers, the bar in Baja Blanca offers everything you need on the beach during the day. Beach vendors exist but they are neither disruptive nor intrusive.
Toilet facilities on the beach are clean and maintained.
However, given that the restaurant is practical, we would also choose an apartment away from the main building on a next visit.

Very nicely landscaped resort. 5 — 10 minutes to the beach. Pool without play opportunities. No slides etc. For families without or with young children. Lunchtime rest from 1pm-3pm also im/by the pool.

Really good resort. All top. Slightly remote, But by car and bus everything is easily accessible. Especially suitable for families.

In the house 416 is an animal in the roof gable and keeps us awake every night — probably a Dormouse. At the reception we were sent away with the Info that it will be viewed by the caretaker, however, has not yet listed the house number. So far, our concerns have been ignored. Maybe it works this way.

Perfect place for families with kids. Nice pool and lovely, green surroundings. About 5 min walk to the nearest entrance to the beach.

A very nice facility that is slowly coming into the years. The pool is very beautiful and noteworthy is also the nearby and the complex, which is partly part of the complex, which is also very beautiful and well-maintained. Great place, green, lush, clean, tidy, great for children. Just bring your own Wi-Fi AP for some reason.

Very well designed place, beautiful houses and gardens, garage, nice beach, great location and such a poor management : ( ( The cleaners didn't do their job well even after the second round, Wi-Fi never showed up, the air conditioner was covered with mold, some bulbs in the house weren't working, people had to fight for the sun beds at the beach.

The villaggio is really nice but many little problems who should be easy to solve! Check in after 18:30, workers are overloaded with cleaning the apartments. Our house wasn't clean, so we told them to clean it again. WLAN is available but not working, not even 1 time during our stay. TV wasn't working as well. Curtains dirty. The fridge where never cleaned, done by us. Some lights aren't working. No cheese grater. Both espresso machines damaged and not working. Sunday morning on the beach no available umbrella and beach chairs for us, how is that possible because according to the rules there must be one place for each reservation.

We spent half of our stay (total one week) in a townhouse without air condition, because it was broken. With two small children and my parents, in over 30 degrees. We couldn't sleep and suffered from the mosquitos that came in even though there was mosquito net. Our impression is that this was handled badly. We complained the first day, but it wasn't fixed properly until after three nights and four days. The manager had a bad treatment and we felt that they could have handle…d the situation better. We asked for compensationen for the days and nights without air condition, since it was included in our rent. And they offered us a really poor deal, which we still haven't received. In addition to that we appreciated our stay. Good location and nice beach with nice restaurant. As well as nice shopping street at Porto Santa Margherita. And good starting point for making car trips to Venice, the Garda Lake and more.

Everything nice and tidy!

Already been operating for some years, very well maintained, the apartments are nice and comfortable. A small Piazza is located in the entrance area with a small Shop, Cafe and Restaurant. The staff is friendly and helpful. Happy again!

Beautiful resort, large pool, everything very clean. We stayed in the "penthouse" with large roof terrace, very to recommend.
