Just finished my stay here, came with a very expensive leather jacket I was wearing on arrival upon packing to leave this jacket is no longer in my hotel room. Staff can’t help and no manager available. And I haven’t worn it outside of the hotel due to it being 30 degrees. So I’m now left minus my jacket.

Very helpful friendly staff, clean and modern. Bus transfers to airport and venice very reasonably priced.

Decent hotel, clean and good sized rooms. Away from the hustle of Venice but an easy train ride to get there.

Wonderful place to say. Rooms and awesome showers make you want to say longer. The restaurant food is not so good so if you can dine out.

Arrived very late but all staff friendly, informative and helpful. Lovely room with decently stocked mini-bar. Shower in room fantastic. Really good value breakfast and brilliant shuttle bus service to airport or Venice, very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Great hotel for when you are flying in late and super early because it’s a 5 min drive from the airport. They offer shuttle for 5€. Shuttle ends at 11pm so if your flight arrives later than that you have to take a taxi which will be around 35€. Modern and quiet room. Breakfast select is decent, not superb. Good enough to put something in your belly before you start your day.

TOTALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! Stayed in the deluxe suite and still had horrible service. Staff is rude and automatically accuses customers for lying without checking their system first. Sheets were dirty and I had to use the hair dryer for 40+ minutes to half dry medium-length hair. Asked for extra pillows and was told the only option was to move to a smaller room where they have more pillows. Asked to keep our luggage while we go out and they kept our luggage in the lobby where anyone could take it. Breakfast tasted bland and processed. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Loved the hotel. Near Venice Airport. There are several shopping centers within walking distance. Good cafe across the street. The rooms are clean, clean edified daily. Breakfasts are good. There is no city tax per person unlike Venice itself. Prices are not high. There are Russian-speaking staff. Venice is about an hour from the Airport. It is convenient to leave and come comfortably.
There is a large parking lot and minibuses of the hotel.

Hotel well-maintained and friendly and prepared staff. Very clean rooms with good finishes. A sin the excessively low temperature (I failed to raise the air conditioner above 21 degrees).
Sufficiently rich and good breakfast. Improve machine coffee.
Another observation is the lack of security. From the garages you go to the floors without any control or need to use a tile.
All in all the value for money is very good.

Beautiful layout, reception, common area and restaurant in one place. Excellent customer service. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay here in March 2018. You guys made it possible for my daughter to check in in advance since she arrived Venice ahead of me. That was so kind. We will come again. Thank you all!

Excellent place 4 stop away from the Venice so it is a bit quite and not much to do if you are looking for peace and quite. Shopping mall is walking distance. Best part is the chef lovely food and service.

Just returned home after spending four nights in this hotel. Absolutely first class. Staff were very polite and extremely helpful, our room was excellent and also the breakfast, with a very large choice of food to suit everyone. Whilst there, we found the train service was an easy option for getting into Venice and back, especially as the train station is just a ten minute walk from the hotel. We dined in the hotel the first night, and also used the restaurants that are just a few minutes away. All were very good. Any future visit to Venice, we would not hesitate in using Antony Palace Hotel again. Thankyou for making our first visit to Venice Most enjoyable.

Good hotel, too bad it is not very well located. Count 20-30 ' to go to Venice by the shuttle.
The quality of the breakfast (orange juice…) can also be improved.

Although the location in commercial area does not make it dream, the hotel is well insulated, it is clean, the rooms are large and the maintenance staff cleans the rooms properly.
Shuttle to Venice possible from the hotel or by train in 30mn.
Shuttle also possible from the airport.

We loved our stay here! A few minutes walk from the train station. The train goes directly into Venice. We commuted into Venice everyday which was easy and nice to see different sites. The Hotel is situated in a calm quite area so the relief from the busy streets of Venice at night was more than welcome! Supermarket across the road at normal prices to stock up with supplies before heading into Venice. We would 100% stay here again!

This hotel is ideal for visiting the city of Venice, just half an hour from the Troncheto. If one does not go by car they have to dispotion transfers both to the airport and to the port.
The hotel is very xamareros and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is very good service and Ñas rooms are great.

Rude staff tried to charge us for our stay and accused us of lying when we mentioned its already been paid. After a few minutes of checking she found out she was wrong and never apologised. Waiters are also rude in the breakfast bar. Avoid.

Super Hotel fast connection to Venice perfect. Good service and very friendly.

