A little bit out of the House but next to a small pond. Small Room but equipped with comfortable double bed and television. Exceptionally large and modern Bathroom. Parking in the garden of the building. Friendly the proprietor.

I always like to come here… It's a relaxing and peaceful place.

The staff was very Friendly A few minutes from the wildlife park Naturaviva. Extremely Satisfied!

Discreet Restaurant with condescending property towards the customer I found it by chance on a Saturday night. I asked if they were available for a dinner, they were already 22 and having the time I expected it to say no, instead they welcomed me and served me without any problems… Good experience.

Nice and simple place, for a breath of air out of the city.

Adequate spaces and the possibility of cooking at the grill, restaurant and bar.

Irritating host is bored to welcome guests. Clean rooms but unpleasant stay and welcome in this complex by an artificial lake. Closed restaurant, no Wi-Fi (avaible just in the corridor), stroppy hosts in a place in the middle of nowhere.

We stayed here 1 night, between 3 and 4 March. Great price, we were in 10 and we had 3 rooms close by. Helpful and courteous staff, the only thing a little lacking in the breakfast because they didn't have the croissants for everyone and the pillows were uncomfortable. All in all we had a good.

Great place. Cosy and clean rooms. A few km from lake Garda and Verona.

The room is nice and clean but forget about breakfast! Despite being a bed and breakfast breakfast is paid apart and only with bread and industrial jam. Also on Tuesdays as the pizzeria is closed there is no chance to take even a coffee! Finally beware of the Goose Guard (you have read right geese) that in the morning stay in the parking lot making it difficult to access their car…

Rooms rated enough. But to say the type of the sites Bad & Breakfast. Only bed and no breakfast included.

Quiet place to fish for the pond and for the most sporty do waterboard. The bar staff are friendly and the prices honest, little choice of food but nice place and recommended.

Always a wonderful mood at this cool place… Very peaceful surrounding and the people who work there are so kind, with their surfers lifestyle.

Whereas I cannot speak for the B&B, the restaurant at this place is one of the best (and most affordable) in the whole area. First courses come in at around €6.50, seconds do not exceed €12.00. Secondly, fish from the lake and 'porceddu' (roast full-sized pig) is also available, plus an exceptional pizza that accurately satisfies Italian standards. Thirdly, the wakeboarding park will attract crowds at times, but the place is unusually quiet, cosy and popular amongst locals. Highly recommended to everybody!

Then. … a hotel of the riviera romagnola is cuter … enough said. Chaos, disorganization, ominous room, breakfast without even a paste. The price is absurd! Not recommended.
