Room with an awesome smell of smoke. All request to change rooms I was told that it was not possible. They claim payment upon arrival. In the room not even the shade a minibar (I do not say with every well of God. But not even a bottle of natural water…)
Blanket of the single bed with a stain of 10 cm in diameter. Visibilissima to those who do the cleaning. Mattress to throw.

A dinner served with class and competence, availability and kindness in abundance, varied breakfast and very rich, strategic geographic location, staff prepared and functional, to be advised if in the area, what more can you want?

I had the splendid opportunity to stay at Al Gabbiano this past spring of 2017. I am a high school teacher from New Jersey and I have been taking my high school students t Europe for 7 years. It is a great undertaking and with every trip it is a great responsibility to take children that are not your own to another country. The staff at Al Gabbiano were outstanding in their friendliness and down to earth relationship with my whole group. The students felt at ease and after a long trip that day, were treated like royalty. The rooms were clean and spacious and the meals were delicious. Some students can be picky, as you know, but there was nothing left on their plates wither for dinner or breakfast. A great example as to their graciousness was found after we had already left the hotel. One of my students left his wallet under his pillow in his room. He did not even realize it until Eva had contacted us. She took the wallet herself to the post office and mailed it home for him. It was received a week later with everything intact. This, I believe, is over and above her job description. I can not thank her and the rest of the staff for making the kids stay there enjoyable, as well as helping with my piece of mind. At one point he seemed to catch a show by Zelig, between master of piano bar and Mr Gian Luca, great maitre that we give our congratulations for being able to associate the sympathy to the professionalism, and also great comedians, funny.
Quality money — great is friendliness, experience, availability.
Pets are accepted.
For me and my family there are no flaws of any kind, we recommend it, definitely.
