Great camping, spotless, tidy, all services OK. Also great bar restaurant pizzeria. The pool is beautiful even in winter. Comfortable Venezia Super recommended.

Locations, prices, hospitality, practicality to go to Venice by bus, exceptional toilets (clean, large, modern, the best of the best), I recommend everything in this campsite. I just spent 4 days there in mid-August and for me, to this day (and I'm 57 years old), this is the BEST campsite I've experienced. 20 out of 20

Great place! Everything is very clean, in the cabins shower cubicle, toilet, bidet, sink, refrigerator, a sick veranda. On the territory there is a public shower and WC, if you rent a park place for cars or for home on wheels. There is a children's playground and swimming pool for an extra fee. Convenient location next to the stop from which you can go to Venice (10 minutes by bus). Lidl and Familia supermarkets are close by. Also on the territory there is a great reorchik where you can have breakfast, dinner and lunch. Prices are moderate, cheaper than in Venice. There is also free Wi-Fi on site, if you rent a house or 3 euros a day when renting a car-seat. 8 minutes on foot to San Giuliano Park. A lot of mosquitoes and ants. Breakfast-4, 5 euro, but skimpy (coffee, bun, yogurt, juice). The children are very comfortable.

Excellent campsite. Nice level pitches and the showers are the best I have seen on any campsite. The staff are very welcoming and helpful.

All in very good condition, friendly & multilingual staff, fair prices. However, it is a pity that the use of the air conditioner with 5€/day is already expensive.

Honestly this was the best end of our Italy experience. We stayed the the cabins which were tidy and well planned out, but we had access to the restaurant, swimming pool and other facilities on the site. Best of all there is a supermarket a 5 minute walk down the road and the bus stop takes you into Venice in about 10 minutes. It was quiet and kept very clean and the staff were incredibly helpful. They also allow camping and motor homes on the site.

A very peaceful and quiet place amid nature… Venice city centre is not far… it takes around 10 mins by bus to reach Piazza le Roma. We can even buy bus tickets in the reception (1.5 euro one way and 3 euro return) There is a nice swimming pool inside the premise. This is our second time here. Venice is almost always booked in the peak season. The few available places are so expensive. So we prefer to stay here. Cheap and convenient. Rooms are nice, clean and very modern looking. The only room for improvement is the breakfast menu. There are hardly any options except Croissant, yogurt and tea/coffee.

We enjoyed a 2 night stay here recently. Tidy clean facilities, dog friendly, decent sized pitches and a pool (which you have to pay for! ). It's advertised as a 10 minute bus journey to Venice which is true but this is to the West side of the city and it takes a further 20 minute walk or so to get to the main parts (not too much trouble but worth noting)

Top 10 of campsites I've visited by facilities, everything. Very well starting with signage and reception. Market, bar, Restaurant… Everything is.

It's cool. Venice by bus in 2 stops. Clean bungalow with new plumbing. Air conditioning, refrigerator. The car is next to the grass. It is better for autotourists and do not think to visit Venice.

Great connection to Venice. Clean plant and comparatively cheap in low season. Parcels a bit small.

Cheap and very clean, a bit small but very central and the bus stop is also close by.

Nice dining area, clean rooms, helpful staff. Easy access to public transport (hardly 5 minutes walk) Mosquitoes took one star from this review. All you need is some mosquito repellent. I enjoyed my stay, hope you do too!

Excellent camping with everything you can ask for a campground and more. Of 10 maximum score would give an 11, super clean bathrooms, heating, with many amenities, heated pool in winter open until 10 in general a enjoyed.

I've been in camper on New Year's. Excellent solution x visit Venice and for the campers there are several places marked clean and with current. Shared bathrooms and clean heated showers in a really well kept property. Everything OK to try absolutely!

Camping located very convenient for travel. Very nice and friendly owners, bathrooms always clean and hot, we will gladly return.

Small but fine. A swimming pool and a sauna are also included.

Lovely place with a good mood about it, 2 points would be the following: 1. They require you hand in a legal document as deposit, usually the case around here but still too bad 2. The camping spaces on the top don't have excellent electricity access, there are electricity poles but they can be 10+ meters out, meaning you'll have to bring a extension cord Besides this, the stay is safe, there is a neat little sauna and swimming pool, and you can be in Venice within half an hour of departure.

This is written in Nov, 2017 and we have been exploring Europe in our motorhome for 2.5 months. So far this is the absolute best camper park we have encountered. The shower/toilet facilities are very modern and spa quality with faucet controlled (not pushbutton) showers. A very quiet environment with easy access to Venice via bus (5 or 19) that costs e1.5 each way. The front desk staff is top notch and explained all of the features of the park. Camper service area is very nice. There is a heated pool and jacuzzi but the jacuzzi is just a separate area of the pool that shares the same water and it was only heated to 70 or so. There is however a separate brand new dry sauna set to 70C (158F) that was great for relieving the cold of our Nov. Walks. Wi-Fi is e2 per day and washer and dryer are e5 each. If all of the camping villages were like this, we probably wouldn't go home!

