A nice little hotel where you can get a cheap holiday. Service in bar and dining room, is friendly and also the food leaves nothing to be desired.
Only the breakfast puff could be improved.
The rooms are big enough for my feelings, because I only go to sleep there.
Two criticisms: The rooms are only cleaned up very superficially and so it happens that after cleaning sand and hair from the previous day still adorn the floor.
Unfortunately, the reception is not continuously staffed and since you have to hand over the car key, you often have to wait unnecessarily often if you want to get into your car.
Location: Within walking distance you are on the beach, where a sun lounger, a deckchair and a parasol are provided.
All in all, I was very satisfied. I am only mistaken for the tour operator Hofer, which is obviously not there for its customers.

Super price performance … Comfortable beds, you don't hear from the street, clean and newly renovated bathroom … Breakfast sufficient! Fresh fruit and vegetables would be great and at the pool a little more sunbeds and umbrellas would be of the advantage. The wheels could also be renewed but otherwise everything top. Super location, in 5 minutes walk by the beach and in 1er minute in the center.

Great quiet location, clean room with large balcony, nice pool with nice service and a very good breakfast (vegetables would have been great). There is nothing to complain about. Absolutely recommended!

Excellent service and food.

10 days holiday all good. Rooms clean enough. Food is sufficient. Pool and service good. Hotel and service friendly. We can recommend. After we had borrowed bicycles, an older completely unfriendly man came and mauled us in Italian whatever he wanted from us. Well maybe too warm hihi.

Unpolite professional people (but for one young guy). The elderly man who stays all day long at the entrance is rude and arrogant. In general unoleasant attitude toward thr customers. 4 stars despite oldstyle and smelly rooms. Not suggested at all.

The workers are unpolite and not pleasant (a part one, very kind). They seems to do you a favour if you ask something, instead of having “customer care” attitude. Rooms are smelly and not nice. The helderly man in the entrance is arrogant, with bad manners, and cover you with bad words, pretending to not hear you well.

Optimal location, close to the center, Luna Park, spas and beach. Breakfast varies especially the salty part. With pool.

Cosy hotel!
The rooms are functional and clean.
The rooms may have been renovated recently, no stains on the walls and the bathroom also top condition no lime of amateurs etc.
The pool beautiful and quiet.
The breakfast buffet is sufficient and always there enough.
The hotel bar was also quite nice.
The staff was always very friendly and helpful.
I can only recommend it …

Hotel should be Removed from the outside.

We spent 10 days in the hotel and found it to be reflected between the number of stars, the price and the service received. Convenient to the beach and shops, average food but expensive drinks (including water). Spacious room with all amenities, clean and tidy punctually.

I had gone three years ago a couple of days and I had been unlucky over time. I came back this year and I have to reconfirm the first impression of years ago. The son of the proprietor is of a high kindness, very hand, helpful, friendly. All exquisite people. If I can, i'il be back.

Alltogether good experience, no prob. To come again. Hotel is clean well maintained. Kitchen good as well. Everyday new food plus buffet so u wont stay hungry if u dont like menu. Hotel is not too far from the Beach and it is like 5meters from town centre witch is good because it is quiet. On the main street is it bussy whole night. So one direction is the town and the beach and on the other site is huge lunapark. But the beach is what I miss. I love the beach. Long long beach with sand.

It is the second year that I come back and I will try to return again next year. The staff were very friendly and helpful. " Rich breakfasts and buffets and great dishes. A must try…

We were not happy at all! Bad cleanliness both rooms and hotel in general! Bad organization! Not good and cold meals apart from the breakfast which was very plentiful
The owners are not as friendly as all the staff… they gave me the impression of bothering! To be a 3 star paper tablecloths and napkins plastic bowls in short and everything to renovate! Luckily we stayed 3 nights enough and advancing.

We found ourselves very well. Staff very friendly and pool very comfortable and nice. The meals are plentiful and very varied. Clean rooms. Convenient location close to the sea and shops. Great value for money.

Good price although the rooms would be better aesthetically.

Very nice and centrally located hotel. In 5 minutes of walking time at the beach with hotel-own beach chairs. Sufficient buffet. Hotel own W-LAN. I can only recommend this hotel.

Just gorgeous, right in the city centre, not far from the beach. Friendly staff and clean well cared for. Must see, when relaxing in Bibione.
