Clean and tidy structure. Comfortable bed while shower ingemat has the mixer but the old knobs of hot and cold water … decidedly uncomfortable.

Staff friendly and rooms are nice and clean.

Friendly and helpful staff, parking inside the property. Clean and comfortable rooms, Wi-Fi working. Dinner and breakfast are made in the nearby structure (about 50 meters) well connected, excellent cuisine and very nice the room.

The hotel is a little bit older than the price and the room is very good. Hard to find the same price a better facility.

Camere in stile moderno e molto confortevoli Parcheggio interno gratuito. Ristorante annesso con menù fisso a 21€ (tre portate vino acqua e dessert) non male. La reception da migliorare… ma nel complesso un buon hotel. Prezzo ok.

Good alternative to an expensive Venetian stay. Not really cheap but they have AC which is a blessing in the June heat.

Disaster worst hotel where I have ever stayed the room what I had room 8 located right on the side of a expressway sleeping is impossible like everything else here disaster conditions.

Low prices, always open, but for those unfamiliar you don't understand where to park since they share the gate with private house, uncomfortable double beds since this is not the only mattress… a bit rude one of the people working there. Personally not to come back.

Great service, nice and cozy rooms, great amenities.

The Hotel is also a good place to visit Venice. I stayed in a room with independent entrance, large room and spacious bathroom and nice outdoor space with table. Also comfortable in four (2 children). I took advantage of the ' overnight only ' formula but there is also a restaurant.
Near the hotel there is a convenient shopping area within walking distance.

Nice quiet place. Great breakfast. Not much to do around. Very good access to Venice via train (500m) or bus.

Excellent reception. Good prices. Room tidy and clean. AC ok. Breakfast ok. Convenient as a base to reach Venice Treviso Jesolo etc.

Hotel staff seemed very "aggravated" when we asked questions and even asked for our key. One out of the 3 people that worked the front were friendly and even then it was limited. We were there for 3 nights. If you want to go to Venice, you have to catch the public transit bus to Venice. Returning bus ends at 9pm so be prepared for an early turn in or a $50 taxi ride back. Hotel Crystal (next door) and owned by the same people seemed more modern so the Hotel Magnolia did have some old world charm and no internet. When we sat at the bar downstairs, we seemed to aggravate them when we ordered a drink. Plus, they seem to charge whatever they felt like (inconsistent depending on who served you). Final straw was when the volcano ash was causing us to need to leave early since flights were cancelled and the hotel was still going to charge us the last night whether we left early or not. They claimed it was due to booking company but we even called them and they were willing to give us our last night back but the hotel manager wasn't. So we were stuck another night with no sure way to get home. Can say that I would ever stay there again regardless. It is worth it to stay closer to Venice even if you have to pay a bit more.
