We were in this hotel for the first time this year. We were very satisfied. Super nice staff, super nice owners.
Everything was to our full satisfaction. Here the guest is king and everything is really done to satisfy him.
We are happy to come back and can recommend this hotel without restrictions.

Great location, you can quickly reach the beach and the main avenue

Three-star Hotel, but on behalf of my family and me, deserves 7. I have traveled many places and stayed at various places but I never found a welcome and a human sensitivity as they are able to give Christian and Francesco, and the two owners. They welcomed us like friends of long date, and have labored to make beautiful and comfortable our vacation. Deserve praise also the Staff is kind and helpful… we will never forget the kindness and availability of Amina. Us being a couple with a fglio of 17 years, we took the room with Sweet Relaxing and we were very good with the service definitely 4-star. The hotel is not very big but we like it because from that sense of holiday between friends… it's true the pool is small, but I assure you that the sea is beautiful and the Hotel offers umbrellas and sun beds. Having opted for the full board we were very satisfied… Kitchen is really varied and of good quality… we Definitely will be back… Thanks again…

Great hotel 2 steps from the beach and the bibione center! Suitable hotel for holidays with children equipped with everything you can serve (food, changing table, tub, beach games, strollers, bike with seat and much more)
Great cuisine, every dish on the menu is also prepared gluten-free for those who are intolerant!

Actually a random/spontaneous booking, but we will definitely come back.
The rooms are really spacious, absolutely clean, even the bathroom has an unusual size for Italy. You can even dwell on it in three
The balcony (we even had 2! ) is also very large, there is a clothesline or wall wash stand and a small, absd comfortable seating group.
We were able to move into the room at half past 11.
Parking spaces directly nearby, bicycles can also be hired free of charge.
We had booked breakfast for it, the coffee like in the inn, very tasty. Choice for 3 stars plentiful, unfortunately the bacon as well as the eggs was already a bit cold, but tasted excellent. Here, too, very friendly and courteous service.
Francesco at the reception is actually always present, very nice and speaks almost perfectly German. Even the boss was always nice, especially to the kids
The location for Bibione almost directly on the beach, walkway about 5 minutes. Lying on the beach included.
We are really positively surprised as we only book 4 star hotels.
It doesn't come from the buffet and some little things unfortunately to 4 stars, but is much cleaner and the service friendlier than some 4 star hotel in Italy.

The staff is very courteous and helpful, with a lot of attention to the demands and needs of young children, especially in the dining room; Our room is cozy and clean. The menu is also consistent for a three-star, good and with the right portions. We are still staying but will definitely be returning next summer.

Perfect and fantastic attention for children and families, even for us who are lactose intolerant beware of the kitchen.

I have been for a weekend with the family. We had a great time. Very good breakfast for quantity and quality. Food is on average good, with some top of excellence. Excellent location (a minute from the sea and from the promenade in the evening. Significant added value is the heated pool, which for a 3 star is not frequent. In some of the details in the rooms would have to be revised, but for the price/quality ratio is one of the best hotels of Bibione!

Hospitality is super. Food is unique and sufficient. Staff very nice and helpful. The room was very pretty and very clean. Location is 5 min. To the beach and approx 200m to the shopping street. Are and screen including. The Pool is heated and beautiful. Just a perfect holiday.

Dog Friendly hotel, which I personally tried with in the following my dog, personal hand, a few steps from the sea, offers service bicycles and baby Club, Nice also the pool, good kitchen with varied menu, the rooms are all with balcony, large and clean, bathroom of the right size to my way of seeing, affordable prices, ideal especially for families.

It seems to be home… Available and courteous. Great for families!

This place is beautifull. Personal is nice, everything is in funktion. Have a nice little swiming pool, garden, tri minute from the beach, food is magnificent…

Comfortable, near the beach, welcoming staff!

We were in this hotel for the third time (this time 10 people). What we particularly like is the warm and very attentive nature of Christiana, Francesco and their team. The whole house is very clean and well maintained. Our 2 little ones and we felt very comfortable. A very nice holiday, thank you. We will definitely be back.
