Review of Relais Monaco Country Hotel & Spa 4*

Incredibly disappointed with this address. We arrived for a romantic weekend booked through a Smartbox. The staff were very friendly and helpful. No "Hello" yet we come in very good humor with a wide smile. The Manager is handing us our key to the limit of aggression.? A wedding being visibly celebrating we think that the person is perhaps stressed we do not stick to it. We're questioning ourselves? Perhaps it is the Smartbox that makes us entitled to such a welcome.? Anyway, we're on the other hand. There day goes rather pleasantly we will visit the Spa which is really very nice. And we will eat at the hotel restaurant, which is visibly overwhelmed by the wedding and runs in every way forgetting us many times… We will give up our dessert for that matter. Decided to drink a coffee before going to bed impossible to find the bartender. We ask the reception if it is possible to order a coffee and there we fall back on the manager who allows to not even answer us! Incredible! Yet until then carry by the good humor we were not formalised of all its little "quacking". I ask if there is a problem there Manager answers me "we arrive" without a look of a coldest just impossible, we decide to leave the establishment! I am really amazed to have been greeted with such aggression! It's quite unacceptable! In short the hotel is nice although the cleanliness is not faultless. The Spa is very nice although €40 for a small pool is more expensive than some termal centers much more prestigious… Short go your way!