I highly recommend. Easy access to Venice by bus. (stop at 300 meters from the campsite). Nice location, quiet, cleanliness, multiple services offered on site. It's all there. If needed a supermarket Lidl is located at 500 meters. Access is signalled by several panels.

Perfect camping/camper pitch. 5 stars for the team: very friendly and competent: Gracie! Had it at pitches nor water there would be smooth 5 stars. Everything is clean, well maintained — just as you would expect.

Beautiful camping pitches suitable for motorhomes of 8m as the ns. Services new and clean. Covered and heated swimming pool. Unfortunately, the market is almost non-existent, Lidl 850 m.

We were in this campground in July of 2016, it is an excellent base for visiting Venice. Have both bungalow plots, a rather well-organized. The restaurant is of good quality, I would have liked to find a market stocked with fresh products.

Have rented a bungalow is clean and has everything in it what you need well about the size can be argued but for a stadtetrip it really is enough… Inexpensive alternative to a hotel. The Pizzaria is simply good but who wants it even better will drive/runs two kilometers and goes in the color food that was just tip…

We stayed 5 nights in the motorhome, from 29 December to 3 January. Toilet exceptional, staff friendly and helpful. Close to the bus stops to and from Venice with, in addition, the availability of tickets in the reception. Only flaws, perhaps a few columns for the connection to the power (but if you have a cable medium-to-long resolves) and the location of services not convenient to all pitches (not in my case). The swimming pool in a camping is so much the better (if I want an olympic-size pool, not the lap of some in the camper)

Best and cheapest camping in Italy! Seriously close to Venice a quick 15 minute bus ride or 30 minutes by bike. The restaurant was great too with good cheap meals.

Very good camping, toilets, showers and clean toilets. You have a bus stop 2 minutes away and in 10 minutes (by bus) you are in Venice. All very careful and the attention excellent. The only thing to criticize are the plots that are somewhat small.

Camping really close to Venezia for incredibly low prices. Their bungalows are great for spending nights between trips. Just dont try live in there for few days, 18m² isnt enough room for 4 people ;) Otherwise its great choice!

Very nice camping. Suitable using to visit Venice. 10 min away from Piazzale Roma by bus. Bus in every 20 min. Toilets and showers are good. Restaurant is more than enough. For electricity buy a triple plug or else you can buy it from reception for 10€.

All Super! What surprised us the most is the delicious tannn food that they prepare at such a good price. The camping is more suitable for groups and/or families than for couples, however, we as a couple had a very pleasant stay.

Very clean. Showers are still brand new and are super cared for. We felt very comfortable there. The place is a thousand times better than many a 5 star campsite!

Good camping to enjoy-to dispute Venice to the agglomeration of tourists that invade it. The But they are the killer mosquitoes but these abound in the Beneto.

Loved the place! The park is very nice, the bungalows were very new and clean. Close to public transport to Venice. It has a swimming pool and sauna. Breakfast (croissant and coffee) is very good. I do not think that you can find a better value for money.

Super clean camping area with swimming pool. Everything very tidy and the people friendly. 10min to the lagoon city by bus every 15min. Unfortunately, most of the parking spaces are so small that hardly the car fits on it. Otherwise, first choice.

Nice and very suitable site for visiting Venice. The bus is only 2 min from the back entrance (pathway by foot / bike only and locked by access code available at the reception). Bus tickets are sold at the reception. Small indoor pool at extra charge with 2, 50 € per person but OK. Wi-Fi at extra cost but not reliable and worth the money. Minimarket, restaurant and cafe on site. Facilities quite new and clean. Responsive to email reservations which are available for arrivals until 5pm.

You pay for everything. By going to the pool 2, 5 euros for the Internet also. Don't go There are better.

The campsite is ideally located to visit Venice. Service is friendly + helpful; sanitary ok; We would come back.

The most noteworthy point is your location to a 10' bus ride from the Piazzale Roma, the last point where you can travel by car for Venice. The pitches have good shade, but the services leave to be desired; a lot of luxury but little functionality and cleaning up the fair.

Great place. Nice shade and trees in the old part, the new one requires some more years. Really nice bathrooms.

Very nice campground! The smell, as soon as you enter the bathroom is not so nice, but clean everything is. The price of 24€ per night (with Option of 5% discount if you pay cash) for electricity and showers I in the high season, favourable (according to the Internet, I had to find mind. 30€ expected, landed here at random). Reception is also ok (could be a friendly look, is the first one you come in contact). An outdoor pool would be great for cooling, but is probably not feasible. Not was also included in my assessment. Am satisfied so far, u d look forward to a further 2-3 days.

Not a great camping site. The reception people came off as if I were a nuisance while checking in. You had to pay for access to the Wi-Fi, which didn't work great, and the pool, which was tiny. It is also not greatly located to venice itself although the bus system is easy enough if you can figure it out of yourself. The facilities were clean and the price was cheap. 2 stars for poor service. No info from reception other than where to pitch our tent.

The campsite itself is super! Showers in vain. The swimming pool is also quite good, and a Kiosk is also there. In addition, the campground is located pretty close to Venice. Why I forgive, however, 2 stars is the kiosk vendor. Every time he tried a 10 ct at least more, you see! So Be Careful! And check first how expensive something is. Such a tactical betucken's not why I come to this assessment.

