Here for our second visit after 15 years, hotel has recently been refurbished, the views are stunning.

A nice hotel with AI and almost good food.
The rooms to the lake are top, the rooms to the rear are cellar hatches (Not recommended).
A lot of smokers on the terrace eating.

All public spaces are clean and well maintained. Room 200 smells musty. Perhaps it should be ventilated better before our arrival. One of the beds smelled as it has been used without changing the bedsheets. Food is ok and varies. Portions are huge! Staff oriented to German customer which are majority of this place. Downside is the distance from the road, which can be annoying while sunbathing by the pool all day long. Wonderfuly designed sunshades compensate only a bit. The hotel has a private tunnel under the road to the pebbles beach where kite and sailing clubs are located. There is a few km promenade by the lake if you feel like walking or cycling. The garage spot is strictly assigned to the room. You may need to get there by a huge car lift.

The Hotel absolutely cannot recommend. In Conclusion, We have been the sixth time on Lake Garda for the sixth time, even in lower-priced Hotels, but we have not experienced anything like this before.

Very nice staff, rooms are clean and the food is full fine.

For Italian conditions top! It must not be compared with German standard! All in all absolutely alright here's the price — performance absolutely! Staff top friendly, room renovated and really enormously beautiful! A star deduction for the buffet which offers very little choice for a few guests… Over the days it was always the same breakfast buffet so as appetizers therefore also a star deduction every hot meal was superbly prepared! Tourist bus stops in front of the door every trip costs 1, €20 more than OK!
If you want to go to Riva only the regional bus is really overpriced if you don't get the tickets in advance at the reception or in the Tabacco! Do you save yourself 80 cents would I recommend this hotel to anyone? Definitely!

Rooms are 4 stars. Staff is very friendly. Location is nice right on Lake Garda. But the food…! So even 3 stars of mine.

Not stayed but know the hotel well.

Unfortunately, in August 17 were not at all our expectations there. The hotel is not recommended for infants. At the balcony, the little ones can crash and crash onto a concrete slab. By the pool, tiles are broken where the little ones can cut open and it is very slippery. Unfortunately, the underwater technology is very deficient the lighting has suddenly floated high and the cables lay in the bare water. When I reported that to the reception it was said only that comes more often before just putting it back in. Childcare was the bottom drawer. Manuela was called the and is absolutely unprofessional. When you came she tipped herself a few glasses into it and then she just played with girls. Guys didn't interest them and then only if she took away the self-brought toy. Oh yes and the Animation Program was painting stones all day. The existing playroom was only open from 13 — 18. What was also a pity in the evening for the children was nothing more to rode. I would not recommend the hotel any more and I would not visit it myself.

Amazing views, newly renovated hotel. Really convenient access to the beach, which is more or less secluded. Dinner and breakfast options are small but thorough. Great beer and wine! Garage parking is a tad complicated, and the check in arrangements were less than desirable. However, decent value for the money. Also parking is not free.

Location of the hotel is good: right across the lake and beach is easily accessible. The rooms are newly renovated but to be honest could be a bit cleaner. The buffet is good but nothing fancy and not too much choice (good enough for 3 star hotel). The service is not the best because upon booking we were promised a sea view room but got a room completely facing the concrete wall of another building. When we complained about that they told us that thats a mistake in the reservation that the company labelled it sea view (great… But that mistake does not concern me because I was not made aware at time of booking or anytome after that). I wouldnt come here again but it serves its purpose and isnt too bad. Solid 3 stars.

We were very impressed with the location close to the sea and the stunning sea views from the terrace. Best was "all you can eat and drink so" — supply, the cleanliness, the service and the room — air conditioning. The rooms are not large, less bothered us. Overall a relaxing and enjoyable stay, which I recommend.

Hotel rooms and the location of the hotel, there is nothing wrong.

Our first impression of the hotel was very good. The location directly on the Lake, the modern and beautiful furnishings and the exterior make a good impression.
The buffet was of course very pasta-centric, but being in Italy… otherwise there was always a nice choice dishes and side dishes that tasted good. On demand vegetarian alternatives were offered also at every meal by the friendly service us.
The rooms were nicely decorated and from the balcony you have a great view of the mountains or Lake Garda. Here that the shower head slightly bummed, and there are also some dirty places in the bathroom struck us but negative. The rest room was cleaned daily by the room service. There was an elevator which should spare us the stairs in the higher floors though, he was able, not multi-tasking but unspeakably slowly and sadly so you often took the stairs ;-)
From the hotel are a direct tunnel (unfortunately only bare concrete) under the road to the Lake. From there, you can swim well go, go along the beach promenade to Malcesine, or take advantage of the relatively cheap surf and bike range.
The direct bus connection in front of the hotel where departing on one of the buses, but also the cheap tourist bus every hour propelled for only € 1 per trip is also very practical.
