NEVER BUT NEVER AGAIN
I went to this hotel this weekend with a friend because we wanted a comfortable hotel at the lake and farmhouse just close to where yoga classes are held. The hotel is very basic … The room is still clean … Simple… almost "passed"… I took a single double use… and my friend as well… the second day (45 euros per night per room without breakfast and no linen change … are justified only by the pretty cute panorama outside) my friend leans in to my room on the other cot and the next evening I get attacked by the owners because I made one person sleep in my room (assaulted in the middle of the whole other customers telling me that I did not comply with the rules and now I will have to apply a supplement of as much as 5 euros) … In short, a terrible person… … I assume that I am writing not for the 5 euros but the way … my friend slept with me despite having her own room… also if in the room I think I could also "dirty two by myself or sleep one evening or one evening in the other. No? " Or at least one of the two beds should not be done… and that's what I said … they turned to me with an air of defiance that I think a customer should never turn to like that but we are not all the same… I climbed I made the bag to go away I got off and Apologized if I answered… I was attacked again until I loaded the car and went out for dinner.

Only two nights, but enough to understand that I weighed enough to die go away. A great family run hotel, run by two wonderful people: Marina and Carmine. The top of cleaning and services. Food

We stopped to eat at midday on a Sunday. All very good, neat and clean. The prices are fair. Fast in delivering The dishes. For you to try.

Great Hotel and very nice people. A lot of effort to make everything in order to have a nice holiday. Room clean and with all Equipped what you need. Shower climate screens on the Windows. My Kids were thrilled with the house and the yard dog "Jane". I'll drive there again.

Of the passage we stopped for a lunch on the fly. To greet The owners with great courtesy we have done to accommodate. A la carte menu, good choice. Generous portions and really good. You must try the appetizer of the house. Prices are in the norm, no surprise. We will return.

We stayed here in July 2018 for two nights. I highly recommend the place is beautiful very quiet to us was assigned a very nice clean room and with terrace view pool surrounded by the green vineyards the property is new well cared for seems to be at home in fact with the owners Carmine and Marina we just felt like home.
Breakfast, included, was to our liking, tarts and muffins with soft chocolate heart are a delight, for those who do not like dessert there is also salty available.
The restaurant is no less the cook Marina made us a great rib of angus macaroni sauce with guanciale and smoked provola cut into arugula and to finish potatoes in the pan, the top.
The location is very convenient to reach all the destinations around, garda lake, desenzano sirmione and all amusement parks in the area (gardalan caneva word movieland etc.
It was a real pleasure to stay there we will be back very gladly.

My family and I stayed this week end from Carmine and Marina and as always it was a pleasure.
Education, kindness and courtesy have always been the firm points of the hosts.
This time we enjoyed the relax in the pool that we found without surprising the culinary delights that each time we share thanks to the inspiration of Carmine and the expert hand of Marina.
What about if you do not congratulate you for everything and how to pamper your customers… Thanks on the part of Emma who has enjoyed her gluten free reach thanks to Francesco da Valeria and last to me that I felt a strong emotion in seeing you again.

Beautiful place to make a pleasant stay and with an excellent servicio on the side of Vica and Carmine.

Very friendly small Hotel with a swimming Pool
Good price and food. The Hotel is located directly on the tower of San Martino. Motorway exit Sirmione, then to the left of the tower is visible already.

We stopped to dine exquisite reception we took a starter divided into 2 and two first courses wine water and coffee. The owner also offered my husband a glass of a renowned wine in the area, reasonably priced. We hope to return again soon thanks to the owners.

Convenient location to visit the battle monuments, clean but not very welcoming owner.

Hotel at 800 meters from the motorway exit of Sirmione on the A4. Family-run, clean and welcoming. Good restaurant with home cooking. Excellent to reach Gardaland in 15 minutes and Lake Garda. Very good value for money. Recommended.

Hi, we (2 adults, 2 children (3 years, 3 months) ) Quattro Pini spent the night of the 5th 5th 2016 in the hotel for 9 5 2016. We were very happy with the hotel especially me, courteous and very friendly staff. The room cleanliness and size was ok. Breakfast in the room rate with included and with regard to the selection absolutely ample and tasty.
The situation can be seen as rather detrimental. The hotel is located approximately 10-15 minutes away from the Lake (depending, as country takes the parking search). Therefore, the rooms are also cheaper. Summa of Summarum gibts four stars for a very good price / performance ratio.

Great hotel just outside the toll booth run by the owners, clean and large.
Great breakfast with cappuccino and coffee coffee
