I stayed 3 nights, I felt good. Spartan but all functional. 400 meters from The Mestre station.

One of the poor and full of money minded hotel in Venice, the owner is very rude and no parking is there and Ac is not working while we checked into the hotel and we tried to talk with the owner but there is no response from him, no proper toiletries, no reception, no telephone in room to contact front office if we need anything so any one please dont prefer this hotel.

Bad welcome as it completely misses the reception.
The area is not beautiful, especially in the evening.