We were with the tent on the campsite. The sanitary facilities are in good condition and were regularly cleaned. Overall, the place was very clean. The connection to Venice is to me 2 buses every 10 minutes (into the night) is excellent. The only point of criticism is that the tents are very close to each other and you will notice everything from the neighbors. In addition, the small indoor cost of swimming pool entry extra.

Good: Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet. Great location — only 10 minutes with a bus to Venice center; 5 minute walk to nearest bus stop; bus tickets sold at camping reception. Nice and clean facilities. Panini and coffee for breakfast. Could be improved: camp lights could be turned off or dimmed not to shine into the tent during night. Only one house for facilities. The new camping area is with newly planted trees, so do not expect protection from sun yet.

Excellent campsite, great location — only a couple minutes walk from bus stop which takes 10mins into town. Decent price (we stayed in mid June), great facilities and staff were very helpful.

In spite of in the middle of the industrial area, very nice place. The sanitary facilities are very nice, but the cleanliness is somewhat questionable. The Restaurant has good food and a small shop. But if one has ca 600 meters the nearest supermarket. The connection to Venice is really good, one runs 5 minutes to the Bus and waiting for no longer as 10 minutes to one. The Bus also departs only about 10 minutes, then you are there. There is a swimming pool and a Playground for children is also good.

Superb home, electricity supplied with location, bus has the exit of the campsite for Venice (10 minutes), pool Hamam sauna for it relax at night after long walks in Venice, murano and burano, a bit noisy nights (cars) but I for one won't my not disturbed.

Amazing place! Very good location, easy to reach from Marco Polo airport, in 5 minutes we arrived. It is true that you have to cross the path by a bridge with stairs, but nothing out of this world, super layout, clean and the attention is great, it will help you in all, you explain super clear and you make things easy, the centre of Venice it took us a few minutes in the groups that are taken to the front. The cafeteria is great and the croissants are the best!

Great for campers from parking area, excellent facilities, very clean, relaxing area is charged extra but is very enjoyable especially after a day out in Venice. The bus stop is 100 meters. From the camping more comfortable. The staff are friendly and polite.

Our family was in the kempenge in September 2015. We loved it all. Purity, otnoshenie maintenance staff, swimming pool, coffee great, super! Yes, and plus VENICE next! Tale! I want to come.

Good service. Mobile homes new and clean. Restaurant with typical choices okay, nothing. Pool and Jacuzzi which tend to be cold. Sauna without steam!

Shaded campsite. New and very well equipped bathroom. Access to Venice by bus (stop at 5 min walk — possibility to take tickets on site) we're in Venice in 20 min. Very good value for money. I recommend.

Fantastic campsite, near Venice. Perfect as a base for visiting the city and the rest of the islands.

Some people working here were nice, but if some of them are absolute dicks they can quickly ruin it for the rest.

Large pitches, very good sanitary facilities, for example, brick-built shower and toilet. Bus to Venice is reachable in 5 minutes. Bus ride takes about 15 minutes There is the possibility of small Bungalows to rent, which are much cheaper than hotel rooms. Perfect location for a Venice vacation!

A camping site with some excellent health the more elegant that I have seen. Is located 10 minutes away from Venice by bus and we have received a very good deal. It has a heated swimming pool and is very quiet.

The hostal is so cheap because is a bit far from the center touristic, but if you walk 15 minutes you will find the bus station that you carry to venecia, the buffet is good, sometimes the internet get down, finally if you dont have time maybe you should get another hostel closer to venecia center.

The notes of the public bus can be purchased at the reception. — Wifi in all the campsite. — Bathrooms and WC in excellent condition and clean, with toilet paper, heating and piped music. — Washing clothes and dishes very new and clean. — Bar-restaurant and a convenience store. — Heated swimming pool and jacuzzi payment. — Service for motorhomes and caravans in the interior. — Plots spacious and bounded, with a floor of gravel and nearby electrical outlet. — Bad parking if you come after the time of the closing of the fence. — Shopping malls are 10 minutes away by car. Best campsite of 5 overall in our vacation in Italy. Great location, great price, good (2, 60€ per Person) bus connection to Venice. Free choice is possible. Modern and clean facilities. Close to an amusement Park with Jogging and inline skating opportunities, unfortunately no beach, otherwise really great.

The Bungalow looks very nice, and is not that expensive. Also, the location is perfect, only a few steps to the bus stop, which brings you directly to Venice.

Very good as so close to Venice, just a short bus ride away. Pitches are not the largest, but are adequate, considering thr location.

Expensive, without kitchen, 9 and washing and drying of clothes 27 e x a tent and two people (? ). It seems good at first glance but it is not worth the money.

Super Camping. The campsite is very close to Venice, you can go by bus which caught 300 metres from the campsite. The campsite is very new and very clean and care services. There is a supermarket relatively close. I use a bungalow that was new and for a very reasonable price. I'd love to be able to repeat. The buts:-too much noise at night, many young people, having a good. — I have to pay to use the pool, but go to the pool in Venice doesn't make much sense.
