The Mestre's shame, have to be banned of your trip plans, put several minus signs with the star. Be careful, don't let the pictures trick you.

Avoid if travelling with family. Not at all 3 star hotel, but 1 star or less. There is no lift and these is no hot water in the bathroom. Always stinks and not well maintained. Please avoid.

One of affordable room provider in world famous tourist spot Venice.

Best economic hotel … very near to the station and other facilities.

The staff is something superlative. Very kind and helpful. Clean and strategically located. Recommended.

Good for the location to visit Venice by public transport. For those who have no high demands.

Horror Hotel! The rooms are very dirty, really disgusting! It smells awful in all the premises. On the windowsill are dead cockroaches. The bathroom is full of mold. The toilets glasses were soiled with faeces The window came flying towards me. It's just set in. In general, the room hasn't seen a plaster lobe in months. The walls are smeared with indefinable coverings.

Bad experience. Noisy and not clean rooms.

A shame, an insult to hospitality. The services advertised do not exist: Winter heating does not exist. Clean sheets, blankets eaten by moths (at best). Impossible to have hot water and of course no received. All in black. The star is only to be able to publish.

It was a very nice hotel. The area is quite unhealthy, the room window did not close and the biggest scandal is the "rich breakfast" at €10 or you have the right to a rusk of butter and a coffee! Pure and simple theft!

Spacious rooms but dated furnishings. Bedspreads with holes and sheets that do not give a clean feeling. Good cleaning of the bathroom. Breakfast included but a little poor. The best is the cheese of Susanna with yogurt, Nutella, jams (synthetic) mini bun and mini brioche, fruit juice and cafeteria. From a 3 star you expect a very different accommodation… In general the structure does not seem to hold well. Ideal location, train station and bus stops to Venice close by and center of Mestre not too far away, reachable in about twenty minutes on foot. In short if you want to save money on expensive Venice is a good choice Mestre, but this hotel considering the value for money (and the Dear tourist tax) I would avoid.

Never again. The location is very convenient Very close to the old town of Mestre. But the hotel is terrible, kept awful. Other than 3 stars. At most 1. And it's already too.

Cheap, good breakfest, gentle owners, good comfort and acommodations, the shower had good space and a bathtub.

A star for the price. A star for easy access to Venice and a parking lot. A star for the comfortable and large bed. Two star deduction for the general condition of the hotel and the catastrophic shower. This is not a three star, but a two star hotel.

Terrifying experience. We preferred to lose the booking money and leave as soon as we got into the room at about 10pm and book somewhere else. Polite and polite manager but this does not compensate for mildew, mites, insects, moisture and cold, and hair not ours in the blankets and smell more than unpleasant. Don't go there!

Good for a cheap and somewhat arranged solution. Friendly staff and always available even if they do not speak great Italian, private parking.

Do not stay here! This place has a bed bug problem that has been going on for months or more. My uncle stayed here for two nights and his partner got full of bites. He works in pest control and can identify the signs of bed bugs. He found several and signs of bed bugs in the room. The hotel staff moved him to another room when he asked about it and handed him a disinfectant can. The second room had the same problem. The staff even said that they treat the place for bed bugs every two weeks. Stay away! The room and bathroom are not very clean. Sheets smell unclean on the bed. The hotel staff have family that run around upstairs and make noise at 12 am. Staff are very nice, but not enough. If you want a good night's sleep, go elsewhere.

Outdated. Great location, well served, but rooms are poorly maintained.

Location: Excellent. Being just steps away from the bus station, literally as it takes mere seconds to get to, traveling to Venice from the Hotel was easy. The train/bus station was also only a 7 minute walk away while the grocery stores were also a 7-10 minute walk away. Service: Adequate. They were quite kind enough to try their best to accommodate my family. However, more could've been done. We arrived for our check in an hour late due to traffic and de-boarding of the plane yet as we finally arrived to check in — the room was still not ready and we were asked to wait for 10 minutes … 4 times. There is also miscommunication among their staff, based on our experience, which shouldn't be the case as they only have a few people running operations — we had to wait 10 — 15 minutes after checking out, almost missing our train to Rome, because of such miscommunication between their staff members. Breakfast: Depending on your take on breakfast, this can either be good or bad. I've always had Bed and Breakfasts serve good and decent sized meals and a few others serve buffet style breakfasts. However, Hotel Da Tito only serves you two pieces of bread with a beverage of your choice. If you're simply enthused with a very light and quick breakfast this will not disappoint but it did disappoint me and my family. Room: Not quite sure but CONCERNED. The room we stayed in was big enough and beds were plenty comfortable and the AC was running perfectly fine.

Room was great for location to Venice and the Family was super helpful. Only negative was the room smelled like smoke and the bed wasn't a true full size. It was two twins put together.

The value is OK for the price. The staff is nice, the room is clean, it is very easy to reach Venice. There are private parking possibility and breakfast for additional charge.

It's Bangladeshi hotel. Quite affordable.

Arrived they charged immediately hopped into the room and we just went to look for another hotel … enough said!

It's not really a hotel in my opinion is a bed and breakfast but unfortunately the breakfast is to improve but otherwise all in all not bad very quiet helpful furniture and everything else to improve especially the cleaning. The hotel was recently purchased by a young boy alien who has a good chance of success if it starts improving since the hotel is situated in a great area. 5 min walk from mestre train station and tram and bus stops in front of the entrance you just cross the road. Small private car park free in most public car parks in front of the hotel. The area is located here great for cheap shopping than piazza san marco and the rest where you find maybe the same thing three times more expensive. All in all it is recommended for those who want to spend less and is not recommended for the squeamish.
