Probably the worst place I've ever stayed. Warning, this is someone's apartment, it's not a cute cosy B&B. The host was rude and the room was cold, of course the heating didn't work. Breakfast was a joke, we went to a cafe instead. The shower was terrible, barely worked at all. It's also horribly overpriced. We had payed for a double bed, we got 2 singles, I showed him the picture of what we had booked and I was told "that's only for booking", whatever that means. Also there was never anyone at reception, I had to ring and wait in the cold when we got there. The only good things were great Wi-Fi and it was reasonably clean. Also it's easy to get the bus 4L from nearby to Venice island. Pay extra, stay in a hotel.

Considering the pictures online, it doesn't even deserve a star. Arrived to see an extremely run down neighbourhood with a woman eating pesto out of a jar by our car. Host had little to no English and left us outside in the car for 30 minutes after saying he would come down and let us into the car park. Decided to give it another chance and see the room before leaving. Fairly empty rooms, odd smell and big pages reminding us of the early check out times on the walls and wardrobe. Not as nice and cosy as online. Or as decorated. It's like the stripped the room to a bed and an empty wardrobe. In fairness, when we said we wouldn't stay he called his boss and tried to find us another place they had connections with. But he didn't have any pictures, wanted us to pay more and then said we could stay two days there and one day in b+b Milon. I did appreciate his help, though. We went elsewhere where the bus stop was even closer for a similar price.
