First of all the friendliness and sympathy of Enzo, the owner. Person capable of putting you at ease as soon as you know him. Then the cleanliness and tranquility of the B&B … All immersed in a beautiful setting in the middle of the green.

Unique, the owner and his staff make you feel like at home, available to meet your every need, placed immersed in a beautiful green, cared for everything in detail, manicured rooms, in short if you are in the area it would be a shame not to try to stay overnight at Sunset!

Very familiar and relaxing, no matter which nation, you have fun with food and talk to each other as best you can and pays everyone the respect.

An amazingly relaxing place. In the countryside near Lake Garda. A good base to visit Verona, Borgheto and the surrounding area. Vineyards abound in the area. The host Enzo is extremely welcoming and helpful. A lively large garden with pool and off road parking. Very clean and comfortable with ensuite, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi and television. A short walk to the medieval village with plenty of bars and restaurants. The breakfast is a great start to a long day.

Owner and staff very nice and helpful, great breakfast, room and bathroom we expected a little extra, there was no shampoo or hairdryer, but overall very well.

Mediocre, reading the reviews from 5 stars, I trusted the apparent cleanliness and the cozy and modern furnishings of the rooms but apparently it is not gold all that glitica. My room was bright and pretty aesthetically, but you could notice the dust on the edges of the mirrors, The Sanitaryware are dated and not disinfected properly. The carpet in the bathroom has not been changed. In my opinion it should be modernized all for the aesthetic aspect of the latter.
Despite Everything there were some positives, the reception was excellent, the owner immediately illustrated The places to visit, the breakfast abundant and varied, convenient location, the villages are 10 minutes apart from each other.

Enzo, the owner, an exquisite person like all his staff. Fairytale place. Tranquility. Relaxation assured. Home breakfast … All great. Even the mini children's playground. And the corner of the pool with barbecue. Clean and comfortable rooms. Bedroom antique style. A large terrace. Everything I like. I think we'll be back!

Bed and breakfast ultra clean, Enzo and the girls were very nice and friendly. Great location, far from the hustle and bustle of the city but at the same time close to various attractions. Abandoned and quality breakfast!

Great location. Convenient for visiting Mantua to go to Lake Garda is 20 Min from Sirmione.
Owner very friendly and rooms very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is served in a very spacious kitchen and cozy. The food offered for breakfast is always fresh (excellent homemade cakes and pastries to puff pastry).
We were there with our dog this weekend and she too, with that very large green lawn surrounding the House, could play!
Worthy of note also the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner, Mr Enzo, who loaned us the hairdryer.