I stayed at the hotel from the 26th to the 28th of December! and a situation occurred to me where I left my money in the room. On my chek out day I ended up forgetting about the money I had left! on the same day I remembered the money I came back and I asked the receptionist to go to the room with me to see if the money was there! the same did not ask me one question or help me and I forbade myself to go upstairs to see if the money was there! even though it was my mistake to have forgotten the minimum that the hotel recpcionista could have done was given an aid. So due to this occurrence of the negligence of its official did not help me and of having been robbed by some official of the hotel! we will be entering into appropriate measures against what happened, because we knew that the money was there and was a forgetfulness. So I recommend to the staff that staying at the hotel take great care with the hotel staff.

Modern and nice hotel but a little far from the center.

Convenient airport hotel, surprisingly good value for money. Room are tastefully designed, breakfast much better than in most italian hotels, shopping center and couple of restaurants are only couple of minutes away. There is also shuttle transfer available from the hotel to airport or to Venice train station.

The hotel excellent The 8 days we were there, the staff is a total failure because it has the slightest idea of how to make you feel good and pleased the customer in their stay and I say it with names like Christian, Miguel and a woman named Sabina who never gave a good day A or smiled in gesture to liking or say better of interest to us as customers, the restaurant Fortuny is a robbery without any weapon, 5 ravioli in a gigantic dish for 10 euros is the most expensive and bad I've eaten in my life.

Dirty bathroom, plastic cups, service let you want and the regular buffet.

For a 4 star hotel. It leaves a lot to be desired. Regular deal. Hairs in the bathtub. Glasses in the plastic room. And they don't put soap or gel. Only Shampoo.

Hotel strategically located for those who have a flight departing from Venice, among other things currently offer a package with accommodation, transfer, parking and breakfast from 5 a. M. Good price, often you can also find attractive offers by booking directly from their internet site.

About half an hour from Venice. Stay was comfortable. Hotel provided shuttle to & fro main area of Venice. There a mall and a massive carrefour about 10 mins walk from the hotel. The breakfast was average however.

Nice rooms, breakfast was good and everything was clean. The location was a little further away from the airport than what we were expecting, but they do offer a shuttle service for 7€ a person.

Very nice hotel located off the beaten path. The hotel offers a shuttle to Venice and arrives and departs promply. The staff is very helpful with any questions you might have. There is a mall within short walking distance to get any accessories you might need. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely wee hotel 15 mins outside of Venice which isn't a problem as they run a shuttle often through the day at the cost of €7 pp each way note you must book it in advance last one back is 22:30 the rooms are lovely and spacious and clean food is very good too although we've only had breakfast and the staff are wonderful and friendly and speak English very well which is great as my Italian is shocking would recommend highly.

Lovely business hotel with a comfortable atmosphere. Located between a residential district and retail park, was a surprisingly tranquil and oddly remote location. Train station a 10 minute stroll away and trains directly to Venice Santa Lucia station a mere 20 odd minute journey. If the teenage element can't handle the culture they can stomp around the massive shopping opportunities just 5 minutes walk from hotel. Two good local restaurants just across from hotel.

Very clean hotel and finished well. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast has many options to choose from and is ready. The shuttle is a bit pricey, so never used it. Would come again.

Tendenzialmente tutto ok. Ero là per un training e quindi ero tappata in una sala conferenze (? ). Un appunto: inutile fornire tazze, tè, zucchero e macchinette del caffè se poi mancano I cucchiaini. Ma la mia è pedanteria.

Great hotel with shuttle bus to Venezia. Wi-Fi on the other hand was awful.

In the middle of nowhere but the place is super clean, very modern, and staff spoke English and had great suggestions on how to get around. 7 Euros one way to get into Venice via their shuttle, or 2, 50 euros to take the train that's about a 10 min walk away. Unfortunately there's not much to do around the area.

Rooms ok. Breakfast always the same! To the airport, shuttle costs €5, to the €7 go to Venice. Per person, that's more than ok. Cleanliness in the room. You need to practice it well again! The Lady at the front desk, who speaks German, a big mille grazie.

On the 20th of April we hosted my family and I at this hotel on an all inclusive (drinks not included) for a circuit for Italy, for 2 nights, the room is more or less acceptable, but the worst thing was the food we were served for dinner and breakfast, little and nothing good, but there is no option to another dish, without taking into account if you were a celiac, vegetarian. Or if you like more or less, I put my opinion to the people who read the comments to know what is an all-inclusive in a 4 star hotel. Greetings.

First day here and so far so good. Everyone is really cool and they even got me checked in 3 hours earlier than what I would have been. I'm loving everything about this so far.

Set-Off. Stop before the flight from Venice is very suitable. Low price, good parking. Of the minuses, not rude. But, for the money over.
