The rooms at this hotel would need a refreshment. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast offers a decent assortment of sweet and savoury foods. Average price.

Convenient and functional hotel just a short walk from Padua Central Station (practically 10 meters from the station) and a km from the old town. Large and comfortable rooms, well furnished, clean and equipped with parquet. Large bathroom with a bathtub with a curtain so that you can act as a shower. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. Friendly and professional staff.

I'm ok with them not providing cleaning services for the residents apartment suits. But there's a kitchenette, wouldn't you think dish soap and sponge is a min requirement? Garbage bags for the guests to change with for a 5 day stay? The worst part is the departure! I had a very large, somewhat heavy suitcase and my airport pickup is at 5 am. I double checked w the front desk about someone able to get my bags down the stairs, 3 flights worth, and through the very tight, long, and akward corridor with 2 heavy doors. They assured me someone will help me in the morning. I called early for luggage pick up so I have sufficient time. I waited for a long time and NOBODY came. I decided to walk down to check out first. The sleepy man behind the counter told me he can't help me because he's the only person in the front! Seriously? Now you tell me? I would have packed and sent my bags downstairs last night if I had known! There's no way I am able to get that luggage down without breaking all the wheels and wake up the entire building. I was about to lose it. The front door was locked so I demanded him to go fetch my luggage! He reluctantly went. Worst experience ever!

Hotel is located next to the train station. Dinner was horrible. Service was overwhelmed. Rooms are small, modern but dirty. You can enter the room with a card that is also for the electricity. Put into the provided device, then there is electricity. English is spoken. No one understood German.

Very comfortable and spacious Suite with room and another courtesy bathroom. Continental breakfast. Opposite train station. At night the nearby streets are solitary and with limited lighting.

Mid-level Hotel. The main advantage is that it is located right in front of Padua station so convenient if you have to take the train. For the rest small rooms. The hotel would need a refreed.

Excellent rooms, kindness and maximum availability in reception, pleasant atmosphere but overall a little dated. Catering service to be improved, especially with regard to the appearance of the dining room, really discharged.

Good Hotel a few steps from the station and the old Town served excellently by the public transportation.

Beautiful Renaissance Palace, restored with several original vintage pieces. The doors and the friezes of the common rooms are beautiful. Lovely Venetian sown. The staff was very helpful Good breakfast.

Cosy hotel A few steps from the train station. Cosy and soundproof rooms, quiet environment. The rooms are furnished in an essential way, the bed is comfortable with the stiff mattress to the right point to ensure a good rest. Staff Breakfast buffet more than ample with good choice of sweet and salty. The only drawback is the absence of a garage, having to lean (albeit at agreed costs) to a shed nearby.

Absolutely a very convinently located hotel if travelling by train. The hotel itself is of good standard. Good rooms, good breakfast. I would recommend it.

Room was 'fairly' clean (some hair in the bathroom) but generally in bad shape for the price. Breakfast was below average. 2 stars because there should certainly be better options for the price in the area.

The location is good because is close to the station, but it is "far" from the city center (15 min walking), the room was pretty good and the service excelent.

Good rooms but too hot and too close to the station makes sure there are too many ambiguous people. And in any case you are not walking in the vicinity. The positive score is mainly about the staff always courteous and helpful.

Pros: — great location to visit on foot Padua and Venice. — It's attached to the train station and bus and tram stops. — Staff at reception courteous — despite bad people in the vicinity of the hotel the access to the hotel has no danger as it is located on the station Square and on a street full of people. Cons: — Missing free parking — color dealers in the street behind the hotel — ugly people in the hotel's insides — attached to McDonald's.

I was at this hotel for a conference and I have to say that the nineteenth century rooms are wonderful and the classy staff. Very hot environment.

Quaint Hotel. On the fourth floor it offers beautiful spacious rooms. The bathroom leaves a little to be desired clean, little finished internally bathtub without curtain shower you are likely to "flood" the floor. Breakfast is not enough.

We had a good stay. The room was very spacious and clean. It wasn't as updated as the pictures but it was fine. The water pressure was fantastic. We loved the breakfast as well. But, the Wi-Fi was spotty and weak which wasn't too great. And though you can't hear other people staying at the hotel, the noise outside was easy to hear.

This hotel is well located. The train station is just on the opposite side. You will find a mini market, Coffee bar, McDonalds in it's vicinity. The most I liked was the arrangements made for breakfast. It was awesome.

Good hotel, amazing breakfast!

My friend and I recently stayed at this hotel. Like lot of people we were interested in seeing the Scrovegni Chapel. This hotel is ideally situated within a ten minute walk of this breath taking and truly awe inspiring place. The area around the Chapel is also well worth a pleasant browse. The hotel was convenient, clean and it was efficiently run. The rooms were pleasant, well aired and there was plenty of room even in the single rooms we stayed in for our 3 night stay. Be careful of the shower; it does tend to wet the whole floor; the bathroom is conceived as a wet room and the curtains don't really contain the flow of water. That being said I would definitely come back to this hotel. Its best feature is its convenience and proximity to the station; it greets you as you arrive feeling weary and wanting a rest, located as it is, right across from the station. The staff were polite and pleasant. The breakfast was good, I could have done with a fresh coffee rather than one from a machine but there are plenty of coffee shops around but this hotel does represent good value for money. It's not the nicest hotel I have stayed in but it was comfortable, clean and convenient. I would recommend it.

Good location with good breakfast. Very convenient, if you travel by train. Sometimes, you easily find the junkies around the building during the night time, but this is not the key problem. I feel this hotel is pretty old style, not modern looks, but still very clean inside with the good services. Just 20 mins walks to the inner city or jump on the tram which station is on the next of the building.
